My daughter (psoriasis), my wife (mole removal, and myself are patients of Dr. Kuo. He essentially cured our daughter's psoriasis and his periodic body checks of myself and my wife are always thorough. He is without a doubt one of the kindest and most gentle of doctors. Recently I had an appointment because of an unusual growth on my finger; he explained exactly what it was (cyst) , lanced and drained it. During the appointment he also noticed an enlarged pore on my nose. I told him it was a chicken pox scar but he insisted on a biopsy. It turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma that needed MOHs surgery. He carefully explained the procedure and schedule an appointment. Dr. Kuo saved my life! Over the years, I have gone for my routine body checks with a different dermatologist and she overlooked a basil cell carcinoma. Against my better judgement, I went to her for another body exam just a few months ago and she informed me that I did not have any additional spots on me that warrant any concern. Fortunately, I followed my instincts and went to Dr. Kuo as he was recommended to me by someone in the field. Immediately, when he walked into the office he was extremely warm, welcoming and calm-mannered. I can not even express the level of thoroughness he exhibited. He examined every single inch of me and did not rush at all. He noticed some spots that we suspect and took biopsies. Sure enough, two of the biopsies indicated early stage melanoma. If I hadn't gone to him for another body exam (only one month after the previous body check with the other doc) the consequences could have been deadly. I have now recommended my entire family to him as well as friends. He is one of the best docs I have ever seen and would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Because I looked tired There was zero downtime, no bruising or swelling. Dr. K used a super fine needle and made a few small injections under my eyes, it did not hurt at all and I saw results immediately. He's really amazing!

I had numerous broken and dilated capillaries on my face from an unknown cause - possibly just crummy genetics. They made me feel as if I always had to wear make-up. I sought treatment for them from various **other** doctors and had very poor results. One experience even left me with scarring from an improperly used laser. I would say he achieved a 75% reduction in vessels and I experienced NO downtime or side effects. I will go back to him for more sessions if new vessels emerge.
