My nose was large in every way that it could be. My bridge was pronounced and I had a wide bulbous tip. My doctor reduced the brige, extracted fat from the tip, and performed an alar base reduction which is not "standard" in rhinoplasty procedure. I Survived the Tummy Tuck!

So here I am, 2 weeks and 1 day after surgery. The pros are that I am no longer in pain, I can sit up, walk (hunched over) and i've had the drains removed. The cons are that i've developed a Seroma.
