36 Year Old Single Female Looking for Cosmetic Procedures Looking to Rejuvenate and Maintain my Appearance. - Buffalo, NY

Dr. Karamanoukian is one of the most knowledgeable and perfectionist type "A" medical doctors that I have ever met in the cosmetic surgery field. But don't let his superior intelligence about his field of specialty fool you. He makes you feel completely at ease about whatever it is that you are looking to treat. He is warm, comical, and one of the most caring doctors that I have ever met in his field. His taste and and eye for perfection ranks among the best that I have seen...Not to mention that his staff is absolutely professional and are always sincere, polite, kind, and understanding. He only picks the best!

Beautiful After Botox - Buffalo, NY

He was very highly recommended to me by other physicians that i work with. I work in a hospital and many physicians recommended seeing Dr. Karamanoukian for botox. I made an appt where i was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgable staff. Dr K explained the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with Dr.K and his team as well as the beautiful results!! I look forward to building a relationship with Dr.K and his team for all my future cosmetic and aesthetic needs!

I Had Botox, but Not for the Reason You Think... - Williamsville, NY

While I'm pleased with the effects of the botox treatment, the office and the staff leave something to be desired. I found the doctor's bedside manor severely lacking. He seems rushed and didn't really explain anything to me about the procedures or medicines he prescribed to me. I had to ask questions, coaxing the information out of him. The staff, including the doctor, focus attention on their ringing cell phone and text message notifications when they're should be attending to their patients. I realize we live in a digital age, but if I'm paying for your service, your attention better be on me, not your smartphone, especially in a medical setting! As I mentioned earlier, I didn't get the ice when I asked for it. Also, the underarm area was not cleaned at all before injections were given. I had cause for concern with that, as I would assume that's an area prone to heavy bacteria. One positive about the office is the wait time I experience when I go in is usually minimal. I can get a procedure done, start to finish, in about an hour.

Bioflavonoids for Venous Insufficiency - Varicosamin

There is a lot of information from credible vein specialists in Europe touting the benefits of bioflavonoids in the treatment of venous insufficiency. I recommend bioflavonoids to all of my patients who have been diagnosed with venous insufficiency and recommend a product called Varicosamin. One tablet daily is taken along with recommended wear of compression stockings as tolerated.
