So if you followed my journey, you will see that eight years ago I had a breast reduction with a lift, and insurance paid for 100% of that. Back in April I had a Tummy Tuck with muscle repair and lipo… My doctor is STELLAR and he did an incredible job! However, several weeks after the procedure I developed a seroma… It took us many many months and a few different kinds of things to get it to finally go away. The different types of drains and ports we used left some deformities in my beautiful scar. So about three weeks ago I had a scar revision…He lowered the scar and fixed a big dent that the port had made. I am healing well, still very swollen, but looking absolutely amazing! So let this be a word of advice to all of you ladies… Hang in there!! Health first, and then worry about aesthetics! If you’ve chosen your surgeon well like I did, then there is nothing that cannot be fixed down the road! I feel like a new woman! Updated on 10 Dec 2018: Ok!!!! It’s officially been 8 months of this journey!!! I had a full TT with muscle repair and lipo done 8 months ago. I had long road of dealing with a stubborn recurring seroma that effected my results and just took many months to deal with. I had my revision procedure done about 3 weeks ago and tho still a bit swollen, I am ready for the final before and after shot!! I have one major piece of advice for all of you… Choose your surgeon wisely, and understand that this will be a very long process with many ups and downs! Just relax, trust your surgeon, put your healing first, and remember that anything you do not like can always be fixed! This process has changed my life and my confidence in ways that are hard to describe. Updated on 8 Jun 2019: My journey is complete...and it was worth EVERY penny and every single procedure. I have birthed 6 babies and am able to lay here proudly in a bikini. My surgeons are second to NONE! Updated on 18 Dec 2021: Well, it’s been 11 years since my breast reduction and 3 years since my full tummy tuck!! Since the tummy tuck I gained some weight then lost it again, and it still looks absolutely incredible! I’m sharing that so you know that I didn’t accrue any extra or loose skin. It was only maybe 15/20 pounds I gained and then I lost it all, but it still left no extra skin. This is still the best decision I have EVER made. These pics are either from my husband and I vacation to Cabo (where I basically lived in a thing bikini) or sexy pics I took to send my hubby. See how CONFIDENT I am??? I NEVER would have taken pics like this before the tummy tuck. Even with the complications it was worth it. After my TT I developed a seroma (no doctor error, they just happen). The seroma was difficult to get rid of and left me with a deformity…so I had a scar revision done which was great. Then at the one year mark, he did a full revision (bc after one year everything “settles” and oftentimes you can lower the scar and get rid of even more skin). Now I’m 3 year later- 38 years old, mom of 6 kids ages 9-15, I’ve remarried, and am SEXY AS HELL!!

Dr. Lynch is the BEST plastic surgeon hands down. He has an eye for perfection and makes everything he touches look natural and not overdone or fake. He is the only one I will let touch me or my face/body.

I was a big A small B 2015. I got botched by a local surgeon and had a terrible experience with 325cc silicone implants under the muscle. They were way bigger than I wanted and way too big for my body and immediately went into my armpit. I looked like a fool in any shirt, bra, bathing [RS bleep]. They made me look so wide and naked it was So embarrassing it made me sick. I wore a bra 24/7! Floppy side boobs. On top of all that , THEY HURT! They made every day living activities very difficult! Constant inner arm chaff-age, no support since they were in my pit I had skin all in the middle!gross! Fast forward to last week/ completely different experience with Dr. Lynch. He is honest and professional! He replaced my implants with 255cc silicone under the muscle , stitched up both pockets inside of my armpit that developed from the old implants and basically gave me a breast reduction. I said go as smalll as we can as safe as we can, and he did jus that. I am finally back to feeling like me again. I felt this way the second I woke up! I can’t thank Dr. Lynch enough. Please people, do your research! Don’t end up wasting $ and getting botched like I did! I highly recommend Dr.Lynch ! -6 days post op- still swollen.. probably a B Cup. I have no words for how Dr. Lynch changed my life. I got married at age 20 and had my first baby at age 22...I gave birth to 6 babies in 6 years with no twins!! I am now 34 years old, happily married, all my kids are now in school...and I was ready to try and get some of my body back! When I was researching which surgeon to use, I looked through dozens upon dozens of before and after pictures. I circled every single picture that looked like the results I wanted- I only circled the most incredible transformations. Lo and behold, every single picture I circled were procedures done by Dr. Lynch...and that’s why I chose him! You will see in the pictures how amazing my transformation is...and I am only two weeks post op!!! It will only continue to get better and better! Dr. Lynch was extremely aggressive and detailed oriented, which is why I have the most gorgeous belly button and an amazing amount of liposuction and contouring. His attention to detail is why all of his patients have gorgeous contoured waists and tiny perfect belly buttons! He gave me the body I’ve always wanted...a body even better than before I had kids! Beside all of the amazing physical results, I cannot say enough about his bedside manner. He is kind, funny, and really put me as ease. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my pre surgery body- he told me I had a great shape and looked great for having kids- he just made me feel good. Let’s face it, revealing a post baby body can be difficult- you’re standing there very vulnerable with someone facing your imperfections...all the flab, fat rolls, stretch marks, etc. But somehow Dr. Lynch made me feel good. Like I should be proud of what I’ve done as a woman...and that I should be proud and exited for the results we would achieve. He puts women’s feelings first and truly cares about a woman having confidence. Every single nurse I encountered could not have spoken more highly of Dr. Lynch. THANK YOU Dr. Lynch for changing my life. For your kindness and for making me feel good about myself and just for making me feel comfortable during this journey...and for the results of all your hard work.❤️ **Mini update: I am 18 days post op and started coming down with a sore throat and fever. I called the office (which is closed for the weekend) and Dr. Lynch got right on the phone and asked me detailed questions, never made me feel like I was a burden, and completely put me at ease. He called in antibiotics just to be safe and is going to see me this week. THIS IS WHY HE IS THE BEST. No matter is too small or insignificant for him- he is right by your side the whole way putting you at ease and making sure you’re safe, beautiful, and happy with your results. Which I am!!

Dr. Lynch is the man for you. I have had several consultations over the years and his experience and professionalism won me over. I’m a 40+ year old mom of two and needed a self confidence booster. I have wanted a breast augmentation since my mid 20s and have seen many other doctors regarding it but always left confused and thinking it wasn’t possible but when I met Dr. Lynch I knew right away he was going to be my doctor. I am overjoyed at the results I’ve gotten and the surgery was apiece of cake compared to what I thought it was going to be. I give Dr Lynch and his staff 5 stars you will not be disappointed.

Dr .Lynch is nothing short of amazing! He truly heard every word I said in regards to my concerns and expectations for my tummy tuck. I have been researching laser tattoo removal for around 4 years now. When I was 18 I got a tattoo on my sternum that I almost immediately regretted. I found myself endlessly looking at before and after photos and places that offered the procedure to get it removed. I was interested in the Picosure laser for a long time but could never afford the treatments and every place that offered it was a few hours away. I decided to wait because technology was always changing and I needed some time to save some money. Just a couple of weeks ago I was looking again for somewhere local to get the removal done and I came across The Albany Plastic surgery Groups page. They offer tattoo removal treatments with the Cutera Enlighten laser and they are right down the street from me. I made my appointment for a free consultation and the doctor told me we could start treatment that same day. The nurse brought me into the room and told me to put the ice over my tattoo before we start to help with the pain. They do have numbing cream but she said it wasn't great for the pain and that the ice works best. Because my tattoo is located on my sternum and was very painful to get I knew that removing it would be pretty bad too. The pain I thought I would experience was actually x10 worse in real life. I found the ice numbed me a little but I still had to stop and take breaks throughout the whole procedure because I found the pain to be quite unbearable. I would definitely suggest taking a couple advil before getting the treatment done to try and get ahead of some of the pain. I was scrambling when I got home to find something to help because it was still excruciating even after I left the office. It is currently the day after my treatment and I am blistering up pretty good. My next appointment is for 8 weeks from now and I look forward to seeing how much it fades by then.

Dr. Lynch has performed several procedures on me in the past and I find him to be very skilled and honest. He did my upper eyelids and they were perfect when he was done. I am very apprehensive about having work done to begin with but he is the nicest and most honest doctor I could hire for plastic surgery. He really cares about his patient's. I know when my laser resurfacing when done I would see healthy skin. Thank You Dr. Lynch.

From the moment I met Dr. Lynch I knew I had found the best. He is so very caring and kind. He takes all the embarrassment away instantly and only focuses on all the positive results you can look foward to. I am at my 6 month stage and everything he assured me about is taking place. His hospital staff, Susan & Joel, we're amazing and so very kind also. I cannot say enough on behalf of Dr. Lynch, he is a dream come true!!! My only regret is that I didn't come to him much sooner. Started with about an A cup at 118 lbs at 5' 5". Began working out 5 days a week and lost any "fat" I had left in my breast area. Wanted to look and feel better about my breast size and new even slimmer physique at 105 lbs and more muscular. Was looking for a "natural" look for my body type and size. Dr. Lynch was extremely helpful in choosing size and fill for my implants based on my size and existing breast tissue.
