He really takes the time to listen to what you want at the consultations. I highly recommend him! He is the one and only Doctor I sought for my breast augmentation. I saw him in February for my consultation, and I was so comfortable with him and felt so relaxed. His staff was extremely helpful and very friendly (thank you Karen, Leyla, Michelle, and CarlyJ). They went over everything you need to know and then some! This doctor is utterly amazing-highly skilled and a true artist. Dr. G's credentials are top notch (Princeton, Duke, Harvard). He is down to earth, professional, very pleasant and friendly demeanor.

I had researched plastic surgeons over the internet and Dr. G kept coming up as one of the best in NJ. From the momemt I walked into the office I knew that I had picked the right place. Dr. G"s staff was extremely friendly and I was taken immediately. I explained my concerns and then Dr. G explained his best solution in great detail and didn't let me leave until I was satisfied with what I had heard. Then I was taken into another room where I met with Karen, who went over in detail again what procudures would be done and the cost.Surgery at that time was scheduled.A few day later a packet was received in the mail, detailing every step of the way. Day of surgery, the staff was so friendly and really put me at ease. Up until the time I left the office On March 1, 2011 the staff was at my side the whole time.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. G to anyone. I had a very nice experience there. His staff members were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. G made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely happy with my results and would most definitely return to him to have other procedures done.

Had fat injections here- the results are amazing took years off and I look great. Other peoples results from other doctors just dont last as long or look as good--also easily best for botox - really lasts and dramatic but very natural results

I love my new saline implants and I highly recommend Dr. Ganchi to anyone that is considering breast augmentation! I'd been considering breast implants for a few years, and waited a long time for several reasons - mainly because I wanted to make su re the procedure and implants were safe, and that I needed to find the best and most qualified plastic surgeon to perform the procedure. I made an appointment to discuss having breast augmentation with Dr Ganchi and his staff. The day I met with Dr Ganchi, I knew right then and there he was the Doctor I would trust with this extremely important and delicate procedure. I was nervous and didn't know what I was to expect but he answered all my questions (and all of my friend's questions as well) with all the patience and assurance I needed. He gave me his professional opinions as to what size would look the most natural with my body type and frame. I had a consult with another plastic surgeon prior to meeting Dr Ganchi and the Dr before that was impersonal and seemed annoyed that I had concerns and questions. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to know not only was Dr Ganchi warm and friendly..so was his entire staff! From the very beginning of scheduling a consult to the post op appointments, every one treated me with the ultimate T.L.C! I would recommend Dr Ganchi to anyone who not only wants to make improvements to their appearance but to anyone who wants a team of professionals to make that experience a pleasant and memorable one. After deciding that I wanted a breast augmentation, and doing extensive research and going for many consultations in New Jersey and New York, I chose Dr. Parham Ganchi. Based on his training and experience, I went in for a consultation and after meeting him, I was surer than I ever was that this was the right decision and the right doctor for me.
The staff at Ganchi Plastic surgery are professional and caring from start to finish and now that I only go in from time to time to see them, it is as if I feel right at home walking in. All of the beautiful women that make up the staff are caring, charming and warm. After surgery, they called to check on me, they took all of my calls of concerns immediately and they also encouraged me to come in each and every time that I had a concern.
I am not able to put into words how happy I am with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Ganchi recommended the right type of implant and helped me make a decision on the size based on my body. My results are perfect. I am thankful for every bit of his input because trying to make this decision based on personal opinion, internet searches, and all of the influences that are out there is very confusing. I trusted Dr. Ganchi and now I have a beautiful result.

I have never met such a handsome, warm and caring doctor! Dr. Ganchi spent a lot of time listening to my worries and expectations and really took the time to understand what it was that I found issue with and what was the best way to get the results I was looking for. I e-mailed him about certain concerns with the procedure method and potential results. He personally replied to my e-mail and reassured me. There is always a little bit of a wait before your appointment but that is only because he cares so much about every patient! I am so happy with my results they are above my expectations and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Ganchi!

Dr. Ganchi is hands down the best plastic surgeon in the tri-state area. My results are fantastic, in fact people comment that they had no idea I had plastic surgery as the results look so natural. His staff is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Ganchi's expertise, education, and results are truly amazing. You will not go wrong meeting with him. I turned down using a very well known "Hollywood" plastic surgeon when I met Dr. Ganchi and I now know I made the very best choice.

I was recommended Dr. G by a co-worker of mine. The experience was AMAZING. I got a tummy tuck and lipo done, the very next day I received a call from him, he was very kind to check up on me, not to mention he gave me his cell phone number just in case I had any concerns. I'm 10 days post op and Im feeling better every day, I never felt deceived by him.. this is the doctor to trust.

Dr G is one of the best Dr's I have ever dealt with. He is professional, a good listener, talented, and very sincere. I never feel rushed or uncared for in his presence. Dr. G's staff is also very friendly and fun to chat with. The "Ganchi Girls" are always helpful when it comes to explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have.
