He really takes the time to listen to what you want at the consultations. I highly recommend him! He is the one and only Doctor I sought for my breast augmentation. I saw him in February for my consultation, and I was so comfortable with him and felt so relaxed. His staff was extremely helpful and very friendly (thank you Karen, Leyla, Michelle, and CarlyJ). They went over everything you need to know and then some! This doctor is utterly amazing-highly skilled and a true artist. Dr. G's credentials are top notch (Princeton, Duke, Harvard). He is down to earth, professional, very pleasant and friendly demeanor.

I had researched plastic surgeons over the internet and Dr. G kept coming up as one of the best in NJ. From the momemt I walked into the office I knew that I had picked the right place. Dr. G"s staff was extremely friendly and I was taken immediately. I explained my concerns and then Dr. G explained his best solution in great detail and didn't let me leave until I was satisfied with what I had heard. Then I was taken into another room where I met with Karen, who went over in detail again what procudures would be done and the cost.Surgery at that time was scheduled.A few day later a packet was received in the mail, detailing every step of the way. Day of surgery, the staff was so friendly and really put me at ease. Up until the time I left the office On March 1, 2011 the staff was at my side the whole time.

In regards to labiaplasty. As a patient of Dr. Ganchi's I am writing this review for all the women/girls out there who are insecure and desperate for change. Ever since I could remember I felt uncomfortable in my own skin, there was something about my body (vagina) that was different than my friends. I always remember being questioned, "why mine was so hangy and long". This was something that embarrassed me constantly and made me feel less pretty. As my teen years approached and boys came into the picture this was a huge issue for me and my security. Boys would talk about girls and their "meat hangers" and I would blush because I was one of them. I began researching the topic and reading a lot about labiaplasty, but the cost of surgery always made this hope of mine seem unreachable. It wasn't until I came upon Dr.Ganchi's website and was happy to see all of his credentials and great reviews. I called his office that instant to make a consultation appointment, which was free, and met with him in regards to getting labiaplasty. Naturally I was embarrassed and nervous to speak about this with a complete stranger but his staff was so comforting and spoke with me before hand to let me know how common and prominent this surgery had become in recent years. Not only was Dr.Ganchi's office trusting, in appearance and atmosphere but so was he once we met. Dr. Ganchi made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease about my issue, as well as normal! He explained how simple and quick the procedure would be, and it was. I was awake during the surgery but felt absolutely nothing during, which only took a little over an hour. Also, the price of the surgery(labiaplasty) at Dr.Ganchi's was practical. Everywhere else I researched the price of surgery was outrageous and unrealistic. After my surgery with Dr. Ganchi, the healing process was quick and my life was changed forever. Since then it is as if I never even had surgery, no problems, no more discomfort, no more insecurity about my privates. I am beyond happy with the outcome of Dr.Ganchi's work. I highly recommend him as a surgeon!

I found Dr. Ganchi in a local magazine. I did a lot of research before I picked Dr. Ganchi. I had interviewed 5 doctors and none of them seemed suitable. Dr. Ganchi not only had the best credentials but made me very comfortable. Dr. Ganchi has a very calm demeanor and answered my questions at length. There is no comparison between him and the other doctors. Dr. Ganchi was so delicate and took his time. I am so thankful I did not pick one of the other doctors I had interviewed. He was so aggressive and had no patience.

I've had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Ganchi. I've seen many doctors before him, but was never comfortable enough to make the decision to actually go ahead with the surgery. Right after the initial visit, I knew that he was the one. I could have not hoped for better care, recovery and of course results. My breast looks and feels very natural. I must add that I had very high expectations. I wanted my breast too look like a perfect 10 and what I got actually exceeded what I imagined I would have look like.

I made an appointment to discuss having breast augmentation with Dr Ganchi and his staff. The day I met with Dr Ganchi, I knew right then and there he was the Doctor I would trust with this extremely important and delicate procedure. I was nervous and didn't know what I was to expect but he answered all my questions (and all of my friend's questions as well) with all the patience and assurance I needed. He gave me his professional opinions as to what size would look the most natural with my body type and frame. I had a consult with another plastic surgeon prior to meeting Dr Ganchi and the Dr before that was impersonal and seemed annoyed that I had concerns and questions. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to know not only was Dr Ganchi warm and friendly..so was his entire staff! From the very beginning of scheduling a consult to the post op appointments, every one treated me with the ultimate T.L.C! After deciding that I wanted a breast augmentation, and doing extensive research and going for many consultations in New Jersey and New York, I chose Dr. Parham Ganchi. Based on his training and experience, I went in for a consultation and after meeting him, I was surer than I ever was that this was the right decision and the right doctor for me. The staff at Ganchi Plastic surgery are professional and caring from start to finish and now that I only go in from time to time to see them, it is as if I feel right at home walking in. All of the beautiful women that make up the staff are caring, charming and warm. After surgery, they called to check on me, they took all of my calls of concerns immediately and they also encouraged me to come in each and every time that I had a concern. I am not able to put into words how happy I am with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Ganchi recommended the right type of implant and helped me make a decision on the size based on my body. My results are perfect. I have never met such a handsome, warm and caring doctor! Dr. Ganchi spent a lot of time listening to my worries and expectations and really took the time to understand what it was that I found issue with and what was the best way to get the results I was looking for. I e-mailed him about certain concerns with the procedure method and potential results. He personally replied to my e-mail and reassured me. There is always a little bit of a wait before your appointment but that is only because he cares so much about every patient! I am so happy with my results they are above my expectations and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Ganchi!
