Let's face it, there's only so much you can do yourself through diet and exercise. I am six months post-op on my Breast Augmentation and couldn't be happier with my results. Before my surgery, I made the investment and consulted with a total of six of the top surgeons in this area before deciding that Dr. Janiga was the best. He is very professional and focused on his patient's results. I also like that he is a Nevadan. I told him I didn't know exactly what size I wanted, but how I wanted to look afterwards. He was willing to make the choice for me, and I was right in trusting his expertise. The surgery was a breeze, as was recovery. Also, it must be a great place to work as all of the staff there are so pleasant and helpful, which a testament to the doctors there. I highly recommend Dr. Janiga!

I wanted to get a tummy tuck and breast lift at the same time but it turned out I also needed an umbilical hernia repaired. So, my belly button is brand new and I absolutely LOVE my results. After three pregnancies I had very obvious Diastasis Recti that clearly was not going to correct itself. I had already had a consultation with two other Reno plastic surgeons, but I knew I would be booking with Dr. Janiga before I even left his office. During the consult he mentioned something about a goal to get his female patients able to wear a bikini. I’m pretty sure I just laughed that one off as I was just hoping to stop wearing muumuu shirts. I wore a bikini five months after my surgery! While I had not originally intended to get a breast augmentation at the same time, I am SO happy that I did. They look great and I had no pain or problems during recovery. I did need to call the office a few times with questions regarding my abdominoplasty recovery. All of my questions were quickly answered and my concerns laid to rest by the office’s attentive staff. Go see Dr. Janiga! My only regret is that I waited so long.

I started this journey a little over a year ago and Dr. Janiga was very patient and only wants to do what looks best for your body without going overboard. His staff is great and I am only 8 weeks post op and they look amazing! Recovery time was minimal and I was back to work after a few days. Dr. Janiga is kind, gentle, honest, and an expert in his field. I've had very large breasts all of my life and finally went to him for surgery. He did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. Not only is my result superb, Dr. Janiga chose not to do my tummy tuck at the same time as my breast reduction because he wanted to avoid medical complications. Since the second surgery would have been thousands of dollars, my respect and admiration for this man increased ten fold when he told me he wouldn't do it until later. I have originally had breast reconstruction completed by him by have ended up going back for a tummy tuck, lipo and body tight. It has been 6 weeks since my mommy makeover. I am ecstatic, I reached my goal weight right before the surgery. I told Dr. Janiga at our first consultation over a year ago I would get back to pre-baby weight and he would give me my body back. He agreed to do right by me. We both keep our promises. I am healing well, the method he uses for the tummy tuck requires no drains and that was amazing. I had heard stories about the pain of dealing with drains post-op. Some surgeons who use drains told me they didn’t want to do the drainless method because drains allowed for a “tighter fix” on the stomach muscle. Trust me I don’t think Janiga could have gone tighter, as it was I couldn’t laugh, cough or sneeze unless I wanted to immediately regret it. I had not realized how much my confidence had taken a blow. Having three beautiful babies with only a year between pregnancies left me with a lot of excess skin and extremely stretched stomach muscles. I was constantly frustrated with my workouts as every core workout a strained lower back that always set me back on my workout goals. Dr. Janiga fixed the stretched muscles and I have not had lower back pain since that day. Not even when they said you would expect it from hunching over the first few weeks, that reinforced that I made the right choice. Dr. Janiga never tried to push me in any direction as we addressed my goals. When Dr. Janiga plans out your surgery. He plans for the long term. It is clear he wants you to be happy with the results for a very long time .I mentioned in my first review he helped me stay realistic when I brought in celebrity photos of my goal. But Spoiler alert: I got the picture results! My belly button is well placed, my stomach is flat (still swollen and a little numb but healing), and I have a sculpted silhouette that all flows together seamlessly. In summary: Everyone has to find the doctor that best suits them, but I would say hands down (and I did have multiple consultations with different plastic surgeons in Reno) I would absolutely 100% recommend Dr, Janiga to anyone wanting a mommy makeover. You don’t have to go to Cali or Vegas to find a great surgeon. Did I mention I would recommend him 10 out of 10? Seriously so happy. Updated on 28 Sep 2021: Procedure: mommy makeover (after having 3 children between 2013 and 2019). I spent over a year (2020) reviewing local Doctors, I refused to be rushed. My own research gave me a great list of questions and those questions really helped me to decide who was sincere, realistic and who was offering me a pipe dream. Some promised me the body of my dreams (red flag- personally); others explained my body's potential and true expectations. Dr. Janiga had great answers, offered me realistic expectations, after I consulted with 4 doctors Dr. Janiga always ranked #1. Be your own advocate, they are doctors not mind readers. I was very clear what I wanted for my mommy makeover. Dr. Janiga was very clear about what I would need to have those results, I was 30lbs over goal and all but Janiga promised me that magic body as the results, he didn't try to sell me on anything nor try that sales man move the "act now offer expire soon" method that always sends me running for the hills. Dr. Janiga was the first to tell me that my goal of losing 30lbs would be the best thing I could do, he also didn't try to push me into any type of surgery. When I returned in May 2021 (goal achieved: minus the 30lbs) we scheduled for June 2021. He called me himself the night before to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The Day of the surgery Quail surgery center was professional and courteous. They started right on time no waiting. My recovery was as expected, when ever I had questions Dr. Janiga and staff answered immediately. I chose (with Dr. Janiga's blessing) to add lymphatic massage (2 times a week for three weeks in a row - 6 total/ 30 min each) that was such a huge help. I also started steroid injections and laser treatment about a month to help prevent my keloids from building (very successfully preventative measure so far). I am now 3 months post opt and I am so glad I did the surgery, my confidence has returned, I am back into my pre baby wardrobe and the biggest bonus is my lower back issues that have plagued me since baby #2 are finally gone! My abs were extremely stretched and his work has helped relieve that pain. Hands down reno has a gem with Dr. Janiga and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for plastic surgery I can only speak to his breast lifts/augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction, but to me those are some of the hardest surgery to get right, the perfect combo of surgical precision and an artist's eye for symmetry. In the end I have to say my body deserves a chef's air kiss - it is my perfection and as I ease back into exercise I know that my body will only get fitter and more tone and become my ideal. I am so glad I chose Dr. Janiga for my surgery.

I cannot stop talking about the incredible experience I had with Dr. Janiga and his office. I had several consultations before Dr. Janiga that left me feeling like something was missing. Within 15 minutes of my consultation at his office- I knew this was the team I could trust with my bilateral breast lift. Everyone I encountered at the office was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. They spent time listening to and answering my questions, easing my anxiety, and stayed in touch with me every step of the way (before and after surgery). Besides my fantastic experience with the staff, my results are something I couldn’t even dream of. I am about 6 months post op- and I couldn’t be happier.
