As the other plastic surgeons have said, this price is too low for a well-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon. Saline implants alone (without the surgery) cost a little less thatn this. Silicone implants cost more. Please do not chose who will perform your surgery based on the price they charge you. I am here in Las Vegas and would be happy to see you to review your options.
