“Beyond Thrilled! - St Louis, MO”
"Due to a sudden weight loss, I had sunken cheeks and bags/hollows under my eyes. I'm 35 and contantly looked worn out and gaunt. I'd seen several surgeons and was told everything from "no options" to "cheek implants", "face lift", etc. I'd tried Restylane in the tear troughs and it was gone within 5 days and the doc told me I just metabolized it quickly. I was so frustrated with nothing seeming to work.
I started to look for a doc that specialized in face surgery, hoping for a solution. I found Dr. N, 4 hours away, but I'm so glad I did. He was very warm but also professional. He laid out my options and I decided to try the Restylane again, after he explained that it probably did not metabolize, but settled and needed a refill (which the previous doc didn't offer). We did it in the tear troughs and make an appointment for a touch-up in 3 weeks. He was right; it looked great at first, but it settled and needed a little bit more. When I came back I asked him what he thought about my cheeks. He felt confident filler would correct it. I agreed and when he finished and I looked in the mirror, I was floored - after almost 2 years of looking like I suffered from wasting disease, I looked healthy again! I'm so grateful that I didn't have to go through cheek implants or a facelift at 35. In 5 minutes it was solved! He really knows his stuff!!"

"He's brilliant. He gave me a result that was exactly what I had hoped for - one that is exceptionally natural. He was able to retain what makes me look like me which I suspect isn't as easy as it might sound. He listened and patiently answered and addressed my questions and concerns. The post-op care was beyond exceptional. I just really think there is no one better."

“Excellent Results - I Look 10-15 Years Younger After Facelift!”

"I made a mistake with the first plastic surgeon not understanding the terminalogy. Do you homework. Look up every word and understand what that medical word and procedure means. Talk to other patients who have had the procedures done you are inquiring about. Hire a surgeon who specializes in your procedures. Do not go to someone who does breast to operate on your face! You will understand why I highly recommend my doctor after you see my before and after pictures."

"First, let me say that I am not related to my Dr., don't work for him and never even knew anyone from St. Louis until I went there, but he and his staff are the best. My consultations and pre-ops with the other three surgeons were very brief. After talking to this surgeon, I knew what could happen, what to look for if something was happening, what his record was for complications and what areas could and would be improved and what could/would not be improved.
Since I was from out-of-town, he made hotel-calls and sent staff to pick me up once my husband had left and before I was able to drive safely. He gave my husband and me his cell number prior to surgery and he and his staff continued to check on me weeks after the surgery. I've had other surgeries in addition to the plastic surgeries and I've never had anything close to this level of care."

I knew Dr. Nayak was the right one after meeting him and discussing all the options. He was warm and professional, he took plenty of time talking about all the options with me and patiently answered all my questions. (I had a lot of them). The whole process from start to finish was top-notch.
He's a gifted surgeon with a gentle touch and an artist's eye. I would recommend him to anyone."

"I initially saw Dr. N for an upper & lower bleph. I had developed the heavy lids & fatty lower lids that make you look tired & old. In one day, I felt like a new person. Beyond thrilled with my eyes! I came back to Dr. N about 9 months later (after I continued my weight loss) and had a neck lift & mini face lift. I feel & look 10 - 15 years younger. That was almost 2 years ago, and I am still thrilled! Excellent, excellent skilled surgeon whose work is beyond reproach. I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr. N operate on me again. :) I just don't need anything. Dr. N exceeded my expectations. I feel so much more self confident, younger & prettier than I was.
