Due to a sudden weight loss, I had sunken cheeks and bags/hollows under my eyes. I'm 35 and contantly looked worn out and gaunt. I'd seen several surgeons and was told everything from "no options" to "cheek implants", "face lift", etc. I'd tried Restylane in the tear troughs and it was gone within 5 days and the doc told me I just metabolized it quickly. I was so frustrated with nothing seeming to work. I started to look for a doc that specialized in face surgery, hoping for a solution. I found Dr. N, 4 hours away, but I'm so glad I did. He was very warm but also professional. He laid out my options and I decided to try the Restylane again, after he explained that it probably did not metabolize, but settled and needed a refill (which the previous doc didn't offer). We did it in the tear troughs and make an appointment for a touch-up in 3 weeks. He was right; it looked great at first, but it settled and needed a little bit more. When I came back I asked him what he thought about my cheeks. He felt confident filler would correct it. I agreed and when he finished and I looked in the mirror, I was floored - after almost 2 years of looking like I suffered from wasting disease, I looked healthy again! I'm so grateful that I didn't have to go through cheek implants or a facelift at 35. In 5 minutes it was solved! He really knows his stuff!!

I made a mistake with the first plastic surgeon not understanding the terminalogy. Do you homework. Look up every word and understand what that medical word and procedure means. Talk to other patients who have had the procedures done you are inquiring about. Hire a surgeon who specializes in your procedures. Do not go to someone who does breast to operate on your face! You will understand why I highly recommend my doctor after you see my before and after pictures.

Dr. Nayak and his staff are the best! Dr. Nayak made me feel comfortable throughout this entire process. I have no regrets in my decision to have plastic surgery thanks to the skill and expertise of Dr. Nayak. He took the time to personally call me the evening after my surgery to check on me to see how I was doing. I did my research and I am so glad that I found Dr. Nayak. Mini Lift

I did a lot of research on cosmetic procedures, read online reviews and met with doctors to help me make the right choices. I knew Dr. Nayak was the right one after meeting him and discussing all the options. He was warm and professional, he took plenty of time talking about all the options with me and patiently answered all my questions. (I had a lot of them). The whole process from start to finish was top-notch. He's a gifted surgeon with a gentle touch and an artist's eye. I would recommend him to anyone.

Facelift

I initially saw Dr. N for an upper & lower bleph. I had developed the heavy lids & fatty lower lids that make you look tired & old. In one day, I felt like a new person. Beyond thrilled with my eyes! I came back to Dr. N about 9 months later (after I continued my weight loss) and had a neck lift & mini face lift. I feel & look 10 - 15 years younger. That was almost 2 years ago, and I am still thrilled! Excellent, excellent skilled surgeon whose work is beyond reproach. I wouldn't hesitate to have Dr. N operate on me again. :) I just don't need anything. Dr. N exceeded my expectations. I feel so much more self confident, younger & prettier than I was. Thank you Dr. N! It was worth every single penny!

I was referred to him and he was awesome! I lived with a broken nose and had hard time breathing for many years, consulted with several plastic surgeons, only Dr. Nayak made me feel comfortable enough to go for it. I was referred by the doctor who did the cancer surgery. He very carefully explained how he would do the repair. The results are absolutely amazing!! He has excellent skills. his personality is also remarkably caring and compassionate. The office experience was also wonderful. Appointments were seen on time and the staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Nayak is the BEST doctor anyone could hope for in skill level and personality.

I had chin implant and submentoplasty done by Dr. Nayak. I am extremely happy with the results. I cannot thank him enough. Everything from the initial consultation to after-surgery care was top notch. I feel lucky I found such an incredible doctor in my area (Saint Louis) because I used to be under the impression that only metropolitan areas have the best for plastic surgeons. The reason for that was due to a bad experience I had in Saint Louis before with a different doctor. I am happy to be proved wrong.

I still need to see the final product after the revision on the tip before giving it a rating. I'm giving it more time before I rate the procedure and if needed revise the rating for the doctor. However, so far Dr. Nayak has been very helpful and willing to see me as needed.

Dr. Nayak was not the most expensive - nor the least expensive - surgeon I looked into. But he was absolutely the best surgeon! I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he provided after surgery. I also liked the fact that he ONLY does faces. I didn't want to trust my face to someone who also did breast augmentation or liposuction. This is the only face I get, and I love it more than ever! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nayak. I look beautiful (again)!

Ear Surgery

This rating is not an exaggeration at all. I spent a ton of time in his office with Dr. Nayak or his staff and not only did I feel they gave me the best medical care but they are a fun office too, so it was actually enjoyable to go into the office. Everyone there gets excited to see the patients when they come back in and you can just tell they truly care about their clientele. If I had questions or concerns those were always answered and I wasn't rushed at any time in this process. I have never waited longer than 2 mins when I go in for a visit to get into a room and at least start talking to a staff member and the doctor is usually in there within 5 mins or less. They do a great job managing that b/c I know how much time he spent on me.

Outside of the results and cost of the procedure , I have to say that Dr. Nayak took time to answer all my questions, patiently explaining the procedure to me and what to expect after the procedure. More importantly, he made me feel as if he truly cared about my well being. And lastly, his staff, the nurses and schedulers at the front office, are cheerful and very good at what they do. And even his office building is welcoming. Just a wonderful setting all around.

I chose Dr. Nayak on the recommendation from a friend who also had great results. Looking into the mirror each morning brings a smile to my "new" face. Dr. Nayak explains the procedures thoroughly and only recommends those procedures necessary to get the desired results. Dr. Nayak has the skills of a surgeon and the eye of an artist. This has been a most pleasant and rewarding experience. My followup visits required less filler to maintain and even improve the look.
