Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. From the receptionist to the checking everyone was friendly and eager to serve. The doctor was attentive to my concerns, was detailed in his check up and provided knowledgeable insight with simple understandable instructions

I was very pleased with the quality of care I received. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was treated with respect and compassion. Everything was explained so I could understand what was happening.

The staff is always friendly and polite. The nurse practitioner, Patsy, did an excellent job on my biopsy and the only thing I felt was the initial numbing shot. She also suggested and scheduled me for a procedure to lessen my rosacea. The only disappointment I had was that the medical assistant or nurse who had reviewed my history and allergies placed a bandage on my face with latex gloves not 5 min after we discussed I had a latex allergy. If my allergy were more severe (or had turned more severe following that patricular exposure), it could have resulted in anaphylaxis. She also did not state what ointment she placed on my face and I had just disclosed an antibiotic ointment allergy. Luckily, there were no severe reactions and that is a blessing. I recommend the office stop using latex and retrain staff of the severity that latex allergies can cause. Nitrile gloves are just as good as long as the appropriate size is used.

I was pretty nervous it was on my face by my tear duct under my right eye.Dara took me through how she was going to prepare the area Dara a true professional calmed me down. I so happy Dr. Swan did the procedure it ended up being a much bigger area then I thought it would be. Dr Swan put me at ease explaining what he was doing through out the three hours. Dr. Swans professionalism, comforting manner and true expertise put me further at ease. I feel truly grateful and Thankful to Dr. Swan and Dara for making a scary situation to one filled with hope.

Amazing! Dr. Swann and his team run a first in class business. I see Sydney most regularly and she is absolutely fantastic but every single person there makes you welcome and important. Extremely impressed and would highly recommend.

He seemed very nice and professional. We really loved Dara. She made us feel so comfortable and took care to help ease anxiety. We appreciated their consideration of the risk of exposure to the Covid-19 and the personalized attemtion.

I have been very impressed since beginning care with Dr Swann’s Office. The care in this office is wonderful. I have seen Autumn for three years and am very impressed with her knowledge, thoroughness, clinical expertise and caring nature!! LOVE HER!

This was the 3rd round of skin cancer I've had to have Mohs surgery on and all 3 were preformed by Dr. SWANN. I Highly recommend him and his staff for this procedure. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. My scars are almost completely unnoticeable and I have had no issues with any of the cancer removal. Definitely 5 star rating!

The staff at Swann Dermatology were both friendly and helpful. They listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room or exam room. Also they don’t push you to have extra procedures done.

Autumn and the staff at Swan Dermatology are very honest, knowledgeable and professional in defining what changes I can reasonably expect. They never recommend that I do more than I need. I’m very happy I decided to do Botox and filler at Swan. I will definitely return.
