As a woman in her 40’s facial aging was starting to bother me. I knew I wanted to try filler, however I was incredibly apprehensive. Maintaining my actual facial features was incredibly important to me. I did NOT desire the obvious filler look. Dr Gurley took so much time explaining how the face ages, and why filler helps with restoration. She discussed bone and fat loss. She really studies your face and skin before even coming up with a plan. Restoring your natural beauty is her specialty. Not creating an entirely different look. She is an educator and an artist. Not to mention she is an actual Plastic Surgeon performing all of the filler herself. I cried happy tears when she was done. This was the face I had 10 years ago. I happily get in my family photos now. I used to never want to be photographed. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had 2 consultations before going to Dr. Gurley and I knew instantly that she was the surgeon I wanted to go with. I felt completely at ease and she took the time to explain every facet of the ba process. She never made me feel pressured. I must have been with her for an hour my first visit. I was unsure about the size I wanted to go with and they offered to have me come back in for another fitting just so I was comfortable. The day of surgery Dr. Gurley made sure to take into account that one breast sat a little higher than the other and adjusted the pocket for the implant on that side. None of the other surgeons I met with mentioned this. I went back into the office the next day for a check up and to be given a separate bra for during the day (the one I wore home from surgery was for nighttime wear). The entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Gurley have been super attentive and kind to me. I had an issue where I lifted something a little too heavy one evening and I was worried because I had pain in my chest. Dr. Gurley responded to my text at 10 pm and the staff called me the next morning to check in. There will be regular check ups for the first year and I am going to be given all of the bras and swim suits I need as well. Dr. Gurley took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me achieve my goal. I cannot recommend her enough!

There are really no words to truly describe my happiness with my revised breast augmentation and reduction. I came to Dr Gurley after an unfortunate implant revision from another surgeon, where the implants I received were almost immediately recalled. Post biopsy issues I finally decided I just needed to get them out. I additionally felt that the size I received was inappropriate and awkward for my frame, and I began my search for a surgeon to help. After researching implant reductions in full, I became discouraged knowing that an explant was likely my only option. That is until I met Dr Gurley! She was so creative and talented to maneuver a true size edit by closing off my capsule and reshaping my breast to a more youthful and athletic look.
