Doctor Rocheford and her staff were so amazing. I was very nervous about my procedure and from the first minute I met her, I knew she was the one to do the surgery. Her staff was amazing at answering any questions and her surgery staff had me in stiches (I mean laughing) going into my procedure. I would highly recommend her!!!

Dr Rocheford was my 3rd consultation and the second I met her, I knew she was the one. Hannah and Jen were the best nurses I’ve ever had. Dr. Rocheford and her team truly went above and beyond my expectations. I texted Dr Rocheford at 11 pm just for reassurance and within minutes, she texted back. If that doesn’t tell you something, I’m not sure what will. They are awesome! I got a Breast Augmentation, 560 CC UTM HP.

I want to share what my experience was like with Rocheford and her team because it was just so darn good! Yes it was a surgery- but I felt so pampered and as if each person there wanted to make sure I was comfortable and well take care of. So, this might be a little long. I researched many doctors and consulted with a few in person before choosing Dr R. I wanted a surgeon who is board certified, has a long professional history to look over, someone I felt listened to my concerns— and it also helped that she’s a woman. Maybe this part is silly but to succeed in this particular area of surgery, starting out when she did, I kind of assume she had to be twice as good as all the guys just to get this far in the field. Lol. Also- this woman books out an entire season in advance. I think that speaks very well of her. Another side note- she’s not doing huge marketing pushes on social media like a lot of her contemporaries- yet is still booked way out. Maybe I think too much, but this also felt kinda good. First impression during the consult were that she is clearly a very intelligent person but she is also warm and not at all pretentious. She listened to my concerns before listing multiple options to address each concern— while also giving her opinion on what she thought would be best. I had gone in thinking I needed upper bleth AND lower bleth AND a brow lift. She suggested just the upper bleth and a small amount of under eye filler. I respect the heck out of that. She could have gotten thousands more out of me but instead suggested to do only what I would truly benefit from. Five stars for integrity. Flash forward to my surgery which was yesterday morning. The entire surgery team was like walking into a cozy hug. Everyone took their time to explain and make sure I had all my questions answered. Hannah got me ready for my procedure— she’s patient and kind. Took the extra moment to tuck the blanket around me to make sure I was warm and comfortable. Dr R came in to go over everything with me again and to make some marks along my eyes. She’s very down to earth and empathetic. As they were putting in the IV line she sweetly rubbed my other arm to distract from the poke. I wasn’t worried or anxious but still truly appreciated that kind of thoughtfulness. She just makes you feel confident in her ability while also showing she has empathy for your experience. I remember very little from the moment we entered the surgery room, but I know each person in the room introduced themselves to me and briefly explained their role. I liked that a lot. I woke up in the recovery room with Jen. Also just another great experience. She explained to my caretaker all that I needed for the next few days and even packed some extra honey grahams (because in my post surgery high, they were the most delicious thing I’d ever had.) Jen sent home cold compresses, a very clear schedule for my meds and eye drops— that was super helpful too. Jen also explained the timeline for the first day- so I wouldn’t be shocked when more bruising or swelling showed up over night. Lastly, I was given a direct line to Dr R, should any concerns come up after hours. Didn’t need to call but liked that we had the option if we had a concern. This morning was my “next day check up” with Jen. She inspected everything and answered my ten million questions. I’m quick to bruise and swell in general, so I’m still a mess right now. I can see she did a great job of getting the skin that was bothering me- and her lines are clean. If that makes sense. No jagged wonky scars- just smooth lines I can tell will hide in my natural crease. I’ll update again when my eyes have healed. But wanted to share right away what a great experience I’ve had so far. Updated on 29 Nov 2022: I’m really happy about the decision to work with Dr R and her team! Even more so a week later. I’m still quite bruised but I’m also a person who bruises from mosquito bites. :) Some swelling as well especially on the bridge of my nose- which is weird because I didn’t even bruise there. But, I wonder if my eyeglasses are preventing that area from calming down. The tape came off last night and I can barely see the seam in the incision- so I feel confident it will fade more as time goes on. Also- makeup will cover it easily once I can eat it again. One thing I want to note- I experienced zero pain at any point in this process. I only took the pain meds the first two days and nothing till after that. My only discomfort has been some pressure from the swelling and incredible itching. Like- whoa! That part was intense at some points. But a week out, the itching is nearly gone. It’s been two weeks and I can see the final shape and outcome starting to show. I put on a little mascara today, which felt great. I’m still puffy and one section of dissolvable suture decided to poke out this morning so there is a little irradiation in that area. Also some small lumps where the knots from the sutures are outside my eye (told they will slowly dissolve.) I would pick the same surgeon and her team for sure. In fact, I just might. Updated on 28 Jun 2023: She did a fantastic job. Truly. I did end up with a little node on the outside of each eye- where the scar ended. I had mentioned the lumps a few weeks after surgery and they (rightly) asked me to wait longer to see if it self resolved. They didn’t go away. The left lump was *mostly* addressed by my dermatologist (a few weeks ago) with an injection of Kenalog. The right node (larger of the two) did not respond to the injection. I’ll need to follow up with Dr R about how to fix it. I feel confident she will want to know they are still there- and that she will want to address it. I am otherwise thrilled with the surgery and would see her again. I’m fairly self conscious about the lumps- I would be happy to resolve the large lump to the same size as the left lump is now. I tend to wear my glasses more often because of the lumps. I notice people notice them when I’m not wearing the glasses.

I am so glad I choose her to do my breast augmentation! I have always been flat chested and always wanted to do it! My confidence has sky rocketed! Rocheford was so caring and patient answering all and any of my questions. She never made me feel pressured to peruse the surgery.

Dr. Rocheford was an excellent choice for my neck lift. I'm a male in my middle sixties, and my turkey neck started developing in my late forties. When I was 59, I decided to lose the weight I had accumulated over the last couple decades, and was successful. However, that only accentuated my fully developed turkey neck, and I really wanted to do something about it. After doing thorough research -- both regarding potential fixes and who to go to -- I decided on a neck lift and Heather Rocheford to perform the procedure, because she was the only plastic surgeon I could find in the Twin Cities who didn't get a single bad review! I believe I made the best decision and I am very happy with the results. Bottom line: excellent work, great after care, and reasonable cost. And . . . she is very personable, caring, and fun to talk with.

I finally decided men can have a tummy tuck! I did a lot of research and watch YouTube videos posted by men who had surgery. I knew the questions to ask and what the answers should be. I searched for a surgeon. I found. Dr Rocheford. I asked questions and Dr Rocheford gave the correct answers.Dr Rocheford is knowledgeable, personable and has a refreshing no nonsense approach. I had lost 90 pounds and had a lot of loose skin and pockets of fat. Dr Rocheford and I discussed tummy tuck, chest reduction and flank liposuction. Dr Rocheford asked which one I’d like to do, my answer was all of it! Dr Rocheford is an excellent surgeon.The day after surgery, my chest dressing were removed. I looked down at my new chest, and said surgery was well worth it! For years I never went shirtless indoors or out. I donated all my clothes. I purchased clothes in a small size, and for the first time in my life “slim fit”. I feel comfortable walking around the house shirtless. Dr Rocheford gave me a whole new life! If you are wondering if you should have surgery, consider how good you well look and feel about yourself Updated on 20 Oct 2021: In my first surgery, during my tummy tuck and chest reduction, a lot of skin and what I called free floating pockets of fat were removed. My body was much improved. Dr Rocheford is excellent surgeon. Only so much can be done in one 7 hour surgery. My second surgery was a 360 body lift. My lift included removing excess skin from my back, flanks, tummy and the sides of my chest. My areoles were reduced in size and one nipple was repositioned. Now my chest, flanks, back and tummy looks great. I feel very good about the way I look! No more hiding behind oversized clothes.. ( I was a size XL , now I’m a medium and wear slim fit clothes.) I have more confident and self worth. Not afraid to stand tall, chest out and head held high. Updated on 22 Jan 2022: My first surgery was a great improvement. I had too much excess skin, it required a second surgery. The results are amazing! My surgeon said “now your body matches what you are on the inside”. I agree! It’s been a long journey, from my decision, in-depth research of male tummy tucks, first surgery and second surgery. I’d do it all again.

Received breast aug. feb 19th. Absolutely love the results!! Dr. Rocheford was amazing! I was looking at my befores earlier and I can’t even believe how much more confident and great I look. I’ve always had smaller boobs but after breastfeeding 2 kids they were pretty sad looking. 5’ 2”, 110lbs. Updated on 2 Aug 2020: Picture update for 5 1/2 months post op for those that are curious. They have dropped and fluffed and haven’t change much for the last few months. I had a BA done with Dr. Rocheford 10 years ago & am extremely happy with my procedure. I had 350cc silicone under muscle implants (I was an A cup before) . She was very helpful with consult & after with follow up.

I had a brachioplasty (arm lift) in October. This was my second procedure with Dr Rocheford this year (had tummy tuck and breast reduction lift in May). I had lost over 125 pounds and had significant hanging skin on my under arms. Dr Rocheford is the most kind, caring, and skillful surgeon. She reassures and provides tremendous confidence in the decision to have surgery and was able to skillfully sculpt my new tremendously looking arms. I could not be more pleased with the results. Her staff are simply amazing and so supportive. I would highly recommend Dr Rocheford. I can't thank her enough.
