After much research into the relatively new Motiva implants, we found Dr. Malhotra who not only used the ergonomic Motiva implants for a very natural look but his particular expertise was known decrease the risk of capsular contracture and to have a quicker recovery time. After meeting Dr. Malhotra, I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in good hands with someone with deep experience but also someone who truly cared about his patients and getting the result they wanted. This made it worth the 2.5 hour trip from Canada for each appointment and for surgery! He provided great advice on size and type and location. He explained in detail what specifically he was planning to do with my particular revision especially regarding the one side where I had significant CC. I first met with Tammy, Patient Coordinator who is not only excellent at her job but she is a very kind hearted caring and empathetic person. She does so much to make the whole process go smoothly and she is great at regular communication and she ensured all my questions were answered. I knew I was in good hands and any apprehension I had on the day of surgery was virtually eliminated by Stephanie my nurse, the admitting nurse and the anesthesiologist who were so caring and friendly I was laughing before I went in. Overall based on 2 weeks post op I am extremely happy with the results and the whole process.

My experience at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery was not what I expected. It was BETTER! The personal attention and care I received was genuine and intentional. After great research, I contacted Dr. Malhotra's office with lots of questions and uncertainty about moving forward with the surgery. First time here. Everyone in staff from Christian to Dr. Maltroa is fast and very professional. The ladies that work on me Carmen and Tina did an excellent work helping and making feel comfortable. I wish the entire staff the best and would highly recommend anyone to come. I did about 1600 graftes and took about 8 hours; so plan accordingly.

I had an amazing experience doing a rhinoplasty with Dr. Maholtra. He was so attentive, meticulous, and had excellent bedside manner. I received breast implants & a breast lift with Dr. Malhotra back in 2017. My results were wonderful!!! I felt that the cup size Dr. Malhotra suggested was perfect proportionately to my body. I was very unhappy with my deflated breasts after pregnancy and wanted to feel like myself again. In comparison to other plastic surgeons I had consulted with, my experience with Dr. Malhotra, his coordinator Tammy, & the friendly nurses and staff was exponentially better. From start to finish, booking, surgery, healing, I felt very taken care of. You will be treated like family at this office!!!! Fast forward 6 years or so, I decided it was time for an explant procedure and breast lift. I have a decent amount of breast tissue, and after surgery I’d say my breasts are now a B cup. My surgery was on November 7th, I felt fine to work days later, had only 2 days of pain meds, and rested as much as possible for 1 week. The nurses at both the surgery center in Waterford, as well as the nurses for the post-op appointment to remove drains were incredible and completely eased my fears. Dr. Malhotra did a wonderful job with the incisions, the overall look of the breast tissue, my breasts are perfectly lifted and I am very happy once again with my procedure!!!! I also want to note that I received filler from Dr. Ballard and I absolutely loved my results from this as well. Immediate subtle results and it made such a difference to facial symmetry and fullness to my lips and cheeks.
