My experience at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery was not what I expected. It was BETTER! The personal attention and care I received was genuine and intentional. After great research, I contacted Dr. Malhotra's office with lots of questions and uncertainty about moving forward with the surgery. Mina spent time on the phone and exchanged text messages for over 5 months. Once I decided to move forward, Tammy walked with through the process with kindness, knowledge, patience and prompt responses to my ongoing questions. Every step has been professional and executed with care. Dr. Malhotra is very good at what he does. Even the nurses shared that they have used him as their doctor! I am happy with my results. I highly recommend AA Plastic Surgery because of the incredible team he has put together.

First time here. Everyone in staff from Christian to Dr. Maltroa is fast and very professional. The ladies that work on me Carmen and Tina did an excellent work helping and making feel comfortable. I wish the entire staff the best and would highly recommend anyone to come. I did about 1600 graftes and took about 8 hours; so plan accordingly.

I had an amazing experience doing a rhinoplasty with Dr. Maholtra. He was so attentive, meticulous, and had excellent bedside manner. I am so incredibly happy with my results, he made my nose look so natural and did exactly what he said he was going to do in my consultation. I could not be happier and recommend him to everyone I know!

Dr. Malhotra is such a skilled surgeon! No pain at all from the procedure; I went out to eat and shopping immediately after. They look so natural and fit my body perfectly. His rapid recovery is no joke I returned to work 5 days post op and feel great! I’m so happy I did my research and chose him. Also, Tammy is amazing and so responsive! I received breast implants & a breast lift with Dr. Malhotra back in 2017. My results were wonderful!!! I felt that the cup size Dr. Malhotra suggested was perfect proportionately to my body. I was very unhappy with my deflated breasts after pregnancy and wanted to feel like myself again. In comparison to other plastic surgeons I had consulted with, my experience with Dr. Malhotra, his coordinator Tammy, & the friendly nurses and staff was exponentially better. From start to finish, booking, surgery, healing, I felt very taken care of. You will be treated like family at this office!!!!

Fast forward 6 years or so, I decided it was time for an explant procedure and breast lift. I have a decent amount of breast tissue, and after surgery I’d say my breasts are now a B cup. My surgery was on November 7th, I felt fine to work days later, had only 2 days of pain meds, and rested as much as possible for 1 week. The nurses at both the surgery center in Waterford, as well as the nurses for the post-op appointment to remove drains were incredible and completely eased my fears. Dr. Malhotra did a wonderful job with the incisions, the overall look of the breast tissue, my breasts are perfectly lifted and I am very happy once again with my procedure!!!!



I also want to note that I received filler from Dr. Ballard and I absolutely loved my results from this as well. Immediate subtle results and it made such a difference to facial symmetry and fullness to my lips and cheeks. 

Dr. Malhotra did an outstanding job with my surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results; I'm only one week post-op and the cast is off and results are fully visible! I felt like all of my preferences for what I wanted my nose to look like after surgery were taken into account and reflected in my actual results. His office, and specifically Tammy, were very helpful in validating my nerves, excitement, and answering all of the questions I had leading up to surgery and throughout recovery. On top of amazing service and genuine concern in making sure that I felt comfortable going through with this surgery, I was happily surprised with how quickly I was able to get scheduled for the surgery itself - I was quoted for 2025 at a separate surgery center and saw Dr. Malhotra and had only a couple of months to wait! As I've been waiting for this surgery for a long time, this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much to everyone at Ann Arbor Plastic Surgery for such a great experience and changing my life!
