My recovery has been great. The doctor explained his technique is more gentle. He said, I'm not going to make you look fake, I'm going to make you look like you did before kids. I said great! The pain had been very manageable. Nothing unbearable. I felt the pain/pressure of the muscle repair and the bruise like feeling on the back from lipo. Other than that great! 10 days post op, my belly button sitters were taken out and I'm so excited at the way it looks already. Dr Gutierrez requires 30 days to pass before the tummy taps are removed. I will update later. I would 1000% do this again if I had to. Worth it! Updated on 12 Oct 2022: I have been waiting for today! The tapes were very ready to come off. The incision is closed, clean and nice and low like I wanted. Thank you!! I am now in a XXS faja Updated on 30 Oct 2022: I’m so glad I took so many before pics. I can see a huge difference! I thought my booty wasn’t too different but clearly with the lipo, double muscle repair and fat transfer there’s a clear difference even if my butt isn’t huge. I’m happy I’m not a huge fan in the faja but I know it’s necessary for compression. I’ve also switched to a stage 2 faja at 5 weeks PO. Now I am also wearing a foam on my stomach for more compression because it still is very swollen.

He takes the time to get to know you and go over your health background and makes sure you are healthy enough to Undergo the surgery you are choosing to get. He also gives you options on what types of surgeries are best suited for you and your body types. What I love the most about him is that he makes you look as natural as possible His work really speaks for itself. He is beyond amazing! Today is my 8 day post mommy make over. I can’t express enough how happy and satisfied I am with choosing Dr. Gutierrez. From the moment I first contacted his office via email, to the first in person consultation, to surgery day and now my recovery, the whole team has been very professional and helpful. Dr. Gutierrez is a great surgeon and a very humble/ caring person. Always making sure to answer all of my questions and checking on me several times at the recovery home. He even went the extra mile for me; My hubby forgot my IPad at the hotel and Dr. G personally went to the hotel and got it for me. As for the results, I’m super happy, excited and in love with my results. I would choose Dr. G all over again and he definitely is going to be my go to surgeon.

I started consultation over the phone several times in a period of 3 months each time over 2 hours , He was so patient, answering every question I had and offering answers to questions I couldn’t remember to ask, What got me more interested was that he spent several months in Israel doing charity work, facial/ cosmetic surgeries, so right away I knew I was in great hands, I set up my person to person consultation and spent more than 5 hours with him, and still,, he had the patience to go over every detail with my husband and I. Well first off it's hard to trust a dr in Mexico but he made this journey so much easier for me. Dr. Gutierrez and his staff are beautiful human beings. They made me feel comfortable from the very first email, conversation that was exchanged. The dr is very detailed and is a perfectionist on his incisions. He will tell you by every detail how the surgery will go. He will spend time with you over the phone and at your in person consultation. He will not risk your safety at all. That's his number 1 priority safety first. He will not risk your life at all. I had a tt, lipo and bbl and I'm very pleased with my results. He is the man!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Gutierrez and his staff. I realized how he truly cares about his patients’ health when he refused to do the circular tummy tuck I wanted due to my hemoglobin level. He decided an extended tummy tuck would be the safest. He also made me stay in a recovery home (free of charge) for a night instead of going back to the hotel so I could be watched by nurses. I loved that he is a perfectionist because I am one too and can obsess over small irregularities. My stomach is perfect and I can’t wait to show it off! Dr. G has also been readily available to me when I have any question or concern. I am so grateful for him!
