Dr. Kolliker is a great doctor. He comes to see you severial times a day. Also has a Internal doctor that goes over pre op tests to make sure everything is ok prior to surgery. I don't remember his name but is he very good also. I can recomend going thru Pat Marino and faceliftmexico.com.

I am abundantly happy with both the exceptional clinical care and the surgery aftercare I received. The physician - Dr. Guillermo Koelliker - was skillful, perfectionist, professional, had a wonderful "bedside manner", was compassionate, attentive and I absolutely could not be more pleased with him. The hospital care was also superb. The staff was kind, efficient, prompt and very responsive. The surgery aftercare at Spa Club Casa Marino was remarkable. The professional staff at Spa Club Casa Marino were all very personable, attended to my every need, were polite, observant, sympathetic, eager - there are just not enough adjectives to describe how stellar they were. I would highly recommend this group and the whole experience of FaceLift Mexico to anyone without any reservations whatsoever.

During my research, I had 3 consultations with cosmetic surgeons in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Prices ranged from $15k – $22k with the procedure been done as an ‘out-patient’. Although I felt comfortable with the doctors’ competency, I did not want to spend that amount of money and not receive supervised after-care. Via internet searching, I found Pat Marino’s website. I sent her an email and she responded immediately. She requested several ‘close-up’ photos, which revealed that I was a good candidate for a full face-lift. After 3-4 phone conversations with Pat, I felt comfortable with the situation and the cost was very reasonable. From the time I arrived at Leon airport to the day I left, I was accompanied by an English-speaking driver who was kind and courteous. Language was never a problem, or a deterrent. At the hospital, Dr. Kolliker gave me a 1 ½ hour consultation prior to my facelift. I was very excited and pleased to have found such a professional, kind and caring doctor who was concerned for my best results. After 3 days at the hospital, I was released by Dr. Kolliker. Once again I was transported to CASA MARINO, which is a beautiful, luxurious, safe and clean spa/resort. I was treated as a guest in a family setting. The food was home-made and nutritious.

First off, Dr. Koelliker is a fantastic surgeon, skilled, compassionate and caring. What more could you ask for. His team of Doctors and nurses gave me all the confidence in the world to go ahead with this. A 3 day stay in the hospital pretty much ensured that all was well. Dr. Koelliker dropped by at least 3 times a day to check on me. On day three, Pat Marino arranged for a driver to bring me from the hospital to Spa Casa Marino. Ahh! what a treat to be pampered, catered to and waited on for the next 10 days ( I stayed an extra 3 days). I was fortunate to have the whole Marino family here with me. Pat, Greg, and Mel thank you for a wonderful stay. The staff headed my Fabiola were top notch. Dr. Koelliker came twice here to Casa Marino to check on me. I have never been treated so well! San Miguel de Allende is one of the great secrets of Mexico. Whether you are looking for silver jewellery, locally made clothes or just a fantastic meal you can find it here in San Miguel.
