I had eyelid surgery by Dr. Bentkover two years ago and have continued with the office for facials, skin care products and injectables. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and you always feel as if you were the only patient in the office. For the time you are there, you are the most important person in the office , and everyone gives you their full attention. I have never felt pressured to pursue any kind of treatment or intervention, and when I have consulted with Dr. Bentkover on specific things, he often responds with " you don't need that." Clearly he is not trying to "sell" you anything for the sake of profit. I have recommended Dr. Bentkover to friends and colleagues. I worked with him and he operated on my husband. Dr B was happy to hear John no longer snores or is constantly fatigued, stating that only 10% of sleep apnea patients have such wonderful results. I now see Dr. Bentkover pretty regularly. I am on Obagi and have dabbled with dysport and Radiesse. I love the whole office staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I feel like family whenever I visit. They always accommodate and most importantly I never feel rushed and no question goes unanswered. I feel I'm getting the treatment someone would expect at an overly expensive big city office. The only difference is I am treated for my issue no matter how long it could take. I'm not just a number who has 15 minutes of his time. Dr. Bentkover also is excellent in his follow up care. He has definitely improved my life in every aspect. I remember when he told me i'm not 22 anymore.I was trying restylane for lips a 1st for me.. It made me sad at 1st but I know and have experienced so much more at this age! I do like a down to Earth honest Dr. I think we all do.Thank you Dr. B you truly are the best! I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Dr.B noticed about 5 years ago I had ptosis. He recommended a surgeon that could help,one he went to school with. It took me 5 years to build up the courage to have my eyelids opened wider so my pupils were not covered. It's been 6 weeks and I never googled the surgeon because he was highly recommended by Dr. Bentkover. Obviously to refer another Dr. that just shows camaraderie and healthcare in action at it's best. Eye Bags Treatment
Several years ago, I had a revision rhinoplasty done by Dr. Bentkover and have had continued going to his practice for Botox/Dysport injections. I trust both his judgement and expertise because whenever I asked him if I needed anything done, he always replied I needed nothing else. However, when I reached 61, I started to notice the beginnings of bags under my eyes and Dr. Bentkover agreed that blepharoplasty might be one procedure from which I might benefit. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I would never think of picking anyone but Dr. Bentkover to do it. I know his passion is rhinoplasty and he is an expert with fillers, but I think he is a master with anything that is facial plastic surgery. He is compassionate and caring, as is all his staff and it is one doctor's visit I actually enjoy going to.

He is over the top in all aspects of this rating. He spent more time with me discussing my procedure to make sure I was most comfortable with the revisions. Why only 4 stars on the waiting, it's people like me who put him behind schedule. I had rhinoplasty with a previous surgeon and was never happy. Met with Dr. Bentkover and he assured me there would be room for improvement. His confidence and reputation was all I needed to go through this procedure again. Love him and his staff. Great experience. Over the top !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I chose Dr. Bentkover because I felt extremely confident in his ability to match the goals we discussed and he far exceeded my expectations-he is so extremely talented and clearly loves what he does. I absolutely love the outcome and couldn't be happier with my new, natural nose. I’ll never be able to thank Dr. Bentkover enough for changing my life. I disliked my nose since I was a young girl and when I finally started to look for a plastic surgeon, I took the process very seriously and spent hours doing research and consulting several different doctors. After my consultation with Dr. Bentkover, I couldn’t have been more impressed and confident in him and booked my surgery right then and there. Dr. Bentkover took the time to explain everything he would do during my surgery and listened to my goals as well. He made sure all of my questions were answered in detail so that I understood what would be done during my surgery. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and the atmosphere of Dr. Bentkover’s office is truly warm and hospitable. St. Vincent’s is a gorgeous facility and I was so extremely impressed by the care I received from the nurses, anesthesiologist, and especially Dr. Bentkover on the day of my surgery. It’s evident that Dr. Bentkover and his wife Nancy care deeply about the satisfaction and outcomes of their patients. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my rhinoplasty with Dr. Bentkover-my nose is beautiful now and looks so natural on my face. I’m such a happier and more confident person thanks to Dr. Bentkover! Choosing him as my plastic surgeon was the best decision I ever made.

Rhinoplasty
My father is a surgeon and has been practicing in the Boston area for almost 20 years. So when I decided to have a septorhinoplasty, my father insisted I see the surgeon that one of the partners at his practice had recommended. I had consultations with several other surgeons in Massachusetts before I got to meet Dr. Bentkover, but other surgeons made me feel uneasy. My parents and I were highly critical of each surgeon's approach, manner, and plans for my nose, and none of them made us feel confident. This was not a surgery we were about to take lightly; when it's a permanent facial change, you want nothing less than the best. But from the minute I met Dr. Bentkover and his staff, I knew I was in the best hands. Everyone at his office is welcoming and easy-going, but highly professional and knowledgeable. Everything from his original plans for my surgery, to the information I was given in the months before, the day of, and after the operation... every step was thoughtful, assuring, and surpassed my expectations. I felt comfortable asking any silly question that came up, and he and his staff were speedy and detailed in their answers. And my nose looks FANTASTIC. Better than I could have even imagined it, honestly. I used to avoid looking in the mirror from different angles, but now I have to stop myself from admiring the new look! This is the thank you letter I gave him a few weeks after my surgery... Dear Dr. Bentkover, If I’m this excited about how my nose feels and looks already (just two weeks post-op), I can’t imagine how ecstatic I’ll continue to be for years to come. When we took off the bandages last week, I was in shock and awe of how pretty my new profile was – and I still am! Before the surgery, I was shy about telling anyone that I was going to have rhinoplasty in addition to the septoplasty. But now I seem to have the opposite problem; I might be a little too proud of it and I hope others notice the change. But the funny part, and the best part, is that... they don't. To me it looks vastly improved but it's so natural that one of my friends even asked me last week, "So, when are you getting the surgery done?" When I told my friends I already had it, she said, “Oh yeah, it is different – it’s prettier, but you still look like you. I feel like you’ve always looked this way.” I wanted to jump for joy but I resisted the urge for my nose’s sake. I can’t even say how grateful I am for the impressive work that you have done and the kindness that you, Nancy, and all those at your office have shown me over the last few months.
