I saw Dr. Chung five years ago for a rhinoplasty and have continued to see her since then. I had an unusual nose to work on because it had a large dimple in the middle as well as very thick skin. Dr. Chung was meticulous and continued to fine-tune the results even after surgery. The improvement from my original nose is drastic and I'm very pleased with the result.

I am 50+ years old and felt I looked drowsy all the time. I met with Dr. Chung and she suggested an upper blepharoplasty procedure. I had my sutures removed 5 days later with Nurse Marni and by day 14 I was wearing my makeup and enjoying the results! This is a true story. I was delayed at Immigration recently on my return from Europe because my passport photo looked so much older than me. The officer thought I was impersonating someone else. My entire life I was self conscious about my profile. I had a very large nose compounded by a weak chin. I hated seeing my reflection or seeing myself in pictures. I did debate plastic surgery in my twenties, but did not have the confidence to pursue it as i was too concerned about the opinions of others. At thirty-three years old I reluctantly scheduled a visit with Dr. Chung hoping there would be an easy fix like fillers or the "liquid nose job". I am a 62-year -old woman living in the Boston area. I am an extremely discerning person with very high standards so when I considered having facial surgery and in particular a neck lift, I took finding the right surgeon very seriously. I have been told by many I look fifteen years younger than my age and I have Dr. Chung to thank for that. I am a male in my mid 40s and i underwent a buccal fat removal procedure. The procedure, and the eventual outcome, far exceeded my expectations. I also can not say enough good things about Dr. Chung and her entire staff. For anyone who has facial fullness its worth investigating whther you are a suitable candidate. Its relatively non-invasive procedure (incisions entirely inside the mouth) with only a coupole days of downtime. There is some amount of swelling but for me it subsided within 3-4 days. You should also selecet a surgeon that you feel comfortable with and again i cannot be more emphatic in my recommendation for Dr. Chung. She is a stellar surgeon with a caring, courteous, and supportive staff.

I needed to have my nose fixed because it was misshapen and had a big bump. Dr. Jeannie Chung did an excellent job and I am very happy with the outcome. She and her staff were very helpful for everything.

I could not be more delighted with my otoplasty results! I had only heard raving reviews about Dr. Chung's work and found them not only true, but she exceeded my expectations. Everyone there is professional and caring. Dr. Chung and her team treated me with the utmost care throughout the process. Although my ears did not protrude terribly before, it was enough to bother me daily. They prevented me from feeling comfortable wearing my hair up, which I now enjoy doing. Dr. Chung agreed that I would be a good candidate for the procedure and that the results would be a nice improvement. The procedure itself was not difficult! I was instructed to wear a thick head wrap for one week before switching to a soft night headband for use while sleeping. Overall the experience was a good one. There was tolerable pain and discomfort during the first week and a half but after that I felt great and I am so delighted with the results. They look natural and beautiful as though this is the way my ears were supposed to look all along. Thank you Dr. Chung and staff.
