The Most Amazing and Caring Plastic Surgeon - Boston, MA

Dr. Seckel and his staff are wonderful!! They are all super kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Seckel will spend as much time as needed to answer all of your questions. I felt very comfortable in his care from the moment I met him. I had a breast augmentation w/ mastopexy on Jan. 30, 2013 and I could not be any happier with the results. Dr. Seckel and Dr. Doherty are both very talented surgeons and I would highly recommend them.

So Happy with New Neck! - Concord, MA

I must have met over 5 different plastic surgeons over the years, but none of them made me feel comfortable enough. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Seckel, I knew that he was the one. He is an accomplished plastic surgeon with the experience you would want your doctor to have. He is genuine and kind and takes his time. I trusted him completely after my first visit. Although I was still nervous about the procedure, meeting him and his staff, made it all that much easier to make the decision. I would honestly recommend Dr. Seckel for any plastic surgery procedure.

Loving my new, big, round, curvy girls!! Boston, MA

Dr. Brooke Seckel is awesome. From the moment I met him he put me at ease, and I was fairly nervous. He always wears his cheerful red bow tie, which is funny at first and then becomes endearing. He made me feel confident about the procedure, spent as much time at the consult as I wanted, answered every single question, and demonstrated with his answers that it was far from his first rodeo :) He loves telling the story about how when he started 30 years ago, everyone got 250 cc's -- and that was big. And how things have changed over the years. So be ready to hear that story!! :D He's also very complimentary, you'll get an ego boost just from visiting. When you walk into the office, you'll notice a few magazine articles naming him top surgeon this and top surgeon that. You can also see those on his website. When it comes time for surgery, he's all business. Gone was the happy-go-lucky surgeon with the red bow tie; instead was surgeon who you knew had years of medical expertise under his belt. Everything went very smoothly. He also spent time with me at the pre-op visit, which I guess is unusual -- some girls only visit with the nurse. And, although he was used to using moderate+ implants, I explained why I had decided I wanted High Profile instead. So, he ordered the high profiles :). He also double-checked my measurements. Before I went to the consult, I actually didn't really know I had any unevenness going on up top. But turns out one is about 25 cc larger than the other (or, was) and my nipples are very slightly uneven, about 0.5cm. So, he did something in surgery to even them out :). ***** As an added bonus, you get not one board certified surgeon, but two! Dr. Doherty is also in the operating room with you, so you get two opinions during surgery which helps for a more perfect outcome :D Finally, my mom has been a nurse for years, and she's all business as well. She was very impressed with the folder of information that the office sends home with you, and agreed with all of the medications they prescribed -- she said it was very good of them to prescribe the behind-the-ear anti-nausea patch. Just from that, she knew I was in good hands. He responds super-fast to any emails you send, so he's very accessible which I like. I give him and his staff my highest recommendations. And I will definitely be back when it comes time to do my lips, or if one day I need a tummy tuck after I have kids :D

Amazing Rhinoplasty Experience - Concord, MA

From the moment I met Dr. Seckel, I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his care. He is such a soft-spoken, sweet man with incredible bedside manner. Dr. Seckel answered all of my questions and made me feel very safe in his hands. He also listened to what I wanted my nose to look like and provided his own opinion and judgement about what would look most fitting and natural on me. Dr. Seckel is an incredible surgeon, and is so kind and caring. He and his staff, the practice manager Kathleen and nurse, were so accommodating and involved throughout the entire process and procedure. I had a perfect experience, and absolutely love my results! The Best Doctor - Concord, MA

Over 20 years ago I had to have my silcone implants replaced due to a leak. At thsat time I was referred to Dr Seckel. He was amazing. Afew years ago, yearly mammogram showed a possible rupture. I went back to Dr Seckel to determine if it was leaking. He welcomed me with open arms like a long lost friend. If he didn't remember me, he could have fooled me. Thank God nothing was wrong. I still have my implants today at the age of 60 and they don't look bad at all. I am thinking of getting my eyes done and thought the good doctor had retired. I just by chance came across this site to find he still happy and well in Concord.

Happy with Results - Concord, MA

From start to finish - excellent. I am thrilled with my results. I was referred to Dr. Seckel from a friend who had a breast augmentation and I am so happy for the wonderful referral. It was a positive experience from the minute I walked into his office. The staff is equally pleasant and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Seckel. I learned it is most important to do your homework before selecting a qualified plastic surgeon.

Tumescent Laser Liposuction - Less Pain, Quicker Recovery

Most people, no matter how fit and healthy, have areas of extra fat on the body that they do not like. In men it is the waist area, and in women the tummy, hips and thighs. Many of us have often thought that it would be nice to have liposuction to remove the excess fat and start over again by watching our diet and exercising. However traditional old time liposuction is a traumatic surgical procedure which is painful and with a prolonged recovery. Worse, a large percentage of people who have...
