5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
51 Yo with 2 Children, 36AA Pre-op, Slightly Prominent Sternum, BA in Two Days - 275-300cc Silicone - Washington DC
Dr. Price is super knowledgeable, incredibly experienced and very kind. He listened to what I wanted and did not push anything. I did not want to go too big - wanted a natural look that would allow me to exercise etc. and not be too noticeable. I opted for 275 cc silicone under the muscle. (If I had wanted to go bigger, he would have accommodated me.) The office was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly. I called on a Wednesday, went in for a consultation on Thursday, signed the papers on Friday and had my surgery on Monday. (I had already had a mammogram and a full physical before this, so I was ready to go.) I felt that I was in excellent, experienced hands. His staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Their surgical facility was pleasant and very different from the feel of a hospital. I came to Dr. Price because a friend had also had a successful augmentation with him. They also had a special "Augs in August" which discounted the usual price of an augmentation from $7,000 to $6,500. The office supplies bras for the first month. PS One important note - I had visited a PS prior to Dr. Price who had given me parameters for the augmentation for my frame and desired outcome (200-300cc max.) I really did appreciate having that kind of guidance and used the first PS's assessment when I went to Dr. Price to guide my own choice. I think that I benefitted from the first PS's guidance and might have gone bigger with Dr. Price than I did had I not done the first assessment. The reason I ended up choosing Dr. Price is that he has more surgical experience than the first PS, was able to fit me into his schedule promptly, and was $400 less expensive. I have seen many examples where women have gone too big and they have had problems afterward. I really liked that the first PS was willing to give me his professional sense of what would look good on my frame.
5 out of 5 stars Liposuction
Doctor Price met all of the criteria I wanted in a doctor: knowledgable, experienced, qualified, honest, careful, conservative, and accurate.
5 out of 5 stars Eyelid Surgery
I did extensive research of the procedure and the best doctors in the area. Dr. Price consistently was listed as one of the top docs in the area and the country. He also listed high on customer satisfaction I went to see 4 surgeons in the area and I felt the most comfortable with the doctor, staff, and location of the clinic. 22Jan2015 - after nearly two years I am not happy with the results. The swelling completely went away after nearly 18 months. What I am left with are under eye wrinkles and smaller bags. I was at the clinic for a filler to see if that would help and the nurse asked me if I would consider a Bleph. Really? is it that bad that the staff think I need a surgery I already had? I am considering going back for a revision, but do not want to have to pay again and take all the time off again.
4 out of 5 stars Tummy Tuck
I researched local doctors that live close to me and the first doctor that popped out to me and I was able to schedule a consult with was this practice. The name drew me in "Center for Plastic Surgery" so I knew they specialized in it. The staff was really great and helpful and not pushy. Their office was very nice and modern it just made you feel like they were artists of the body. They were just very on top of everything from the beginning and I was comfortable from the start so I went with my instinct. They gave me a great discount because I worked for another physician (not in the same field) which I thought was very courteous. Not to mention as I was walking out from my consult another patient stopped to talk to me and she told me that Dr. Price had did her tummy tuck 13 years ago and she showed me her tummy and she looked fabulous. She seemed very happy with the practice as well so that's how I picked my practice.
