Repair of the muscle wall will improve significantly the ball below your breast. Liposuction of the flanks waist and back will enhance your contour as well as provide fat for "grafting to the buttocks" (the BBL). You of course would have to be cleared for surgery by your PMD. Anesthesia would be general, not sedation. The TT and BBL takes 3.5 to 4 hrs.

Because you want another child, you are better served completing your family before having the procedure which would tighten the skin. TT scar length is result of procedure design. The fold of the lower abdomin is determining factor most often. In review your pics, there is no appreciable redundancy. An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is appropiate. The procedure you would want would be designed by your surgeon and you. I answer this question because it is difficult. As you present in the accompanying photo you are not a good candidate for TT. Many doctors would reference your BMI. They would be correct in doing so. Many would suggest barriatric surgery. I too would insist on your getting a barriatric surgery consulation. My performing the surgery, TT and Lipo would be predicated upon you at least becoming better informed about your options. You unequivocally, would be better served, and your dollars better spent if you lose weight 1st. Understanding you don't want to be skinny, the issue that would give you an outcome not aesthetically pleasing is abdominal visceral fat which is fat under the abdominal muscle. This fat is reduced by diet and exercise. Your coming into a Board Certified Drs. ' office is a process. you may yet get the procedure which enhances your figure.

Your question does not give enough info, nor does the pictures. Don't Know if there is an implant involved or not. I been researching bbl for five years. I was 185 and got down 160. I have been shopping around for an affordable price within my budget. Dr. James and Nurse Joyce were so amazing through the process. I wanted a more full but, and my legs/arms slim down. I am 3 day post and i am feeling better. It is not as painful as the TT. I have swollen and the pain is not to bad as long as you take the medicine. Updated on 2 Aug 2020: I am 6 Day post- i am feeling okay- im laying on my stomach it best to stay off your butt for at Least one month to maximize results. I have been standing up a lot and walking around the house. I was 157 at surgery day. I do want more bubble so hopefully it will bubble up more as time go on- i am still Swollen. I go see Dr. B tomorrow for an update. The weight you are before surgery helps if you like your body frame shape. Some have bigger butts cause of a heavier weight more fat to transfer. I did not want to do implants in the butt to get more phat butt lol. Most importantly i have to maintain my body weight. I am feeling much happier I can see my frame has slim down in comparison to before and after. The rolls are gone in my back - i will start to drive a little bit with my bbl pillow- no seating no longer than one hour on the bbl pillow. Dr. B is the BEST in the DMV. I researched and had consultations with several doctors local and out of state. He's honest, awesome bedside manner and has a surgical center and team that were amazing. I'm 3 days post op from a tummy tuck and bra roll excision after a 91 pound weight loss after the gastric sleeve. My results are amazing already! September 24, 2019: My experience with Doctor B. was amazing from start to finish! I had two consults with him to be sure that this was what I really wanted to do and then this past summer in July 2019, I knew for sure. I was physically and mentally prepared to undergo the procedure. All went well without any issues or concerns. I went in to the surgery center whole and came out whole in one piece minus the extra waistline, tummy and love handles! Dr. B. was professional, attentive and responsive from consult to post procedure. I am truly amazed at what he has done with my body...its almost unrecognizable! I sometimes have to pinch myself to be sure that it's me...oh wow! I would recommend him to all of my friends, family, neighbors, etc. I am glad that I chose to have the tummy tuck and lipo.
