Highly recommend! Dr Lauri and Dr Kane are incredible. Every visit I have gone to, they’ve recommended services based on MY face, MY natural facial features and what I want to achieve. (Definitely not something I’ve found previously at other offices) it’s not about getting you in and out, it’s about helping you feel beautiful and empowered! The office is so clean and professional, their staff is kind and caring, they’ve truly created a space that’s comforting to be in during your visit. Personally, moving forward, I will only ever be going to Dr Kane and Lauri, and their team, for my Botox and fillers.

Excellent. Enjoyed the camaraderie from the staff that met me, and the true interest shown in my concerns before being treated. I absolutely recommend Dr. Kane. This was not my first visit, having seen Dr. Kane several times previously. Shame on me for postponing my return appointment for so long.

AMAZING!!!! I just had a facial thread lift with lipo of the cheeks and under chin. I had never heard of thread lifts and was not quite saggy enough for a facelift but needed something done for my sagging jowls, down turning corners of mouth and marionette lines. Dr. Kane told me about the use of threading and how they can be used to correct my issues. Dr. Kane gave me tons of information and made sure I had researched and was comfortable go through with the procedure. I felt it was a great option for me and decided to go for it. The day of the procedure Dr. Kane, Lauri and the entire staff were so absolutely comforting and gentle, as they always are. They always make me feel like family. Dr. Kane and Lauri talked with me in great detail prior to the procedure about how the procedure would be done and what to expect after. I felt no pain during the procedure, I could feel the nurse rubbing my hand, comforting me during, which was so kind and sweet, I could not have been more relaxed and confident that I was in the best hands. I followed Dr. Kane’s directions to the T for after care. It has only been 2 weeks and the swelling from the lipo has almost completely subsided and my face looks AWESOME!!! I am 50 and I have already had people tell my they’d guess I was in my 30’s. Dr. Kane is an expert in his practice, a true artist!!!! I recently to MD and am so grateful I found Dr. Kane and Lauri. I won’t go anywhere else. I also get my botox done here as well and have never had the amazing results I have with Dr. Kane (I have been getting botox for well over a decade, so that’s saying a lot). I also previously had the lip-flip done by Dr. Kane, after previously going other places getting lip fillers and not being happy with the results, Dr. K suggested the lip-flip…WOW so much better than fillers, my lips look young and full, not artificially pumped up, no one else around does the lip flip or threading. Dr. Kane, Lauri and staff are the pinnacle of expertise, knowledge, care and kindness. They genuinely care about you as a whole person, not just the procedure(s). Words just are not enough to express how grateful I am and how much I recommend Dr. Kane, there is NO ONE better. THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!

At the Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Medispa, I found the expertise I have long been looking for. I cannot recommend this practice strongly enough. First of all, I truly believe that Dr. Dean Kane is an artist who is truly invested in the successful outcomes of his patients. His talent, combined with the exceptional support of Dr. Lauri Kane and the rest of the staff made this the best experience it could possibly have been. At 54, I was looking for a solution to help keep me looking my best. I was also trying to do so within the limited budget of a teacher salary. I had previously thought that my income would not allow me access this level of expertise. This had cause me to be unsatisfied with previous procedures from lesser providers. I now look back and cannot imagine that entrusted my face to anyone but the best. My procedure with Dr. Kane was truly money well spent and I will absolutely be back - as needed - in the future. However, the fact remains that I paid a price by not coming to Dr. Kane FIRST. Please consider this as you make your decisions and read on to better understand the current climate in “medispas” that confused me. Hopefully I can save someone else from making the mistakes that I did. As an active member of the health and fitness community in our area, I have been influenced by the influx of independent medispas and the recent crossover into the legitimate healthcare industry. I had found this to be confusing, particularly as I sought to make choices regarding how allocate funds in my quest to look my best as I age. When you visit most medispas, the setting is often sufficiently clinical so that you feel you are getting real access to “medical” care. In my experience this did not prove to be true. With a typically non-physician based staff I feel that this type of providers is missing an essential component and consumers are not aware of this. In my case, the hardest lesson came when I sought solutions for the stubborn fat under my chin that persisted despite having lost weight. A nurse injector at my local medispa suggested two (double-dose each) courses of Kybella as well as multiple fillers throughout my face. All of this cost several thousand dollars - and of course the filler was not lasting. Furthermore, I did not need the filler based on the condition of my skin and did not even like the effects. After the Kybella, the fat was gone and my chin and neck were definitely slimmer, but no one had prepared me for the significant loose skin that would persist - and make me feel even older and more self conscious. I felt that I looked worse after these treatments and there was now no non-surgical way to correct the loose skin. So, in short I was not warned that I might be more in need of treatment after Kybella - or that there were other treatments that could replace the Kybella (neck lift, etc.). My fault for not seeking out a higher level of expertise or doing more research. If I had just invested in myself from the beginning... If I had even booked a consult with Dr. Kane to see what his vision for me would be and how much that might cost! Which was not more than I wasted on non-effective treatments! I would have saved time, pain, and money - and had a much better outcome. I never imagined the feeling that would come from looking in the mirror and knowing that I truly looked my best. With one glance, Dr. Kane could see a better me and he helped to bring that version forward. He also explained the process every step of the way, answering all my questions, easing any worries (Although there were few because I was so well prepared throughout.) This is where I am today after having had a neck lift with platysmaplasty (and liposuction and threads) to my face and neck. I now have the outcome I wished for - and more. Most importantly, I realized that the money that I was trying to save by going to an independent medispa came at a cost, not a savings. I did not achieve the results I wanted - and I lost so much money in the process. I particularly wanted to post this review for others, like myself, who may be confused by the current climate in cosmetic care and feel that they can’t afford consult the best. I have absolutely no regrets in having come to Dr. Dean Kane and only wish I had done so sooner! I will continue to come to this practice, having now learned that this is not an area in my life where I want anywhere best the best medical advice, and where sacrificing this does not prove beneficial!

I found Dean and Lauri Kane after having a terrible experience with a doctor who injected my under eye trough with steroids in an attempt to remove a granuloma caused by restylane. This inappropriate use of steroids in the trough area caused both hypopigmentation and extreme subcutaneous fat loss which left me disfigured. Dr. Kane, his beautiful and intelligent wife, Lauri, and his amazing staff could not have been kinder, gentler, and more compassionate with me. Dr. Kane’s extensive background in this field allowed us to navigate which treatment options were available now, versus those that may be available a year from now, once the area was more healed and stable. Lauri added great suggestions that inspired more creative brainstorming on what we could potentially do. . Dr. Kane also listened to the treatment options I had researched and made sound recommendations based on what I had found in the literature. His injected technique was with a cannula- theoretically reducing the chances of occlusion- and it left no bruising. I felt respected and heard. His nurse was incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable about the effects of both the steroids and the agreed upon treatment. The entire group was so supportive of me, and when I looked at the time, I realized we had gone far over a normal consultation period because they were more concerned with my psychological well-being (I was understandably upset) and producing a set of options that I could work with. This is an amazing group of individuals and I highly recommend this practice, especially if you have experienced undesirable results elsewhere.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kane's for over two years now and am beyond happy with his work. His recommendations for filler placement have significantly balanced out my facial thirds and symmetry. He and Lauri are an amazing team and every one of my office visits has been a great experience!

The experience that I had with Dr Kane has been amazing. He has treated me well and with trust. Also his wife. He cares for the patient. For the patient to feel good. The prices for services are good. His office is so beautiful and clean.

I had a good experience with Dr. Kane. I chose him for my liposuction because he was knowledgeable and puts the patients health first. He is very attentive from consultation until well after post op. Definitely not like those assembly line cosmetic surgeons. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kane

Who said African American women do not get lip fillers? Yes, we do! My experience with Dr. Kane and his staff was incredible. I scheduled a consultation for lip fillers and was able to get the procedure done the same day. I was not expecting Dr. Kane to perform the procedure himself as it seemed to be minor; however, he did. His bedside manner is wonderful. Dr. Kane, Lauri, and Rosa took their time to explain the procedure and answer any questions prior to proceeding. Pain was minimal and the healing process was without complication. I wished I could have videoed my experience. Dr. Kane’s hands are a gift. I would with confidence recommend this procedure and most definitely this office to others. Love, love, love Dr.Kane and his staff.

From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed office Dr. Kane, Lauri and the staff make you feel at home. Each staff member greets you with a smile. Dr. Kane and Lauri take the time to explain procedures, offer suggestions and answer any questions. Dr. Kane is truly an artist both on canvas and in the human form. He has helped me be the better version of myself. His work is natural and enhancing without drastically altering your appearance. It’s you…. Only better.
