Dr. Perez is a real gem. So is his team. I’m almost one day post-op for a BBL from him and he has a nice demeanor and is lighthearted which makes the process run smoothly. That including his customer service because he has a great team which includes his beautiful wife who is sooo thoughtful, helpful and kind. I did a lot of research before choosing him and I’m so glad I did because the results are only getting better as I heal. In my opinion, I would really reconsider going to Miami for a BBL because he’s super good at BBLs. Idk if people go to Miami because it’s cheaper or what but remember you get what you pay for. If you think it’s because there’s better work going on down there then I’d suggest doing more research. Anyone can do what they want at the end of the day just be mindful not to overlook the seemingly unsung plastic surgery heroes that exist right here in Overland Park! I had 2 baby boys at a young age and I breast feed both of them so my body was definitely a mommy body. Which I don't regret because I love my babies but I'm tryna fit in some different clothes and I'm able to do that now!!
I’m three weeks postoperative and I’m already pleased with my results, mind you I am still pretty swollen right now and will be for at least the next couple of months or so. My experience had been amazing since the beginning. He has answered all of my questions with sincerity! The staff are all genuinely sweet, knowledgeable and patient.

Dr. Perez deserves a 100 star review. He is passionate about his artistic ability and transformation of the human body. Within the first 5 minutes of my 60 minute consultation with him I felt at ease; he sketched a diagram of the exact procedure step by step and his philosophy on why he takes a different approach to the standard tummy tuck with lipo to the flanks like 99% of his colleges. Safety and success rate is his number one concern. His high lateral tension technique eliminates the need to add additional lipo to the flanks ultimately reducing the risk of skin necrosis. Dr Perez’s CV is commensurate with his knowledge and experience as a surgeon. His bedside manner and demeanor immediately put me at ease with regard to this major surgery (abdominoplasty) Upon entering his practice I was greeted professionally every single time. I requested a letter for work from his patient care coordinator Miss Aranzazu and within 24 hours it was sent to my email. Dr Perez’ nurse Diane was exceptional with providing in depth pre op and post op instructions. More importantly she explained the why behind the surgery itself and all of the details inherent. The outpatient surgery center at St Luke’s South was also world class. Every single single encounter starting with the intake receptionist, to the prep op nurse, to Dr. Martin the Anesthesiologist and her anesthetist were the most professional and courteous team I have ever encountered in a medical facility. I had a tummy tuck with Dr. Perez. From my very first appointment with him I was comfortable and felt like he listened to my concerns. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what he would be doing in surgery. He was very honest and had fantastic bedside manner. I am currently 6 days post op and I am incredibly happy with my results. I can not wait to see how I look when I am fully recovered and the swelling has calmed down. I saw Dr. Perez to take care of my tear troughs and talk about my options. I had very purple circles around my eyes and Dr. Perez recommended using a Hyaluronic acid filler under the eyes and we did the same day as my consult so his consult fee applied toward the services completed. He answered all of my questions and the fillers were quick and painless. I was concerned because I have a large scar under/around one eye but he adjusted accordingly and all said and done they look even and I love looking in the mirror. They sent me home with cold packs and you can barely tell I got anything done. I just look younger. I will post pics later but I did have very slight bruising (one day after procedure) so I don’t want to post pics yet.
