"I was promised something that he ultimately admitted could not be done. I look worse than when I went to him. My medical records are erroneous and surgery notes so brief that they won't help another dr., and he has refused to expand them. He was shockingly hostile to me before the first surgery, and ridiculing of me on 3 occasions."

"He promised outcomes at initial consultations that he subsequently did not deliver. I asked him 5 times if he could lift my mouth, and he said yes! After TWO surgeries, he said "it can't be done!"
Then he blamed me for having "unrealistic expectations!""
