Dr. G. did blepharoplasties (in 1999) and a facelift (in 2009) on me, as well as several minor procedures throughout the years. His work was excellent and he was very responsive to any of my concerns. That is why I have kept returning to him for all of my work. Although I am 63, many think that I am in my 40s.

So my journey begins. Just went to my pre op and picked my size implant. Dr thought hp's, but I didn't like the projection. I have been walking around for 2 weeks with rice sizers on. I really liked 275cc, so going with 304cc since I will loose a little going under the muscle. I really liked the 275cc moderate plus on me at my consultation. I am not looking for a large implant, just want a little extra. Haven't considered cup size afterwards, just want a certain look.

I hated ugly looking 2-3 inch hole in my left ear lobe and would never go out without big ear studs. Sometimes even big ear studs would come out of that hole.

If you are contemplating a face lift and want to feel 100% at ease and have 100% confidence in the procedure, then I highly recommend Dr. G. He gave me a face and neck lift and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. The results were excellent. I might add that I am an older women, and he had his work cut out for him! In 2014 I had upper eyelid surgery and fat transfer to chin and jaw angles with Dr Gresseschi. I have naturally heavy eyelids that were starting to look too hooded due to aging. The result of the eyelid surgery is shown on the pic from 2018 and is clearly asymmetric. By assessment of other plastic surgeons, the cut on the right eyelid was made too close to the eyelashes, making that eyelid look too hooded compared to the left eyelid. All surgeons consulted refused to do a revision

i had this along with quite a few other girls i know and it has ruined are noses so horrid. he removed my sills , widen the nostrils and my columella hung after as well as my lip turned under when smiling . Had to have 3 surgeries to try to correct plus fillers and its still not like my nose was . i had a beautiful nose and it was ruined from this terrible surgery . i was not told this would affect my nose in any way , but it did , i will post pics. he ruined my face !!!
