This review is for Alexa, the aesthetician at Dr. Greene's office. As usual the staff is very friendly, helpful, & answers all your questions. Approx. 2 months ago I had my first PRP with Alexa. Since I'd never had this particular procedure performed before, I was a little apprehensive, but Alexa put me at ease right away and described the procedure in great detail. I am extremely happy with the results I've gotten from the PRP which uses the plasma from your own blood to rejuvenate the facial skin. After using a numbing cream, a device is used to open up the pores, so that the plasma can easily flow into the skin. It is a fairly quick and painless procedure that works to rejuvenate and stimulate the collagen we lose as we age, and you will continue to see results for weeks and months to come! I signed up for the package deal which includes 3 treatments. If you also get fillers, the PRP will enhance your look and the botox, juvederm, etc. will last longer, as your face will have a fuller, more youthful appearance. The PRP literally takes years off your face and also helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles! I would highly recommend Alexa for your aesthetic needs because not only is she a true professional, but she will also recommend facial creams to ensure the skin heals beautifully as you see subtle changes from one week to the next. Though you'll have to stay out of the sun for a while, it is well worth it, especially if you have scarring from acne or an uneven skin tone. I would also advise you sign up for the 3 treatment PRP package. You will save money and ensure the results are long lasting. I have not had any negative side effects, and am very pleased with the results from the first two treatments, and will soon be under-going the final treatment! Again, this procedure will continue to improve the look of aging skin over time, so once you get your final treatment from the package deal, you'll see that your skin is much plumper, tighter, and rejuvenated. Just follow Alexa's instructions, use the recommended creams, and watch the years melt away!

I've come to dr Greene for so many years while I lived in Florida. The staff is the sweetest. And super accommodating. He is so knowledgeable and honest with you and what you need and want. Truly takes his time and cares as a doctor. I moved to Los Angeles and it showed me it truly is hard to come across such caring genuine doctors that just want to make you a better version of yourself. I've gotten cheekbones jaw and botox here for years. He opens it all in front of you numbs you takes his time and is super gentle. Definitely worth making him your doctor in your area. Every time I come down If I'm due for something I try to fit seeing hm in my schedule because he's truly an amazing doctor and it's a great office!!

Dr. Greene and his office staff are amazing! Very professional and very knowledgeable about how to cater to me to get my best personal result. I’m glad I found him to start my “filler journey” with. The results speak for themselves. This man is an artist and I am forever the willing canvas:) I like that he even warned me when it was going to pinch and the personalized ice packs were an awesome touch:) immediately scheduled more procedures with him. you should as well.

Dr. Ryan Greene is an amazing doctor. A few years ago I went to a less experienced, overly zealous injector who convinced me to put two syringes in my lower face. I looked awful and the effects on my self confidence were devastating. After a great deal of research I found Dr. Greene and scheduled a consult to help me correct the negative changes to my face. Dr. Greene was so compassionate and knowledgeable. He helped me to dissolve the filler from the previous injector over a series of visits. I am not always the easiest patient (the previous experience turned me into a paranoid basket case), but Dr. Greene and his staff have always handled my irrational tendencies with grace. I’ve since been back to him and he’s injected my cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, and always does my Botox. He is a master injector and truly gifted. He doesn’t try to push additional unnecessary fillers on you. He has an eye for beauty and will always be straightforward with you in what he thinks will be best for your specific needs. His prices are great considering his level of expertise and proven skills. His staff is always friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. This man really gave me back my confidence and I cannot stress enough the magnitude of this doctor’s ability.

I like reading really detailed reviews, it helps really get an idea of what to expect with these procedures. So here goes! Before I went in I had done my research and was expecting what everyone was talking about: quick procedure, heavy burning sensation, crazy swelling for weeks, numbness in the area, etc. Everyone working at the office of Dr. Ryan Greene is super nice and helpful! I met Holly (who I think led all the Kybella treatments there) and she briefly explained everything to me and asked if I wanted to go through with the procedure (I scheduled a free consultation but you can decide to do it that same day if you want, I’m guessing because it’s so quick). I said yes and she put numbing cream under my chin for a few minutes. My main concern was the fat directly under my chin. It gave me a weird rounded look that made my chin look bigger/longer. But I also wanted a more structured jawline. It is as fast as everyone says. Holly did two vials which was about 4-5 needles. It was literally 5 minutes maybe even less. Holly saw my chin and pointed out the exact problems I already knew so she concentrated the Kybella right under my chin and then did some along my jawline. The burning sensation everyone was talking about (when the Kybella actually goes into your body) I truly didn’t feel. Now, I have to say, I have a really high pain tolerance. Like really high. I was mentally prepared for the burning everyone was talking about but I really didn’t feel much. Maybe for a minute or two, but Holly also gave me a little ice pack for after and it went away after like a minute. Now for the bigger side effect: swelling. You see the swelling start immediately. However I am absolutely thrilled at how little swelling I’ve had to deal with! I had my procedure done on a Monday morning, so that same day I’m counting as Day 1. That day was the worst but I had the day off so. By Tuesday it had already went down significantly! Wednesday and today, Thursday (Day 3 and 4), I could still see the swelling but to be honest it’s the type of difference that you know nobody else is going to notice. And nobody has even asked yet. No bruising either so far. To be honest, I kind of expected the swelling to not be too bad because I’d had a nose surgery before and I didn’t swell or bruise as bad as the doctors told me I would or as bad as pictures I’d seen.. I was pretty normal after like 5 days. I just don’t swell much in general. So if you’ve ever been in a similar situation where you had to deal with swelling, try to remember how bad it was and it’ll give you an idea of how bad you’ll swell after Kybella. My chin is still numb at day 4. It’s not too uncomfortable, only when I touch it (like when you have a bruise, it doesn’t bother you until you touch it). It’s only been 4 days and even the numbing is fading significantly. I’m just feeling a little ugly because the swelling is making my face look more round when it usually tapers at the jaw/chin (aka I look fatter). But considering how seamless the process has been I can’t complain! I’m going to update this at 1 week, and then after that every week until my next session!

Always hated my thin lips and decided to go ahead and get my lips done! I found Dr Ryan Greene online and went for my first appointment end of last year ! I had Dr Holly Shipley , she was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable! I have had 2 injections and couldn’t be happier ! My lips look perfect and everyone has complimented them ! They look very natural but also have great volume ! Also an amazing staff that always check up to see how I am doing after the procedure! Definitely will keep going back :)

The first thing I would like to say is, THANK YOU Dr. Greene. Your professionalism, knowledge and personality made this process incredibly enjoyable and not so scary. The time you take to, not only understand your patient's needs, but downright make them feel comfortable in their own skin, its refreshing. Although you're the expert, you give your patients the power to make all of the decisions. Your compassion and the love you have for your profession is what makes you excel and be the absolute best at what you do. One of the things I loved about Dr. Greene is that before he tells you his professional opinion on what you need, he asks you about your concerns and your ideal image. He worries about you and your happiness, not money and time. He never tried pushing products or fillers on me; on the contrary, one of the things that made me realize he was the doctor for me was when he said "I would hate to make you feel like you wasted your time and money with me. I only want you to be the most happy" Procedures done on me: Lip fillers and tear through rejuvenation. ABSOLUTELY obsessed!! He's a master at what he does. Before deciding that I wanted to go through with this process, I did my research for about 2 years. I was mortified at the thought of looking like one of these celebrities with duck mouths. I’m a male patient in my 20s who always had a insecurity with how thin my lower lip in particular was.
