Updated on 29 Oct 2011:Dr. Rieger is the most kindest and respectful dr. I have ever met. He never made me feel rushed and made me feel so comfortable. He is very easy to get a hold of after hours, and he is an awsome dr. I am extremely happy with my results so far. I will definitely be returning for my next procedure.

I had this procedure done in December of 2008. I was 22 years old at the time and had just always wanted an enhancement. I went from a 34 A to a full C. My incision is through the nipple and the scars (what I was most nervous about) are nearly invisible. I am so pleased with the texture also, I chose the silicone implant and they are very soft and natural feeling. I am of a small build, not quite 5ft so I was nervous at first that they would look way too fake and unnatural, people do not even realize they are implants (except in a bikini of course). This was my first cosmetic surgery and I was a little nervous at first. Dr. Rieger and his staff were the most comforting and caring doctors that I have ever come into contact with. They were so easy to get into contact with and were so patient to answer ANY and ALL questions. It was not a hassle to schedule appointments and they were always on time.. they never had you waiting for hours, wonderful for people that don't like to spend their entire day in a waiting room!! I had a swift and easy recovery- I believe I was back in the gym in about a month or so... and had very little pain in the first few days and weeks post op. I would have to say that this procedure and experience were way beyond my expectations. I am not only pleased with my personal results, I have since had 4 of my girlfriends undergo this procedure with Dr. Rieger and they all have had similar success stories. Just recently had my 2 year visit for the breast implant study that I became apart of through this procedure, Dr. Rieger still remembers me and certain things going on in my personal life- makes his patients feel important... very impressed by his people skills. Thank you Dr. Rieger!! I'll be back for a face lift in 30 years :)

Dr. Rieger and his staff are wonderful, they made me feel very special and cared for. From the moment of my first appointment all my questions were answered and the financing program Dr. Rieger offers is wonderful, no interest for a whole year. Frank Rieger did an amazing job. Not only did I feel totally comfortable during my initial consultation but through out the entire process he and his staff were great. He is very professional, does not try to force procedures on you that you are not comfortable with or do not want. He did a great job providing the right level of information to help me make my decisions and understand the prep and post follow up requirements. I would highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Rieger he did an amazing job on my breast. After surgery I had no pain and was able to get up and move around day of surgery. I choose Dr. Rieger by doing research on Plastic Surgeons in the state of Florida along with Reconstructive Surgery. Based on my research and his reviews I choose him and was very pleased to have my prayers answered. I am still so blessed that he took the time to see me and treated me with the care that he did. I was turned down by 7 doctors and was running out of hope. There was not a doctor that would see me due to the liability and the damage that it had caused. Dr. Rieger's care and passion for his profession, and patients was above and beyond. He still saw me as a patient and gave me the best care that I could ever ask for. Just when I thought that I had nowhere to turn he was there for me with care and support. I am counting down the days til I can walk in his office again and have him do my next procedure. I have meet alot of Plastic Surgeons during this ordeal . The staff that works along Dr. Rieger is just as genuine as he is and is reflected 110 %. Completely professional and through. All of my questions where answered and my experience will always be a memorable one. He earned it! I am 5 weeks post-op breast augmentation by Dr. Rieger and I can't put into words how thrilled I am with the results! I tend to be a bit more conservative than what I think most might be and have put this off for years because of my fear of being disproportionate. I am petite and after meeting with multiple surgeons I wondered if I would ever find someone I could trust was on the same page. After speaking with him and researching him thoroughly I felt comfortable moving forward. He was so receptive to my thoughts and feelings regarding what I wanted the outcome to be. I got his name from a woman I have worked with for almost 2 years and never knew she had implants, and let me add that she is no where as conservative as I. Hers are quite a bit larger but natural looking. The point is that Dr. Rieger has that special touch to make whatever YOU want a reality! What sold me on Dr. Rieger though is his attention to detail and how meticulous he is. I could tell in the way he spoke to me as well through the feelings of many other women once I researched him. I am a cardiac registered nurse and I don't mess around with my health and I knew this man wouldn't either. Not one other surgeon I met with takes the precautions Dr. Rieger does. Like I said before, I am absolutely thrilled with my results and when I look at myself in the mirror I honestly can't think of anything that I would change, not one little detail and let me tell you THAT IS A GREAT FEELING!

I was referred to Dr. Rieger by a close family friend who had gotten a nose reconstruction done by him. They had nothing but good things to say about his professionalism and expertise and they were right. Overall, getting this surgery by Dr. Rieger was one of the best decisions of my life. I have so much more confidence and working out and finding clothes is remarkably easier. I look back at old pictures and am reminded how big of a difference the surgery really made. The office staff and Dr. Rieger were nothing but helpful and supportive the whole way from pre-surgery to my check-up appointments in the two years following. If you are considering this surgery even at all, I would definitely recommend going in for a consultation, you won't regret it!

Conservative and caring, Dr. Rieger will discuss with you your procedure in detail and answer your questions in supportive detail. He is not radical by any means, which is a plus when dealing with plastic surgery. I would never go to anyone else. I saw Dr. Rieger to remove scars from acne and he did an amazing job. Gave me MY face back.

From the first consultation to my post care I have felt safe, cared for and confident in my choice I made with my surgeon. I have seen Dr Rieger 3 times each time with the same fantastic results and satisfaction. I am always impressed at his professionalism and up to date knowledge in his field and others. I am a very forward person and I always appreciate honesty and when people say "listen I will not do this because I do not want YOU to be unhappy". I have placed my trust in him and his great team of associates and never been let down. The first time I saw him I was 18 and had a breast aug and as my body has changed over the years I become very active and involved in fitness and was ready for a new professional yet sexy look to fit my new body. Dr. Reiger not only did an amazing job on my breast augmentation, but he CARES! This is something we often miss in MD's. He not only wanted to know what surgery I wanted done, but he was also concerned with how I felt about each step of the process. He answered all my questions in depth. I also do not remember waiting for him ever. In fact, often times I was placed in a room to meet with him before my appt time. I have also found that during this process you not only want a caring doctor, but a caring staff as well. Dr. Reiger has chosen a staff that is empathetic and understanding and will go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with the entire process. I couldn't have picked a better doctor.

Of course the most important quality in a surgeon is technical skill and competence.However,when undergoing any cosmetic treatment, a sense of total trust and confidence is also crucial. Dr. Rieger epitomizes both. Procedures are explained and options thoroughly discussed but he also listens to and empathizes with his patients' concerns. I was particularly impressed with the reaction of the nurses at the surgery center, one of whom volunteered that Dr. Rieger was the only surgeon she would ever choose were she to have any cosmetic procedure, based not only on his skill and manner, but on his absolute perfectionism in the operating theatre. The office staff and the whole environment is very warm and caring. You should choose a surgeon for his technical skill, but choose a doctor for his gentle and caring manner; in Dr. Rieger you get the whole package. He is both a gentle man and a true gentleman.

Dr. Rieger has performed Breast Augmentation numerous times for the women in our family. He listens to what you want and is very honest about what kind of results you can expect. I also had him do Lipo which was a great success. There is no reason to shop doctors because he is the best at what he does.
