My entire experience with Dr. Agarwal and his team was completely exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Agarwal did a lower facelift and lip lift with laser. The results were incredibly natural and honestly so much better than I was even anticipating. There was mild soreness, but really, no significant pain post surgery .I only took Tylenol for a few days, no other pain medication. I followed his postoperative instructions by resting, drinking fluids, and cleaning my incisions as directed for the first couple of weeks. I have no visible scarring at 6 months post op. At the two week mark, I was feeling pretty close to normal and was able to go out to dinner and short outings. I did have postoperative swelling, but not excessive and felt I looked presentable after a couple of weeks. Dr. Agarwal is highly skilled and if you want a natural but beautiful outcome, Dr. Agarwal is the best! My result is that I look much younger, defined and healthy without the drawn pulled plastic look that I see in so many who have had a facelift. I was hesitant to get a face lift and did a lot of research prior which led me to Dr. Agarwal. I could not be happier with the entire process and my results and would do it again in two seconds. I am 59 years old.

For several years I have wanted to have my neck done. I was very self conscious of how my neck added years to my appearance. But I worried that the result would not be satisfactory and I would be left regretting my decision. But then I met Dr. Agarwal. He is a true artist!!! I cannot express how happy I am with the results. There was very little pain or bruising and I could see the miraculous results immediately. Sure I had a little swelling but I could tell right away that I loved how it came out. If you are thinking of having any procedure done I would highly recommend Dr. Agarwal. He changed my life and made me look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. I wish I would have done this years ago.

I have been going to Dr Agarwal for fillers and Botox for many years however recently I decided that I needed a little more. The image I saw in the mirror did not reflect how I felt inside and it was time to have a consultation with Dr A to see what his recommendation would be. I explained that I didn’t want to look different just better and we decided that an upper eyelid and lower face and neck lift would achieve the desired result. My whole experience could not have been better. The anesthesiologist, nursing staff and team members were very informative and put my mind at ease from start to finish I am so happy with the results and I still look like me!! Dr A did exactly what I wanted and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone considering facial surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal. From the moment I entered his office for my consultation I was totally at ease. He took the time to talk to me, give me options and answered questions I had. I decided to have an upper eye life and a total facial laser done. It was the best thing I have every done and only wish I had done it years ago. It literally took 10 years off and highly recommend it. His work is phenomenal, his staff is amazing and I can not say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. He truly is the very best.

Never realized how long my upper lip was until I became fixated on what happened and why I was looking so much older in a year's time. It's as if I turned 62 and woke up looking older overnight. I had my eyes done several years ago and a facelift/neck lift years ago and those made a huge difference. If you've ever watched the Simpson's and saw how Marge and her sisters, are characterized, with their long and very thin upper lips then you get what I am saying. I had a bad experience with a local plastic surgeon group in Ponte Vedra, FL. so I decided I would seek the best lip lift FACIAL surgeon in the Southeast (GA/FL). It took 2 years to set up appts and I used the consult fees toward botox and fillers to help with the consultation fees ranging from $100- $250. I had my procedure done in office and it's was painless. I think I napped and woke up feeling relaxed. Virtually no pain, slight, very slight discomfort for several hours post surgery but OTC pain medicine fixed all that. I am almost 30 days post surgery and my dissolvable stitches are 1/2 dissolved and the swelling is all gone. I had no bruising, none. Not going to lie, I loved my lips swollen BUT I knew enough to not love them too much as they would go down so I was prepared mentally. The only thing I will say is understand your lip lift will drop a tiny bit. I was made aware of that so I was prepared. My Dr recommended 5mm-7mm (they do some measurements to calculate how long/ short your lip should be to your nose, chin, etc.) I asked for 7mm. I I have a wide-ish nose and my lip lift looks great since 2/3rds was "lifted" I think maybe, maybe a corner lift would have made my lips outstanding vs "just" amazing but I am thrilled with my lips. Be sure to ask your Dr about a corner lift too. The cost, though would have been almost twice as much. So there's a balance. Surgery went better than expected. No bruising. I can cover any fine scars with makeup. I was out and about right away. My sister had a lip lift 3 years ago by a Dr in Utah. I compared my daily images to hers and I must say that Dr Argarwal was meticulous with the incision and stitching. I think my renewed lips have taken 5-7 years off my face. Why did I wait so long to have this done? Dr. Agarwal is outstanding surgeon, an artist, a perfectionist and a very likable person too. I will drive back for any future facial surgeries with Dr Agarwal and his team at Aesthetic Surgery Center, Naples. Updated on 20 Sep 2022: I am extremely please with the lip lift. The line is very thin and right in the crease and shadows of my nose. I feel comfortable going out without coverup as someone would really have to get under my nose to maybe see something. My Dr is a very skilled surgeon and a master with his knife and suturing. I have a tiny pimple slightly inside my nose ut it is the dissolvable stick raising up a bit and is expected to go away on its' on. Updated on 11 Jan 2023: I met with over a dozen facial plastic surgeons, in FL: and in GA, and I must say, Dr Agarwal was/is the best as far as having successfully performed this procedure many times. Even though he was an 8 hour drive each way I learned my lesson last time, with another DR, that you don't let convenience be a factor when selecting a DR. I mean it's your face! I am half Asian and I was concerned with how the scar would look and DR Agarwal assured me that I would be pleased with my result....and I boy am I! I didn't realize how something as "simple" as a lip lift could take years off your face. Also, I never realized that stretched philtrum was the culprit until my older sister, in another state, had one done. Back to Dr Agarwal, he is a face-whisperer. I was confident with his surgical skills and comfortable and relaxed during the in office procedure. I was out running around, publicly, after he removed the stitches a week later. Now I am 5 months out and the area directly under my nose is a very, very faint blush colored thin line. It is continuing to fade. And it is not raised. I can go without makeup and no one would even notice. My improved lips (and smile) make me look like I did when I was 15 years younger. I cannot say enough about the DR, his team and Donna his patient coordinator. Everyone is just wonderful as is his facility. When the time comes, I will return to Dr Agarwal for a cheek, face and neck lift. SO, SO Happy!!

Dr. Agarwal and his team surpassed all my expectations. My initial consultation with him immediately put me at ease. He explained the upper and lower eyelid procedure that would best suit me and answered my questions. I scheduled the upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer plus CO2 laser. The morning of the surgery, he explained the process and again, asked if I had any questions. The procedure was simple-since I was under "twilight sedation". He personally called me the evening of the surgery to see how I was feeling. I iced on and off for three days and followed all the instructions from Dr. A.. I did not even have to take a Tylenol! No pain whatsoever! I am extremely pleased with my results. The communication from start to finish has been wonderful. Dr. Agarwal is a top-notch skilled surgeon and possesses a warm professionalism not always seen in physicians. I would also like to add every staff member is truly fantastic. I will happily recommend him and his team to anyone!

After extensive research of facial plastic surgeons in Florida and Chicago, I decided to have my facelift done by Dr Agarwal. My consultation was thorough and he was extremely patient and detailed in addressing all of my questions and concerns. The surgery and post-op went exactly as he explained it would. I was very surprised that I had no pain and recovered quicker than I expected. But most importantly, the results were amazing! I told no one about my surgery, but received so many compliments and comments about how great I was looking from friends and family (family were the real test...they all kept telling me how good I looked, but not one of them knew or suspected that I’d had surgery!!). If you want a natural, younger look, I highly recommend Dr Agarwal!

Dr. Argarwal or Dr. A as we affectionately call him gives the very best Botox and fillers! He has the lightest touch. You hardly know you are getting injections. You’re offered numbing cream but you really don’t need it! I’ve had Botox and fillers from other doctors and I always get bruises which take a week or two to disappear but I have NEVER ONCE been bruised by Dr. A!! It was my good fortune to find him when I moved to Naples. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal. You won’t be disappointed and you will look GREAT!

Received excellent care. The staff was attentive and made my stay comfortable. Dr. Agarwal was very considerate. He did a great job of explaining the procedure and letting me know what to expect. Very satisfied with the short recovery time due to his skillful hand and absolutely pleased with the results.

I had a lower face and neck lift with laser around my mouth. Dr Agarwal and his staff were very professional and made me feel well cared for. Everything was explained well and all of my questions were answered in detail before and after the procedure. And the results? AMAZING!!! I look natural and just like me, not ‘done’ at all. The results were worth every penny!
