Dr. A is a phenomenal doctor! I initially went to him for medical treatment for my chronic rosacea. I have seen a 99% improvement thanks to his work using the Cynergy laser. This treatment also improved and smoothed my overall complexion. I was so pleased with Dr. A's successful treatment of my rosacea that I felt comfortable enough to try Sculptra for the parenthesis lines around my mouth; and in my temple area to help lift my eyes. His work is like that of an artist, very delicate and individualized; personalized for your face. The Sculptra looks so wonderful and natural. It is a gradual improvement each week you just look better and better. He is very skilled, professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend his practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. A's for many years. First of all he is a dermatologic Surgeon which to me is the best specialty to address all things skin and laser related! He has all of the best knowhow, lotions and potions to address any issues that arise as well as a plethora of very high end lasers and cosmetic technologies to fix, adjust and maximize results! I have never seen so much technology in any other office. He is superbly credentialed and experienced. This doctor is for sure one of the top Aesthetic Physicians in the USA because he is a perfectionist artist with all fillers and injectables and a master of (I believe 15 or so) lasers. His results are NATURAL LOOKING! I look like ME but YOUNG AGAIN! God bless you Dr A as I now look as young as I feel and everyone I tell now comes to you! I used to live in Beverly Hills and he is better then anyone I used there with a far..... better bedside manner. Everything in that world class , super high tech luxurious office screams "1st Class and state of the art"! Just like the best restaurants, this place is always packed because they are amazing there! I love the attentive staff, the easy upstairs parking but most importantly, I am 50 years old and look 28! I look an easy 20 years younger then my little brother who is 8 years younger then me! Starbucks right next door, YOLO restaurant across the street! Going there is always a treat for me and I leave smiling every time! I just booked for some new procedure called the Nefertitti neck lift for my turkey neck starting to form (oh oh!). He always offers the latest and greatest effective procedures! I have done everything he has recommended and look amazing! Anyone missing this doctors artistry is missing out on being young again! I highly recommend Dr. Aguilera as a Dermatologist and Cosmetic Specialist. I have been seeing him as a patient since 2008 and have found him to be an "aesthetic artist" whose passion has helped restore and preserve the health of my skin. He is truly a man of heart and soul with knowledge, compassion and patience coupled with a conservative approach to always creating the most natural look as possible. I am 50 and want to age gracefully so looking "natural" is optimal. The staff is always personable, informative and willing to help in any way they can. I have been seeing Dr. A for over 3 years now. He has treated me medically and cosmetically. After seeing various dermatologists, Dr. A has been the only doctor to get my eczema under control. I had considered fillers before but never felt comfortable enough to have it done, until I met Dr. A. His excellent bedside manners and attention to detail put me at so much ease that I was glad I waited to have him treat me. Dr. A makes you feel like your the only patient there. He definitely has a life-time patient and I look forwarded to growing old gracefully with his help and expertise. I would recommend Dr. A to anyone who is considering a cosmetic procedure. I would also like to complement the friendly staff at the office. From the moment you walk into the office, you are made to feel right at home.

I found Dr. A after reading his many great reviews. In all honesty, I had doubts anyone could be that good. Amazingly enough, he is not only that good, he is even better. I am still in disbelief at the results of my treatment. I've seen quite a few cosmetic dermatologists, so I know enough to know when someone gets an unbelievable result. Dr. A was beyond belief. I ran over to show one of my friends "my new face" and he did a double take. That was when I knew I had gotten great results. It takes alot to make my friend say, "Wow" and he was blown away. My 13 year old daughter who begrudgingly gives compliments told me yesterday that I looked so much younger. Today, I went for my follow-up appointment. Anyone that meets Dr. A can attest to his warmth and sincerity. He genuinely cares about his patients. That is the reason I took the time to write this review, he deserves it. Dr. A is absolutely THE BEST cosmetic dermatologist in S. Florida...period! I've had treatments such as Juvederm and other fillers and Botox by him, and Dr. A is a real "master" at his profession. As far as I'm concerned, there is NO other doctor like him anywhere in this state. Board-certified and trainer of other dermatologists, Dr. A is THE DOCTOR to go to in S. Florida! I couldn't be happier with his work, his professionalism, and most importantly, the way I look after he treats me! :)

Dr. A is the best cosmetic derm I've ever had. I've had many over the years here in NY, but never got exactly what I wanted. He is by far the best botox shooter I have had, he is amazing with very little product and his look is natural and fresh. He also does Affirm to rejuvenate my skin and erase blemishes and dark spots. He is also a master of fillers, I've used him for Sculptura and Juvederm and he has given my parenthesis (laugh lines)a much more subtle and natural look. I truly trust Dr. A as he has given me the face I've always wanted and been very honest about what to do and how to minimize unnecessary treatments. Also, his line of products are amazingly cheap and work well. I have recommended him to many of my relatives and friends, not only in the FLA area, but in NY.

The doctor was very conservative and I never had any complications. He went with the least amount necessary and made sure I got a subtle natural looking improvement rather than a big change. As much as I wanted to look better I also didn't want to look much different so this was just right for me. That goes for Sculptra as well as for Botox.
