Q: Breast lift or just nipple reduction?

As I look at your photo it seems that there is asymmetry of both the size and height of your nipple areolar complex. In addition it seems that they are lower than desired, it needs to be measured and determined on you, and it seem that there is a increased distance from your infra mammary crease to your nipple. You also lack upper pole fullness. In order to fix all of these and give you the best result it seems to me that a full mastopexy, breast lift, and sub mammary silicone textured breast implant are in order.
