I don't think it is doctor that caused this issue with my eyes. She did a wonderful breast reduction on me 4 mths ago and I have the most perfect perky breasts! The eyes -- maybe I tried too much...

Dr. L is a top notch, conscientious, dedicated to her patients and skills doctor. She has integrity and respect to the maximum level! I have had a few procedures performed by Dr. L and my results have all been outstanding. She demonstrates a genuine care and compassion for her patients, which I find is rather rare nowadays.

Dr. Lacerna is a kind, caring surgeon who has a passion for making people happy with what they see in the mirror. She also was very clear about what my expectations should be. Her entire team was also so knowledgeable, warm and made me feel 100% comfortable. BTW- Down time for me was only 24 hours..but I took slow for a few days.

Dr. Lacerna-Kimbrell is so friendly, you immediately feel at ease with her. She listens and answers all questions completely. She extremely knowledgable about all the procedures and products she offers at her office and then helps you decide which procedure is right for you. Her staff is very good and also very friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. They took their time with me and the procedure wasn't painful at all. In fact I had very, very little bruising and was able to go to work the next day without anyone being the wiser!

I am soo happy with my results! After my surgery i had concerns, like anyone would, i addressed with Dr.Lacerna. Not only was she professional but she took time to answer every single question i had!! I wish i had my before and after pictures to share!! Dr. Lacerna did my procedure january 17,2012... From the moment i met Dr. Lacerna I was amazed by her. She is one of many Dr's i consulted with. I was extremely nervous but the minute i met Dr. Lacerna i was at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions and offer the best advice on everything. Dr. Lacerna takes the time to build a relationship with her patients, she is caring and she genuinely wants to help her patients get the best possible results!!! My results were A M A Z I N G, after 2 c sections and breast feeding twice, I had the body of a 50 year old woman. I now look and feel like the 25 year old i am! I would recommend Dr. Lacerna with every ounce of my body!! Dr. Lacerna has definitely brought my sexy back!!!

I've been to many ps's in Sarasota and am thrilled to have her in town now as I think she is not only one of the best but by far the best value. By FAR. I have family members and two gf's that have also used her so my results are not unique. She also does fantastic fillers and Botox. I can't wait to have a mini lift next as I know the results will be awesome.

I went to my follow app today and nope. She said nothing is free but the worse part was when she said because of my review she's loosing customers..My eyes got wet in tears. I cry like a baby in my car. And after all what she told me even that she don't feel good working with me anymore I been so stupid and asked then how much is gonna be for a second bbl? She and her patience coordinator brought me a papers they told me to go with any Dr that I want Salama Mendieta.. Pay $10k if you want ask to any Dr for second opinion they said but don't say that I'm doing laser lipo to harvest the fat. So I answer her that I wrote that because you never explain that you do the laser at the end. I had to call and ask but it was after I wrote what I wrote and yes I told her I'm not happy with my results but there were a lot of excuses and then I decide to just leave that place with tears on my eyes. They wanted me to sign a release form but I didn't I not even took the papers that they game me to show other Drs for second opinion on top of that my baby girl was crying so at the exit door when I was coming out Dr Lacerna told me. So you going to call us and talk more about it when you baby is more calm? I didn't said nothing only move my head and I left. This was the very worse part Thanks Dr Lacerna. You said you will see me for a whole year but it been 3 months and 2 weeks and you wanted me to sign idk what kind of papers!!release papers? Uh! Thanks again. And no. I'm not going back. God bless
