Dr. Menachof and staff are the best you will come by. I'm 19 and just had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty done by Dr. Menachof and I am beyond thrilled with the result. A Great Choice

Best Surgeon and Staff ever

Excellent office staff and surgeon! I researched Dr. Menachof and found that he had great results, and excellent ratings. He has specialized in Facial Plastic Surgery which means that he has concentrated on this art, rather than other aspects of Plastic Surgery. From first visit, through surgery to the last visit, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The surgery had an excellent outcome.

Lower Face Lift

I have been on RealSelf for a few months now researching the possibility of getting a lower face/neck lift. I have been told most of my life that I look young for my age but lately all I can see is my droopy neck and I think it is aging me. I am 53 yes old but I still feel 38 on the inside! I would do it all over again!

I would absolutely recommend this practice. I had my rhinoplasty on 11/21/17, (after hating my nose my whole life). I was finally in a financial position to do something about it! After extensive online research, I found Dr. Menachof. At our first meeting, he asked me the things I disliked/liked about my nose. His co-worker, Ginger, was able to create a computer generated image of a nose that would be flattering to my face. I was confident at that point that I should move forward.

Office Review: Amazing from start to finish

Dr Menachof and his staff are phenomenal. I called Ginger to get some information on rhinoplasty. She took the time to speak with me on the phone for over 30 minutes. The conversation was so genuine and authentic that I decided to look no further. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Menachof the following month. 47 on the outside BUT still 17 on the inside!

After silently watching and contemplating the last 2 years I finally decided it was time. I am terrified but ready. I am having a traditional facelift, brow lift, upper eyelids and revision rhinoplasty. I had a bad fractora treatment a couple of years ago that destroyed the texture of my skin and I do believe it is also responsible for the sagging. I can't fix the texture but I can do something about the loose skin. Looking forward to feeling more confident soon! Updated
