Dr Gonyon did my Rhinoplasty surgery a couple months ago and I am extremely happy with my results. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I am so glad I chose Dr Gonyon. I have finally scheduled my surgery and I couldn’t be more excited! I have a fair amount of breast tissue to start with but I have always wanted a “augmented” look. I am 5’8” and 160lbs and very curvy so I can pull off a larger implant well. My surgery is scheduled for November 21st! I have decided on a 625cc implant while trying on sizers which will translate to a 650-700cc implant in surgery. Updated on 17 Nov 2018: I have stated getting a little nervous but I’m beyond excited. I decided on 600cc implants in the bra sizing system. I didn’t mention in my last post but I actually work for the plastic surgeon I am having my surgery with. I have so much confidence in him and can’t wait for Wednesday to come! My patient coordinator and I got all of my Natrelle Gel Highly Cohesive Implants in on Friday and I was so excited to see them in person.

I was a breast augmentation patient almost 2 years back. My consultation was very thorough and helpful. I absolutely love Dr. Gonyon and his incredible staff. No pics, sorry. I had small saline implants (185 - 210 cc), under the muscle, done at age 43 after the birth of a couple kids and breastfeeding in my late 30s. The Denver PS was excellent and truly listened to how I wanted to just not be so droopy. I was 5’4”, 120 lbs, a 34B/C then and became a strained 34C+ or 34D after the surgery. My left breast was smaller, thus the differing implant sizes. Fast forward 18 years later and I was so tired of the implants. They did kind of leak, as they lost volume, drooped, and I was a 34C. They had very little capsular contraction and were pretty soft, but still taught and I felt like I had old-fashioned map-holding sandbags on top of my chest. At age 61, I shrunk to 5’2.5 inches, grew to 129 lbs, and thus felt matronly. So off they went. All was done under local anesthesia and it felt less stressful than a dental procedure. Incisions were done on the original under-breast scars, some capsular tissue was cut out, and the bags were popped and removed. Drove home. Never had to take any of the pain pills prescribed, or any OTC pill. A week later, I feel like I’ve lost weight and feel just fabulous. I’m probably a flaccid 34C or 34B, or maybe a 32C. I am so happy to get these artificial objects off of my chest. I feel so dumb for getting implants at age 43.

I have always wanted to have a breast augmentation but never went through with it. I finally made the decision. I had a couple of consultations before Dr. Gonyon but I was immediately comfortable with him. He spent more time with me than all of the other surgeons combined and even educated me on things that I had not even though to ask the other plastic surgeons. Dr. Gonyon listened to what I was saying and helped me to pick the perfect size so that I still look great but do not look like a stripper which is exactly what my goal was. I had silicone implants placed under the muscle. I absolutely love them. Thank you Dr. Gonyon and your wonderful staff.

Talk about a confidence booster! I am so happy with the way my breasts look now and the way I look in both my casual and professional clothes. After two kids I wanted to do something for myself and I am glad I did. Dr. Gonyon did a fabulous job - not only does he perform high quality work but he is caring and personable.
