I can’t say enough good things about Dr Cote and his staff! Dr Cote is a brilliant surgeon! I had 4 botched surgeries over the course of 30 years. The left side of my nose had completely collapsed to where I couldn’t breathe at all. He was able to rebuild my entire nose from the septum up using cadaver rib and my own ear cartilage. Nearing 9 months postop and I couldn't be happier! Initially, I was nervous, but Dr. Cote and his knowledgeable staff made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions. The surgery and recovery time was shorter than I expected, and my close friends have all complemented my new and improved nose. The difference isn't huge, but to me it is a noticeable improvement. I have been a patient of Faces First for many years and have had rhinoplasty surgery, botox, mixto and IPL treatment of my legs. I absolutely love my rhinoplasty results and am happy to report that along with improving my looks, my breathing is also greatly improved. My son who had his nose injured several times due to playing contact sports also had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Cote, not to improve his looks but to improve his breathing and correct a severely deviated septum.

Vampire Facial w/PRP Injections Treating Radiation Damage and Aging
I am 41 years old and underwent radiation to my right cheek/neck region for cancer 2 years ago which caused accelerated aging on the right side. I am high risk for complications from any procedure on my face as a result. Dr. Cote and his team have expertly and cautiously been guiding me through treatments to help repair the damage (and address the usual aging issues a 41 year old woman has????). He felt Skin PRN with PRP would be gentle enough and low risk for complications.
