I return again and again for her expert advice. I trust her as a laser expert. I think she only sticks with procedures and therapies that work. She gives you all the options. I wish the prices would come down 15-20% or that she would have promotions. I guess she doesn't need to. She's so busy. She also teaches dermatology at Ottawa U. Great and loyal staff from what I've seen.

I am been going to Dr Laughlin for over 20 years...she began with laser treatment on my port wine birthmark and I continued with resurfacing, Viva, Photofacial, fillers She is my go to person for Skin care and skin care products!! She is thorough, kind and very accurate with describing what one can expect. Her nurse Suny is amazing too. I hope they are around for another 20 years!

I am new to injectables but at the urging of a friend who had tried lip enhancement with Dr Laughlin's office, I decided to give it a try. I was very pleased with the results. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and professional and I'm most pleased with how natural my lips turned out. I was very conscience of not wanting "duck" lips and although I can notice a nice change, the nurse expertly performed the "less is more" look. I love my new lips!

Never met this Dr although been trying forever to, I was told that my dermatologist needed to send a referral in order for me to see Dr which I have , I called to book an appt and the rude receptionist gives zero info don’t know call back in two months blah blah blah guess I will have to look for another place cause waste of time with this - very very rude staff !
