I'm thrilled with the results of my breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Zarrabi. My breasts are now not only smaller and significantly less weight on my neck/shoulders, but they're also pretty, as well. Dr. Zarrabi has a true eye for proportionality and takes the time and care to give you a natural shape and size for your frame. He also took my insurance's requirements regarding minimum cc removal to qualify for their medical necessity threshold and seamlessly worked that into the calculous of how much to remove to yield the best results, while also smoothing the way forward with my out-of-network insurance claim. On a personal/anecdotal note: I'd spent many years passively looking at plastic surgery website galleries of surgeons in the LA area, looking specifically at breast reduction Before & After pictures. I never went in for a consult anywhere because I never found "After" pictures that looked like what I wanted for myself. Dr. Zarrabi's gallery was first and only website that made me wish I could be one of those patients. I'm now a part of that Before & After gallery, and can attest that what you see, is *wonderfully* what you will get.

I highly, highly recommend Dr. Zarrabi. I consulted with 5 Beverly Hills plastic surgeons and felt the most comfortable with him. He spent over an hour with me during our first consultation to thoroughly discuss all my options, goals and concerns. He then saw me for a follow-up consult, this time so my husband could attend, to further discuss. I never felt rushed by him; he truly took the time to hear my goals and was always honest in his recommendations, and I never felt like he was trying to "upsell" me on anything. Going into my breast lift surgery, he and his staff eased my (extremely high) anxiety about going under anesthesia. The surgery itself was seamless and I never experienced any level of pain. In fact, I attended my daughter's school function 24 hours after surgery LOL. I'm now 1-week post-op and am doing very well. Thank you so much to Dr. Zarabbi and his whole team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Zarrabi is an excellent doctor who is a perfectionist. He has the best bedside manner and is very caring. His staff is also very proficient and they all make themselves available for any questions or concerns before and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Zarrabi’s practice.
