Dr. Austin is the Best and brightest. I feel so fortunate that she is in San Francisco. She is truly on of the best docs I have ever met. Her knowledge and keen artistic eye are mind blowing. If you are experiencing hair loss, she is the doc to see!!!

My entire experience from the moment I walked in far exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined. Dr. Hui is truly an artist! I have been to so many plastic surgeons and dermatologists trying to correct the shadows that I see on my forehead but NOBODY was able to correct them until I came to see Dr. Hui. My forehead is very small and it was fairly flat, with multiple recessed ridges that appeared as dark shadows. I would get botox to prevent the appearance of wrinkles but nothing seemed to erase the darkness around my temples and the depression in the center of my forehead that seemed to negatively exaggerate all of my other facial contours. Every other doctor that I had seen could not fix the issue, but Dr. Hui completely understood my vision and knew exactly what I needed. She put Belotero in my temples/forehead and it has completely changed my face! She contoured my forehead to perfection and brought back the balance/softness to my features. She also put a tiny bit in my nose and my upper lip to bring back the harmony and symmetry of my overall face. Her impeccable eye and amazing craftsmanship sets her apart from any other doctor and my results are beyond flawless. She is so warm and personable, and her work is complemented by her ethos of being very compassionate and genuine towards her patients. Most importantly, she is extremely honest and will not recommend unnecessary procedures. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire office staff, who go above and beyond to get you into your appointment and always make you feel welcome. I was consistently SO late to my appointments but the office ALWAYS got me into the appointment with such grace and professionalism. I am beyond ecstatic and eternally grateful to have found my dermatologist and I recommend Dr. Hui without any reservation!

I have battled back acne for over 30 years and over that time have seen different dermatologists, have been prescribed oral antibiotics such as erythromycin and doxycycline,  have had 3 rounds of Accutane in the late '90's, early 2000's, and tried different prescription creams. Despite all of these efforts, acne and scarring have continued to persist. So after receiving a product sample at a school fundraiser, and looking at their site, I figured I would try yet another approach. After an initial consultation with Dr. Hui and buying many expensive but effective skin products, I started to see a significant improvement in the acne...finally! In a subsequent visit, I had a chemical peel with remarkable improvement in the scarring and discoloration. I've had two more chemical peels and am optimistic that this upcoming summer may be one in which bathing suits and cute sundresses with a scoop neck are a wardrobe possibility. This is life changing for me and I am eternally grateful. Thank you Dr. Hui!

Dr Hui is hands down the most skilled doctor I have visited for filler under the eyes. I've gotten uneven results w others. She's transformed the look of my eyes from dark and full of shadows to beautiful, bright, and even. My eyes are deep set with hollows above and below, and other docs have given me uneven results. Dr Hui is extremely skillful.

I have horrible acne scars and now my skin is sagging and I have more deep lines and wrinkles. I have big 'Ol bags under my eyes. It's pretty depressing. My doctor said that I would see great improvement if I did the Fraxel Repair. I did it and spend a boat load of money-- for really no results. The doctor wants me to spend more money -- and now I'm dubious and feel like I was mislead. Updated on 7 Apr 2016: I wrote a pretty damning review earlier. And I was wrong. I saw photos of before and I do have better texture less creep and less joles What I didn't understand that the fraxel treatment was only part of the plan my doctor had for me. I saw her today and explained the next steps. Needles to say I'm very happy with my progression.

I have wonderful young Doctor Andrea Hui she suggested that I have Fraxel laser to removed unwanted precancers plus repair the other dark marks on skin on my face. i would recommend the procedure it will only take about a week to recover and your skin will get better and better over next few months.

I had been considering botox for some time, but had been nervous because I had read a lot (mostly on here) about the unwanted risks and side effects. Dr. Hui and her lovely assistant were very patient and put me at ease throughout the whole thing. Now two weeks later I am so happy I did it and am very pleased with the results.

I am always worried filler will change my looks so I'm very conservative in how I use it. I fear the dreaded "duck lip" in particular. For that reason, and because I really do hate needles, I rarely do my lips. On the other hand, knowing that when it is done right - expertly executed - it can change my looks for the better - I decided to place my trust in Dr. Hui. I am so, so very glad I did. She is ~AMAZING~! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the result. Love it. It's a dream for a thin lipped girl like me. Natural, kissable pillows!!! AND! the kicker is she figured out a trick to take literally all the discomfort out of it. I'm am so pleased.

I have always grown up with good, healthy skin but when I recently moved to San Francisco that all changed. I kept breaking out on mostly one side of my face but it was spreading across my forehead and chin. I contacted the closest dermatology office near me. All the staff made me feel important and eager to give any further advice from everything between my skincare routine to a good restaurant in the area.

Dr. Hui is by far the best cosmetic doctor I have ever been to. Aside from being so lovely and personable, her talent cannot be understated. She gave me a botox injection in my forehead and juvaderm filler to build volume in my cheeks and temples, as well as my lips. The end result was beautiful and natural. During my visits Dr. Hui creates a very pleasant and calm (and never rushed) experience. She gives her undivided attention- first listens to my thoughts on the treatment and then provides her very skilled insights, paying close attention to detail. She is so passionate about her work and that can be seen in the results. Simply stated, she will make you look and feel beautiful!
