Dr. K is a great surgeon and a nice person with a terrific bedside manner. He is not pushy. In fact, I requested calf implants and he said no. Great nursing staff as well. Friends often comment that I look "the same" as the years keepinbg rolling along. That is because Dr. K keeps me looking like me. Youthful and fresh, not pulled, pinched, nipped or tucked.

I drove from sonoma county to see Dr. K for my breast aug. He is a fantastic surgeon and my breast look AMAZING! They look and feel real.I gave his staff 3 stars because there is a nurse who always seemed like she was in a bad mood and was very rude and a little agressive with me after my surgery. Besides that his anesthesiologist has the best bedside manor. Before i went under i got a little scared but she was so nice and talked to me until i was fully relaxed and ready to go under. This surgery was the best thing ive done :)

I recently had my saline implants replace with silicone. Dr. K and his staff are amazing! Very professional, courteous and I have a very natural, fantastic result! Dr Kaczynski is a very gifted surgeon and his staff really went the extra mile to make my experience pleasant and successful.

Dr. Calkin referred me to him, for Tummy Tuck with Lipo, after I consulted with her about having her do Lipo for my lower abdomen in her office. She gave me her professional opinion, and let me know that Lipo alone would not give me the results I was trying to achieve. Dr. K is an experienced and talented physician. He has seen it all, and has the knowledge & training to give the results that are only possible with a skilled physician. He keeps up to the minute on new training & techniques, as was evidenced to me by his use of Tumescent fluid during my surgery. This technique greatly reduces post operative pain. I had my initial consultation in early to mid March, and was able to schedule surgery for April 1st. A 10% deposit was required to book the surgery date. His office is impeccably clean & the sanitary standards clearly exceed requirements.

I found Dr. Kaczynski through doing research on the web and through this site. He has lots of experience, and also uses the Keller Funnel, which I think shows that he's always trying to improve himself as a Dr and is open to changing with the times. I've only had 1 consultation with him, but so far I don't have any complaints.

These responses are based on my own personal experience. The price quoted is a guess, I don’t remember how much I paid for the procedure and I could not find the paperwork. The price was not a major deciding factor. I shopped. I interviewed plastic surgeons and decided on the one that I felt most comfortable with after the initial consultation. The consult with Dr K was like getting educated. He explained the procedures and responded to the questions asked by my husband and I.

I chose Dr. K after finding his website through the American Board of Plastic surgery website. I looked at all of the doctors in the area and found one that is board certified. Then I did the research and looked at his photos. I like his aesthetic, he had people in his photos that actually looked like me...I knew this would be a good choice!

You see those advertisements on deals for Smart Lip everywhere, but in doing my research I found that in this area, pediatricians, not Board certified PS, are doing this procedure. I have had the benefit of having wonderful results from Dr. K in the past, and so when it came down to weighing how much I would save by going to one of those clinics, verses being confident of results and safety I would get by going with Dr. K, there was no question. Dr. K's associates are wonderful. He is skillful, confident, conscientious, and really does have an artist's eye.

A friend told me about Dr. K. I am so disappointed how my eyes turned out. I have seen other eyelid surgeries and browlift that looked so good. I wish Dr. K could have done a better job. I would love to have the eye redone but I did not feel confident with him and I could not afford to go somewhere else.

I literally cannot think of one thing to complain about regarding either Dr. Kaczynski or his staff. Not only is the practice, as a whole, oozing with professionalism, but they are also warm, caring, friendly, and comforting! Simply outstanding! I have had breast augmentation done twice by Dr. K. and both experiences have left me satisfied and happy. The first time i had breast augmentation I had 350cc silicone unders and they were BEAUTIFUL. Of course, being the type of person that I am, a year later I wanted to go bigger and better. Well, here I am now, almost 3 months since my second breast augmentation and I have beautiful 550cc silicone breasts. I am getting compliments left and right and my boyfriend loves them. Good work Dr. K.! I don't live in Sacramento and drive a little over 2 hours to reach the Advanced Concepts in Plastic Surgery office and it is totally worth it. Any procedures I choose to get done in the future will absolutely be done by Dr. K.

Dr. K wants you to have great results! He's very professional and will tell you up front what your options are and the pros and cons of each. I would like to have had a full tummy tuck but didn't want major surgery. Laser lipo has been the next best thing. Dr. K beautifully sculpted my waist, back and abdomen. I look better than I ever have!
