I love coming to this office, the staff is always so bubbly and friendly always going out of there way to help and make sure your comfortable. She has done Sculptra, Lip Filler and Botox on me for the last 4-5 years and I won't go anywhere else and I love how subtle the results always are. I always leave feeling so refreshed. She even customized a skin regimen for my stubborn melasma which has cleared up so much. She super knowledgeable. She is truly the injectable master and skin guru.

First of all, she is highly qualified and professional. I know that when I go to her I am receiving the best possible care. She is an M.D. from one of the best schools in the country. Her offices and her practices are based on the utmost safety and care. And, of course, I walk out of there looking so much better than I did when I walked in.This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.

What's not to love about Dr. Chiu. She is so patient, takes her time with everything, she has cleared up my skin and made me feel absolutely beautiful, when I felt the exact opposite. She is so gentle with all procedures, she tells you exactly what to expect and she is so easy to talk to. If you are lacking self esteem, go see her. She will make you look and feel beautiful after just one visit. This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.
I just completed 2 treatments of coolsculpting in several areas of my midsection. I am so pleased with the results, no downtime with minimal discomfort. I was very comfortable throughout the process for each treatment thanks to the expert staff and Dr.Chiu. I have worked with Dr. Chiu before and will continue to go to her, even though I live a bit far from her. At 66 years old, I feel and look great with her expert help.
Both Radiesse and Juvederm can be used to plump or correct bony-appearing hands. Radiesse has a FDA-approved indication for hand correction, and is most of what I use. I find although all fillers can swell in the hands so should be done in sessions, Juvederm can cause a little more swelling in some individuals. I am unaware of any studies that show a combination changes the longevity of these products in the hands. Having said that, layering the two fillers is not unheard of, although it is not necessary. You can provide robust volume with Radiesse, but use Juvederm in a subsequent session to help give a softer look. However, the key is probably not which fillers are used, but how much volume is used to achieve desired correction. Discuss with your board-certified provider their personal experience in preference.
Thank you for your question.Fat grafting is not done as commonly for facial liquid lift because of more unpredictability and non-reversibility compared to traditional hyaluronic acid based fillers. Liquid lifts with fat is VERY technique dependent, even on how the fat is harvest and processed before injecting. Personally I prefer using FDA approved fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Sculptra in a layered, customized approach as I can give patients beautiful natural results without some of potential side effects and unpredictability of fat grafting to achieve a liquid lift. Your provider’s level of comfort and experience with these procedures is most important. Be sure to seek out a board-certified expert injector
Thank you for your question. Although Juvederm Vollure XC is currently FDA approved only for the nasolabial folds, it can be used safely and effectively off label in other areas including the lips. In fact, this product is commonly used for lip fullness in other areas of the world, like Canada. In our clinic, we have found patients are very happy with Vollure injected into the lips as it gives soft smoothing fullness to the lips and does not swell a lot after injection. Make sure you go to an experienced injector that is very familiar with the properties of Juvederm Vollure.
Hello and thank you for this great question. If the masseter muscles are identified correctly and the injection sites are anatomically correct, then it should not affect your ability to smile. Masseter treatment with neuromodulators like Botox or Dysport is a very effective way to contour the lower face to make a square jawline slimmer in appearance and when administered correctly results in very high patient satisfaction. The effects usually last about 6 months.
