I can't say enough good things about my doctor. He performs closed rhinoplasty so that all incisions are placed inside the nose. There is no visible scaring. That was definitely a plus. His results are consistently beautiful. His website is full of before and after photos. It was comforting being able to see so many of his patients results. I was also able to get into contact with other patients of his, all who were just as happy with their new noses. I've yet to meet a patient of his that wasn't thrilled. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say. He is honest and never once tried to up sell me on anything. This whole process was a blessing because it went smoother than I'd ever imagined. From the doctor to the nurses, everyone was great.

I found out about Dr. Grigoryants when I first started researching for a rhinoplasty doctor. From consults to OC, Beverly Hills to New York, I chose Grigoryants because of his amazing before and afters. Obviously, I came back to him after he did an amazing job on my nose.

Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants is the BEST plastic surgeon in California. He is the most professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor and has impeccable bedside manners. Most importantly he approaches every patient individually and considers their body and face features to achieve the most natural results. Will definitely recommend Dr. Grigoryants to anyone who considers any kind of plastic surgery. He is a true artist when it comes to plastic surgery and he is an exceptional doctor and a wonderful person.

I found Dr. Grigoryants on the internet. I think I was just really lucky to find him, and then to have him be right in my neighborhood was an added surprise, as that wasn't a priority for me. My mom was an Emergency Room nurse, so I grew up hearing lots of stories about surgeons. I think my expectations were from the perspective that surgeons aren't people persons (and why should they be? Their patients are always asleep anyway!). I wanted a surgeon who I felt would make the right choices when I was knocked out & couldn't be consulted, just in case anything arose that wasn't anticipated. So Dr. Grigoryants' before & after pictures sold me. My neighbor and his office staff both had rhinoplasties with him, and their noses are beautiful, so I was comfortable that he could consistently give his patients really nice noses that seem to fit their faces perfectly. He obviously understood the artistry behind the nose! I thought he was honest, forthcoming, patient, understanding, and approachable. For me personally everything worked out pretty much just right, so far.

I chose Dr. G after literally years of browsing the web on dr.'s before and after's. Location wasn't an issue for me because I was willing to travel for the best results. Dr. Grigoryant's Before & Afters were the best I had ever seen not to mention he had over 100 rhinoplasty pics posted. After years of not liking my nose( because of it's disproportion, hump and deviated septum) I finally had my surgery and I couldn't be happier! I spent years researching the procedure and searching for "my doctor" when I stumbled upon Dr. G's website 2 years ago. I loved his before and afters and was convinced he was my guy. I live out of state but was going to be in Los Angeles. His staff was so nice they squeezed me in at the last minute. My consultation was great- he was very professional and friendly. Anyway, I LOVE my results and DR. G.! He is a true artist and I can honestly say he is the best! My results are exactly what we had discussed: natural, proportioned, symmetrical and awesome! lol

I looked him up on google maps, he had great reviews. I do want to say that some of his front desk staff seems a bit confused and kind of stern at times, they messed up some dates for my consultation/surgery in the beginning and my surgery had to be delayed about two weeks.

Overall great experience. Closest thing I can have towards a complaint is that since he's a popular surgeon the wait times can be longer than at other offices. Then again I've only been there on Saturdays which are always busy everywhere. Dr. G gave me several options including non-surgical ones before I decided on this route.

I highly recommend Dr Vladimir Grigoryants for rhinoplastly, especially if you have a curved down nose or a hump!
It really changed my life!! I love my new nose :)

I think I was lucky, but I got a lengthy consultation with no wait time. I felt like we communicated well, although he was a bit aloof. I felt comforted by his confidence. He even called a nurse that cared for me after the surgery! He was very kind. I did not hear from him much after the surgery though, I am from out of town.

Dr. Grigoryants is one of the best for Rhino - I also met with 4 other top surgeons in Beverly Hills before making my decision. He was recently on Housewives of Beverly Hills doing Kim Richard's nose. He also has like 150 before and after photos and is PASSIONATE about rhinoplasty.
