as you mentioned you have double bubble deformity and I might add symmastia to that, if I had your before pictures. There are few facts that you should consider;
do not do any more surgery till one year after the most recent surgery. any surgery at this time has a higher chance to be damaging more than helping.
have all the documents of your previous surgeries, since that seems you might need another reconstructive/revision surgery. I mean to have your before/after pictures and previous operative reports. when it comes to revision surgery those documents could be very crucial to make a good surgical plan.

It usually take 2-3 weeks to get preauthorization for your insurance approval since submitting the documents. different type of insurance companies have different guideline, however after approval, you will have a window of approval which usually last few months, you need to check your insurance policy. Once this window expires, as long as you are not changing insurance or plans, it is usually easier to resubmit the paperwork and get new approval dates. However, if you change insurances or plans within the same insurance, you may have to start the process all over again.

keep in mind that breast lift and augmentation are not substitute for each other. you need breast implant to replace your volume loss and you need breast lift to redistribute your breast nipple and areola complex over your new breast mound. I would suggest to discuss your concerns about breast lift with your surgeon.

Everything goes with your breast measurements and keep in mind to the reference lines; the measurements you mentioned is good, but not enough.
You mentioned "after three kids" that means you need to make sure that you don't need any breast lift at the same time, along with breast augmentation. Indication for breast lift is based on physical exam for everybody including you, but keep in mind if you need a breast lift, it might affect the choice of implant size and style.

I do understand that Cup size is the most common way to discuss the breast size, but keep in my mind that on the day of surgery, you are not "shopping for a bra size." As a matter of fact, you are willing to receive a larger breast that should be large as you like, be proportionate with the rest of your body and fit within the safe limits that is very well known for plastic surgeons after measuring your chest. As you have mentioned, implants do look different from one person to another because your final result is the combination of your natural breast size, natural breast tissue consistency, plus the added implant size and type. My best advice for you is to talk with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and try to develop a good understanding and surgical plan which is best tailored for you.

I was referred by a friend to Dr.K’s office he did an amazing job on my friend, so I called for a Tummy Tuck with Muscle Tightening. I was so nervous making this appointment. I did AirSculpt 6 months ago. I did my arms, bra roll, full abdomen, lower back and fat transfer to hip dip. It was performed by Dr. K and assisted by Dani the nurse. I LOVE my results and wish I did it sooner! I never regretted it one bit and it was totally worth it. I am finally comfortable in my own skin. My results don’t look over done, they look just right. I am currently 4 days post op with 445 cc silicone implants and I'm in love with my results. I'm so happy I made the right decision by going with Dr. K. This is MY story. I can only speak based on my experiences with plastic surgery. If someone learns something useful from my story then I have fulfilled my obligation of knowledge sharing from patient to patient. Since high school I’ve always desired a more proportionate butt. Key word being proportionate. I’ve consulted with over 10 doctors in Miami and LA since the beginning of my journey. The only way to help control your outcome is by doing RESEARCH. Research on the procedure and research on the doctor. Do not rely on one doctor for information about the procedure. Plastic surgeons are very persuasive and charming. Unfortunately, this can lead to some hasty and unreasonable decision making on the patient’s part. Three years ago I had a fat transfer in Miami from a doctor that did not know what he was doing. I didn’t research and I made the decision very hastily. He didn’t harvest the fat correctly and I lost it completely. I scheduled a surgery with Dr. Stanton a year ago and backed out the day before (they kept half the surgery cost for canceling which is unheard of!!!!). I cancelled because I didn’t feel like Dr. Stanton and I were on the same page with the size. Even though it cost me almost $5,000 to cancel, I am so happy I did! He wanted me to go with his own implants that were not the size and shape I wanted. Also, he doesn’t use drains which is not a good idea and can cause tissue build up from the blood that isn’t allowed to drain. He did not make me feel any better when I expressed my concerns which ultimately caused me having to cancel. The key is to find a doctor that listens instead of insists on his opinion of what size you need unless what you’re requesting does not fit your body. After reflecting for a year, I did more research and found Dr. K. Even though he did not specialize in this particular surgery, I felt very comfortable talking to him about my goals and he was always patient and available to speak anytime in person or over the phone. We spoke a lot regarding the details of the procedure and the sizing options. After the surgery I was in the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t walk by myself. I wish I had known that it’s VERY important to have someone by your side for a week minimum! Patience and keeping with the doctors orders are very important! Ultimately I am happy I had the surgery but it did cost a lot and was very painful. Please make sure it’s something you really want! It’s a very big undertaking and the doctor you select is of the upmost importance! Good luck!
My experience with Dr.K was a really good one !! I went to multiple surgeons before and some would recommend a breast lift and some just didn’t make me feel comfortable. As soon as I walked into his office and spoke with him I knew I was at the right place.
