During my consultation appointment, Charlie told me I would have "a wonderful experience", I assumed she said it to calm my nerves... No matter what I wore(or how fabulous my shoes were), how much make-up I had on or how beautiful anyone told me I looked, I never felt beautiful nor confident. I dreaded social events and HATED even my best pictures. I always said I would never have plastic surgery. When I turned 30(after trying every cream and home remedy possible), I faced the fact that there was nothing I could do to get rid of the large bags under my eyes. I believe he's a excellent dr but frivolous. I chose this dr base on his experience and qualifications. He did a great job with my tt in less then 2 hours. Problem is that he is extremely busy so he has very limited time for patients, specially after surgery. Another bad thing about him is that he and all his nurses are not honest about the recovery process in order to take the business. Great doctor with business priority!

I have been going to Dr. Grant Stevens office for many years. The person i see every time i go in is Carla. Carla is such a wonderful person, spends time with you, answers all of your questions and always has a smile. Even after i moved away to Chicago i would make it a point to go to Dr. Grant Stevens office to see Carla for all of my services everytime i came down to LA to visit, never did i waste time or money visiting a plastic surgeons office in Chicago. I highly recommend seeing Carla for any skin care issues, botox, fillers, etc. She is by far the best and i have yet to find someone as good as her.

There is no one - and I mean NO ONE - that is better at botox, juvaderm, etc. than Carla Lovato at Dr. Steven's office. She has a great eye and is conservative in her treatment. My results from frown lines to crow's feet to under the eyes to the (easy to go overboard) lips are always natural and perfect. I honestly will not let anyone else treat my lip area ever again.

Everyone at Dr. Stevens' office is wonderful!! I don't know where to begin! I've had several things done here ranging from Breast Aug and Lipo with Dr. Stevens just one week ago to facials and peels with Ann and Botox with Carla. Everyone is amazing! Ann has magical hands and really knows what she is talking about. It's not just a "med spa" facial that feels nice. She goes through all of your concerns and customizes your treatments to suit your needs. She follows up several times and really cares about your results. Carla did my botox today at my one week post op appt. from my Breast Aug and Lipo and she was amazing. SO NICE! The entire process has just been great! Lindsay and Charlie are both the sweetest women and are super responsive with EVERY question before your surgery. Dr. Stevens' Nurse Patti is also just amazing. She is always there when you have questions and even when she isn't in the office she was replying to my emails! They care for their patients like you are a member of their own family. Dr. Stevens is also very nice and treats you like you're family. I will continue to visit this office for my cosmetic needs. Probably too often where my husband's wallet is concerned!

I cannot say enough positive things to properly explain how amazing Dr. Grant Stevens and his entire staff are. From the moment, I entered his office I was treated like royalty. There's coffee on request as well as ice water in the waiting room. The waiting room is just like every other aspect of this practice, impeccable! It is clean, pristine and has a huge eye catching aquarium. Sometimes I did have to wait a bit to be seen but I can honestly say it was always worth the wait. In all honestly I chose Dr. Stevens somewhat by chance, but after meeting him and learning about his practice I knew there was nowhere else I would ever go. His entire staff is kind, patient and informative; include the front office staff whom always have a smile and a friendly comment when checking in. I believe my surgery was as problem free as any surgery could be. I felt very well taken care of and felt much like a work of art, with Dr. Stevens being the artist. He takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients and how he helps them to make their lives better. I truly feel very lucky to have had him for my doctor. Also his nurses Maria, Patrice and Tammy are absolute gems. Each one of them is just wonderful. I called many times (and continue to do so) or emailed with questions, and they are always very fast at getting back to me and responding to my concerns with complete sensitivity and compassion. For example, I was worried about how one of my scars was healing and had written a quick email, hoping for an email in response: instead I got a phone call within hours from one of the nurses hoping to alleviate my worry. I would recommend this practice and this doctor to anyone doing any type of plastic surgery procedure. When you choose to go to Dr. Stevens he makes you feel like part of his family.

In a magazine on a Southwest Flight. He kept his WORD! I could not be happier with my results! This man is an artist and a master of his craft. But not only is he talented at what he does he truly cares about you the patient. I left his office in tears, literally cried from happiness, after seeing my before photos and looking down at my new breasts. HIS WORK IS LIFE CHANGING. There is no price I could put on my new sense of self confidence, you get what you pay for. As a veteran in this experience, both good and bad, I can say that Dr. Steven's will do it right. It is scary to put so much trust into someone, especially when you've had a negative result. All I can say is Dr. Steven's and his STAFF were so helpful, answered all my questions, and were a complete class act. Will not go to anyone else, but him for any procedures. THANK YOU DR.
