I did cooltone to prep for my wedding. I had four treatments on my abs. I definitely noticed my abs were more toned. The procedure isn’t painful. Definitely beats a workout. What I didn’t anticipate was the strength and balance benefits I would gain. I noticed an improvement in my workouts. I wasn’t as clumsy and had more stamina during weight lifting. I also had less lower back pain. I would highly recommend this procedure if you’re willing to continue treatments. Maybe one or two every few months. I think it’s a great boost to your normal fitness routine, but you do need to be in shape a bit for the value to last.

Dr. Steven’s office is a full experienced, educated group all his technicians are wonderful especially Rachel and Jennifer Although I have never had plastic surgery with Dr. Stevens, I have had other procedures from CoolSculpting, Venus viva, micro needling, fillers and Botox. This may sound like a lot but it was all done over a year and done so well everyone just thinks I’m looking you get because of my exercise and diet. You can immediately see the difference with your before and after pictures. His skin care products are also the best I’ve ever used and that’s a lot of different expensive ones. Follow the protocol and you too can have beautiful looking skin and body.

I am 51 and got a breast lift with fat transfer by Dr. Stevens. I am so happy with the results! I love the natural look that the fat transfer gave me. It was exactly what I wanted. He did lipo on my belly and flanks to harvest the fat needed. Now I feel like when I work out I can actually see the results! Thank you Dr. Stevens! You are simply the BEST! I am already looking forward to future work I need to have done. :))))

After consultations with 4 dr's for my breast lift and implant surgery I decided without a doubt to go to Grant Stevens. He was the most knowledgeable, experienced and reasonably priced of any of the dr's I met with. Not to mention that he had a great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable about my procedure. I'm 41 and have been considering having outer thigh lipo for 20 years. I don't have great skin quality so I was never brave enough to take the chance. She is an amazing nurse practitioner with many years' experience in this field. She is extremely calming, incredibly competent and has the most pleasant personality. She has given me Ultherapy treatments, facial laser treatments, injectables, and recommendations for skincare products and treatment that I follow. With her treatments and skincare product recommendations, my face and skin have improved to the point that many people assume I am 10 to 15 years younger than I am.
