Andre Panossian, MD

I am currently a few weeks post op ‘Major Revision Rhinoplasty with Rib Graft’ and I thought it would be a good time to write out a detailed review about my experience with Dr. Andre Panossian. To give a bit of context I had a botched rhinoplasty in December 2023 with a different surgeon. From the moment that my soft cast was removed, I didn’t like the look of my new nose. I didn’t think this was odd, as they say “surgery causes swelling”. However, I realized it was not that my nose was swollen, it was that my previous surgeon did not define the tip at all like I had wanted, and the dorsal line was shaved too much creating an unwanted slope. Fast forward to May 1st 2025, I had my initial consultation with Dr. Panossian. The initial consult was brief, but he addressed every concern that I had and it was clear to me that he understood what I wanted for my revision rhinoplasty. After receiving the quote via email, I decided to book my surgery. I was very pleased to be able to schedule my surgery May 15th, which was only two weeks after my initial consult. Prior to the surgery I had a pre-op appointment on May 13th. Dr. Panossian gave me more details and information about my surgery, we addressed last minutes concerns/ questions and this is also when my ‘before’ pictures were taken. On May 15th I spoke to Dr. Panossian one more time before surgery at 7:30am. He asked me if I was ready and he showed his enthusiasm and confidence in his skills. I was so excited! My surgery took about 4-5 hours and when I woke up, I saw him once more! I don’t remember exactly what he said because I was just waking up, but i do remember he told me everything went excellent. He mentioned a few pending details about my surgery that we had talked about previously. I was very pleased that I saw him again after my surgery, it made me feel like he was proud of his work. Who doesn’t want that reassurance post op? Also, this is not related to Dr. Panossian, but the nurses at Huntington Specialty Surgery are SO nice. They will take good care of you. I had a post op consultation 1 week later to remove the tape that was placed on my nose. This was the first time I saw my new nose. I immediately loved it! Because of the complexity of my surgery I had a wire sticking out of the top of my nose for a couple more weeks to really solidify the rib graft and prevent it from warping (It wasn’t as horrific as it sounds lol). Today, June 2nd, I had my wire removed and really got to see what my nose is looking like! Dr. Panossian did an amazing job with my surgery and with understanding exactly what I wanted for my revision rhinoplasty. I have an additional post op appointment at 6 weeks to continue to monitor my healing, swelling, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Andre Panossian! Thank you, Dr. Panossian! PS: The staff that work with Dr. Panossian (Amber, Lauren, and Alondra) have been so kind, respectful, and helpful in this whole process!

My experience with Dr. Panossian and his staff far exceeded my expectations! I had been searching for the right surgeon for months, and when I had my first consult with Dr. Panossian, I knew my search was over. I never felt rushed at any stage of the process, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and personable. It is rare to find such a skilled surgeon who also has a comforting bedside manner, but you'll find both of those things with Dr. Panossian. It's clear he is an incredibly skilled rhinoplasty surgeon, too. I am so happy with the how my nose turned out - he managed to capture the subtle changes I wanted to see, while also making me still look like myself. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

My experience with Dr. Panossian was the best I've ever had with any doctor before. He really is an expert in his field and is a really kind and caring person. I found him after researching surgical options for my facial nerve damage. I found his resume and knew he was extremely knowledgeable in the field as seen by his extensive research and training in facial nerve damage. He also is really passionate about people like me and I knew I would be able to trust him as my doctor. I received the temporalis myoplasty surgery with him and am now a year postop. I can't express how grateful I am for him. He really has changed my life with this surgery but has also made me feel supported on the difficult journey of healing and being patient after my surgeries. I trusted him and now I am so grateful and happy with my results. I would definitely recommend him as a plastic surgeon, especially if you or someone you know has facial nerve damage. Stop searching for your doctor, you found him, he is Dr. Panossian. I was so extremely happy that I found Dr. Panossian to do my nose surgery. I did a lot of searching to try to find the right doctor who did rhinoplasty and very happy that I was able to find Dr. Panossian. I wanted to pick a doctor who did lots of noses and nose surgeries and Dr. Panossian specializes not only in no surgeries but very complicated facial surgeries so he is excellent at what he does and an extremely skilled physician and surgeon. I was born was a very big and wide ethnic nose that hooked when I smiled and I had a terrible side profile which I always hated. And watching videos and looking at all of the photos, I felt Dr. Panossian did an excellent job making ethnic noses beautiful but still natural looking. Dr. Panossian is a wonderful doctor. He is smart, knowledgeable, and more than anything, he is really a human being and you really get the feeling with him that he genuinely cares about you and wants to do a good job and wants you to be happy with the end result. As soon as I met him, within seconds I knew I had absolutely picked the right doctor for my nose surgery. One of the things that I learned Dr. Panossian does differently from the other well-known rhinoplasty surgeons in the area is that he does a closed nose surgery meeting, he does not cut up the entire bottom of your nose and you do not have a big scar and the healing time is much faster and the recovery time is much faster. After watching videos of the recovery timeline for girls who did nose surgeries with other doctors who do not do a closed nose surgery, I was so happy that I went with Dr. Panossian because my nose literally looks like nothing has ever happened to it, there is no big scar, and and it looks perfect. I'm about six weeks post operation at this point, and my new nose is just beautiful and I could not be happier with how it looks. It is much smaller, much more narrow, the tip is much more refined, and my profile looks so good I can't believe it. I only wish that I had had the surgery years ago and did not wait so long. The office is in a beautiful location and the staff are actually very friendly and were very kind to me throughout the entire process. For the appointments that I had, before the surgery and the follow-up visits after, there was no long waiting time, I waited maybe a couple of minutes to see Dr. Dr. Panossian. During my initial consultation visit Dr. Panossian was very kind and I felt very comfortable. The quote I was given for my surgery I felt was very reasonable and I was able to get scheduled very promptly. The surgery staff were extremely professional and again also very kind and friendly and the whole thing went so much faster and easier than I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend Dr. Panossian for your nose surgery/rhinoplasty. He did an excellent job with mine and I could not be any happier. I have recommended him to everyone I know and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a rhinoplasty.

I was unfortunately bitten by a dog. The entire tip of my nose was bitten off, especially a large portion of my nasal cartilage was missing. I am a person who cares very much about my appearance. Dr. Panossian met with me online at the most frightening and desperate time of my life. He analyzed and explained in detail how he would manage my injury. I am so glad I chose him. He is not your average plastic surgeon, he is a plastic surgeon and trauma repair specialist. He has performed two surgeries on me and both went very well and were successful. At each follow-up appointment after surgery, he was very concerned about the management of my wounds and my recovery. He patiently answered every question I had. He gave me his cell phone. He told me that I could contact him directly by text message at any time. DR is a very trustworthy and professional doctor.

Dr. Panossian is a skilled and caring surgeon. Rhinoplasty can be a little scary, but being able to trust the doctor is a major plus. He knew exactly what would match my face, and gave me a softer profile that I love so much! Dr. Panossian fixed everything I disliked about my old nose while still making it look natural. He answered every question I had and did not rush any appointment at all, which shows he really cares about his patients. I love my new nose!! His entire staff is also amazing. They are all kind and helpful.

Lets start with the peel feels awesome! Then the app and aftercare package you receive makes it effortless for you to follow instructions post-peel. Office is great and doctor is wonderful! You peel day 3-5 but after your done your skin is baby soft, clear and bright! Would definitely recommend for future patients to try.
