Not that I have anything against the doctors themselves. It's just that things take WAY too long around here. I arrive and wait 40 minutes. I finally get called in only to hear that I got scheduled for the wrong doctor. One time I even came in and they said to just go home since they didn't have anything ready for me. Couldn't they have called to tell me that instead of making me waste my time by coming there?? They are taking forever to get my patient release forms from my previous orthodontist and they don't seem to follow up with their locations to see if things got sent there. How do I know? My previous orthodostists sent my files to a different location of theirs. If the people at Snow Orthodontics checked up on my status, they wouldn't have taken 2 months to figure out that my records were waiting in a different office. All I wanted was a quote!
