Laser Treatments - Laguna Niguel, CA

I originally went to Dr. S's office for a laser consultation. I have since received one laser treatment (of a series) from her center and have thus far been very pleased with the level of service. V, who performed the Smooth Beam and V Beam laser, was very knowledgeable about adult acne treatment options. I am getting the CO2 laser done and felt like the cosmetic specialist talked through all of the treatment options with me. I feel like I am being treated as an individual and that my treatment plan is tailored to my exact needs. I like the combination of medical and cosmetic attention that you receive... going to Dr. S's office has been a much better experience than any other derm's office I have visited (which is many!) I look forward to having both future laser procedures as well as continuing to go for acne and medical needs. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

It was a positive experience. Every step of the way they made it easy. There are alot of cosmetic procedures available, and the seminar that Dr S gave, helped me decide what was right for me. And there are alot of plastic surgeons in Orange County, but after my consultation with Dr S, I knew she was the right doctor for me.

She is so knowledgeable and genuine. She really spends time with you understanding your concerns about your looks, rather than just "pushing the latest treatment." I really felt she understood what I was looking for and was extremely knowledgeable as to the best way to treat it. During my procedures she was very concerned with the pain level and did her best to minimize it.

She is both clinical and artist in her work. She is very professional and knows all the science behind the body but she also sculpts her patients. It is great because she does it so that you look the best you can look, rather than looking like someone who has had plastic surgery. I don't have pictures yet, but if you want me to email you later, I can. I just have my before pictures take so far.

My ratings have nothing to do with the surgery performance. Read the rating. There's no mention of surgery outcome. The skin on my neck is loose again. This doctor feels that pain in part of the recovery but she didn't mention the Great Auricular Nerve damage,

Facelift
I have been going to Dr. S for 11 years for annual dermatology checks & treatments as well as cosmetic surgeries. Dr. S has always been wonderful to work with; she is an absolute master artist at her surgeries (including lipo), and I love her and her staff. The staff provide excellent pre and post-op instructions and are willing to go the extra mile with TLC. You are well-taken-care-of at this facility.
