Your only picture submitted demonstrates on frontal view a deviation of the bridge. This can be caused by previous trauma resulting in a deviated septum or or a displacement fracture of the nasal bones. I cannot tell if your tip is drooping or needs work by this one picture, but can be determined and explained with a proper examination. The surgery, using up to date techniques, can be done on an outpatient basis, with almost no discomfort, and with very minimal swelling and bruising. Patient costs run between $5 and 6,500, some of which may be covered by insurance if a functional breathing problem exists. The examination may determine if a closed or open type of rhinoplasty is needed. Good luck with your search, and remember to consider choosing a surgeon with which you are comfortable, and who is well trained and experienced in nasal surgery.
