Q: Pixie nose shape require a rhinoplasty specialist?

A:

My goal is to create a nose that fits the patient's face. I see many patients who have had previous surgery that is technically good, but aesthetically, the nose does not fit the face. Be careful with alterations of a pixie nose!  It is difficult, and the aesthetic goals must be clear.
