5 Years After Delivering Twins I Was Ready to Get my Tummy Back! Beverly Hills, CA

33 Years Old, 2 Kids and NEVER Liked my Implants. Wanted Them out Since Day 1 - Beverly Hills, CA

Dr Sahay gave me a great no pressure consultation. I told him I just wanted them out and DIDN'T need them to look perfect after so HE suggested no lift right away. I was expecting high pressure sales tactics to get as much done as possible but he was sympathetic to MY needs and wants and susggested just the removal and to see how they look and I feel about them before getting a lift. I was explanted on 6/19 and everything went very smoothly. The staff was great, very personable and friendly. My breasts are very concaved at the top after the implant removal but I am hopeful that they will "fluff" a little bit. If not, oh well. I'm just so happy that the implants are out. My back pain is gone, shoulder pain gone and I am just more comfortable in my body. I used to have the worst posture and was always trying to cover up my boobs. A huge relief has been lifted....If you are thinking of explanting Dr. Sayah was amazing!!!!

Great Experience with a Nice, and Honest Doctor! - Beverly Hills, CA

Professional, honest, and a doctor with integrity. He doesn't lie, he answered all my questions. He even gave me statistics for a future procedure I am doing. He was straightforward. He didn't try to sell me on anything. I asked him in fact, after I dealt with him initially for the first procedure about doing the second procedure. I feel I can trust him, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Capsulectomy - Beverly Hills, CA

The doctor introduced himself and was very respectful. He knew I had been through prior surgeries for a double mastectomy and had already had an implant removal 10 years ago. The nurse or office staff was always present in the room and were extremely professional.

Do You Always Need a Breast Lift When Downsizing Implants?

If women decide they want to have their breast implants downsized or removed, they may wonder if a breast lift will be necessary at the same time as well. Whether or not a breast lift will be needed will depend on several different factors, and varies from patient to patient. How Implants Impact Your Breast Women who decide fairly soon after their augmentation to exchange their implants for smaller ones may avoid the need for a lift. When the implants aren't left in the breast...

3 Must-Haves in a Liposuction Surgeon

Liposuction's popularity should not be taken as an indication that it’s a simple procedure. In reality, lipo requires a high level of expertise to achieve an optimal outcome. When considering lipo, make sure your surgeon meets these three must-have requirements so you can count on the highest level of patient safety as well as enjoy the best possible results. 1. Board Certification in Plastic Surgery These days, just being "board certified" isn’t enough. You may see doctors...

5 Things You May Not Know about Breast Implant Incision Placement

For many women, thinking about incision placement often falls lower on the priority list after considerations like implant size and debating between silicone gel or saline. Yet, in some ways, incision placement can end up informing some of the other decisions surrounding your breast enlargement. There are three basic options for incisions: periareolar (around the nipple), inframammary (below the breast, hidden in the natural crease) and transaxillary (in the underarm). Which one is right for...

How to Prevent Uneven Liposuction Results

Since the goal of liposuction is to create smooth, sculpted results, it’s important to take every precaution in preventing the chance of unevenness during surgery. Although primary examples are discussed below, taking a cautionary approach throughout surgery is necessary for achieving an optimum outcome. Causes of Irregularity Irregularities essentially result due to non-uniform fat aspiration. However, there are other contributors to potential...

3 Ways Liposuction Can Help You Keep Your New Year’s Resolution

Whether the goal is a healthier body or a slimmer figure (or both), losing weight is one of the most common New Year’s resolutions. Liposuction isn’t a weight loss solution, but it can still help you keep your New Year’s resolution this year. 1. A Clear Goal A lot of New Year’s resolutions fail because they lack a well-defined goal. “Losing weight” often isn’t a specific enough resolution; setting a target number, either for...
