David Alessi, MD - Account Suspended

I'm 61 years old and had never had Botox! I decided that I liked Dr. David Alessi so much, that I would try it with him. He himself did the injections and thoughtfully explained everything to me beforehand. My forehead is totally smooth, and I am loving it. I have Dr. Alessi to thank for doing just the right amount of Botox in just the right place.

The doctor was very professional and listened to my needs. I was nervous about doing the Profound treatment. but so happy that I did. My results are now 4 months post and I can really see a huge difference.

I had the best experience when I lasered my veins on my legs. Not only is he an amazing doctor, but I felt at ease during the whole process. I’ll definitely be back again soon and highly suggest going to him if you live in the area and are looking for a great plastic surgeon.

Dr. Alessi’s office came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. His story about how Dr. Alessi took care of him when he moved here from Texas 20+ years ago.

When I found out they do SculpSure I immediately made a consult and see if I’d be a candidate for the procedure.

As soon as I stepped into the office I was warmly greeted and asked if I would like anything to drink. Since the front staff is a reflection of the practice I was immediately set at ease.

At my consult I was explained in detail about the procedure pre/post instructions and scheduled an appointment to have it done.

The day of Cynthia took such great care of me. Making sure I was comfortable and kept checking in with how I was feeling while administering the procedure. Dr. Alessi explained exactly what to expect with the procedure and also kept the mood light which was really appreciated because medical offices usually make me nervous.

The procedure itself didn’t hurt and just felt like a tiny bit of tingling in intervals.

I’ve had no negative after affects and I’m looking forward to my follow up procedures and the results after that. I feel like I can already see a bit more muscle on my abs (the area I did) but it takes up to 12 weeks to get the full results. I’ll update my review when that happens.

Dr. Alessi has always been one of my favorite doctors. He’s smart, up-to-date on cutting-edge procedures, and is an all-around mensch. He began as my ENT doctor. Since I thoroughly trusted him, I began seeing him for injectables, as well. He understands a patient’s face and personality, which is to say, he doesn’t “paint by numbers.” Everyone gets an individual treatment and he treats his work like art. He’s simply amazing and I’d never go to anyone else.

Dr. Alessi did my Botox and Lip Juvederm last week.
He did an incredible job, he is very proffesional and my lips look super natural. Very happy and will come back to him for sure. Would recommend 100!!

I have the pleasure to meet Doctor Alessi I choose to work with him because he is such a profesional and really gives 100% to each patient. I had always have problems with my skin. so he recomended couple lessers. Last week I had Profound Lesser.it wasn't painful I'm still recovering but I can already see my skin looking and feeling much much better. I'm so gratful.this was a great recommendation,it takes abit longer then other lessers but its worth it. :) everyone in his ofice is very helpful.

Dr. Alessi is absolutely extraordinary. I have been seeing him for over six years. He first gave me my nose back after I had broken after an accident and then I began seeing him for injections. He has a light hand and never over does a thing. Dr. Alessi not only enhances the natural canvas of my face but he always makes me feel super comfortable and I always find my self laughing over a shared story or two. I appreciate the Dr. Because he listens to me, shares his expertise and gives me the results I am looking for. If you want a Dr. That will check their ego at the door and make the patient number one while delivering results that surpass expectations/ then check out Dr. Alessi/ you will be glad you did!

Great! I highly recommend this wonderful doctor. He is kind, patient, and best of all an outstanding operator of what can be a difficult practice. And yes, when I left his office I looked at least ten or fifteen years younger (maybe even younger) which was why I was there I’m the first place. And let me add that his staff was wonderful; efficient, warm, and welcoming. Hip, hip hooray for the Alessi Institute!
