42 Years Old, Loose Skin Around Neck and Pesky Malar Mounds - Sydney, AU

I have been waiting 6 years for this operation - as recommended by Dr Warwick Nettle. Finally the time has come and I am booked in for the 18 September 2014. After hearing nothing but excellent things about Dr Nettle it was a no brainer that I would have him do my face. If this is at all possible, I was even more impressed when I finally meet him. Not only is this man a skilled surgeon, he is genuine, personable and above all humble. No pretences here - just honest recommendations and advise from a surgeon who nows what they are taking about. When I went to see Dr Nettle originally in 2008 he told be to hang off for a couple of years for reasons to do with facial anatomy and ageing. At the time I was disappointed but everything he said was true - I had faith in what Dr Nettle was telling me. And here I am back. I think the first thing I said to him at our subsequently meeting this year was "Can I have my neck done now?" Lol ...And here I am. I can't wait! My loose neck skin and pesky malar mounds have made me look older then I am for long enough. Be gone I say! Can't wait to have the op - look out summer!!!!!

Dr Warwick Nettle was very clear and professional in his explanations of the procedures. He made me and my family feel very comfortable that I was in safe hands.

Words cannot describe how nice and amazingly skilled Dr Nettle is . The man is an artistic genius. Highly recommended. When you ask for something he delivers it and perfects it. I give him 11/10.

My surgeon was terrific; very caring, informative, conservative and kind.

Chin Reduction and Rhinoplasty with Dr Warwick Nettle - Sydney NSW, Australia

I researched and read every review possible. Dr Nettle is very popular and his time is limited however his staff are very attentive and helpful. I received several follow up appointments post surgery but mostly saw his nurse. I would highly recommend Dr Nettle.

Life-changing Rhinoplasty - Sydney, AU

Unfortunately, I have not one positive thing to say about my experience. I am utterly devastated by what he has done and gave him my honest feedback on the situation(why it happened? how it happened? its affect on myself and family). Although he has apologised, he blames my overdone, botched result on the 'vagaries of surgery' rather than anything he has done. He did not like my feedback or assessment of the situation and will now not revise what he describes as a 'difficult case'. I'm not exactly sure what a surgeon expects when a patient gets such dramatically different results to what was agreed but he says I have been derogatory so he will not revise my nose - though he created this nightmarish situation for me. I feel such aggressive excising of cartilage by a surgeon of this supposed level of experience has most likely been due to miscommunication, carelessness and adding his artistic licence in surgery, regardless of our conversations and my wishes. My nose is now totally abnormal looking(one half nearly all removed) and overdone leaving me absolutely devastated. The kindness described by others, I have not experienced - his behaviour and lack of care and empathy after his mistakes have been very upsetting. It is all too easy for surgeons to blame bad results and unhappy patients on unrealistic expectations, body dysmorphia or some psychological issue but I am just a normal, every day person hoping to have had a small change and have been left utterly broken by what he has done to my nose - I wish I had never stepped foot in his office.
