I had a breast lift and reduction done with Dr Moradi just under a week ago (organised via CosmediTour and performed at East Sydney Private Hospital). First time I took the garment off to shower, I honestly couldn't believe these were my boobs - perky, full, lifted - just perfect. The results are beyond ANY expectations I had. Officially joined the 'I wish I have done it sooner' club :)

Dr Moradi is one amazing surgeon and I would say one of the best in the world. He listens to what you want and explains everything very clearly. I am forever grateful to have had him come into my life and I will continue to recommend him to everyone. He is one amazing human. His whole team/staff are also amazing, nothing seems to be any trouble. Thank you Dr Moradi and team.

Dr Moradi and every single person that is apart of his team is absolutely amazing & I am so happy that I found Dr Moradi and decided to go with him. I am currently only 3 days post op and I already can't believe how amazing they look. I am so excited to see how much more amazing they will look in a few weeks. I can't thank Dr Moradi enough, he has given me a new body that I absolutely love. He is worth every single cent! Thank you :)

Hi guys, I’ve decided to document my experience. I’ve used this website so much on the lead up to my surgery which is now less than two weeks away. I’ve found it so helpful. I had my first consult in May, I’m a very active person who does both CrossFit and Olympic lifting. I train 7 times a week. This is why I put of having surgery for so long as I knew it would put me out of my sport. However as there are no competitions this year and everything is a little slower I thought it’s the best year for it. So after my consult in May with Dr Moradi. We decided it’s best I don’t go too big so I can continue with being active. We have decided on Motiva mini implants, dual plane - 360cc in each. Now I’ll say as it was months ago that I am having a pre-op consult this Thursday and after reading so many reviews I’m going to change already and go bigger. My plan is to change to a Demi profile and 380 cc Here is a photo of me now, I’ll keep you all updated. I just don’t want to go through the pain and feel like I didn’t do enough. Updated on 16 Sep 2020: So my PS and I agree I should go bigger, we started at mini 360cc motiva And now we have finished on 380cc Demi motiva Forms signed, 10 days to D day. I’ll keep you all posted on end results- exciting times Updated on 28 Sep 2020: Okay, few things to say- waiting at the hospital for your surgeon sucks as you fast go into pre admission for nearly 3 hours so that sucks because you’re hungry and anxious. But once they come get you it’s so fast- straight under wake up with boobs. It does feel like there elephant sitting on your chest and just hrs to get your bearings. But all in all I would say the pain is currently a 5. So here a photos in their bra as I haven’t been able to take it off yet but yes they look hilarious in the beginning and small. Updated on 29 Sep 2020: Okay- second night I had the worst night sleep I was in so much pain. Just the pressure and the bra and maybe the fact you can’t sleep properly. Rating this pain day a 8/10 maybe even a 9 Also here’s day 3 bra off. They look funny but not concerned as I was warned. Hate them today though just want to fast forward. Updated on 2 Oct 2020: So I can’t believe I’m almost at one week. Honestly, I’m so excited- because they aren’t where I want them but already so much better. Looking forward to the drop. Updated on 2 Oct 2020: Can’t believe how quick It’s gone, feeling better everyday and loving how quickly they are starting to settle Can’t wait for the drop . They still look small in photos but I feel they are quite big in person. Bought a D cup sports bra today Updated on 7 Oct 2020: Honestly, I feel fine- it’s much easier now but hard to get used to dimension Hit my boob with the car door Heading back to gym tomorrow to do legs And have post op tomorrow so will good to see if I have been looking after them Updated on 13 Oct 2020: So they haven’t dropped yet, however, they are on the move. I am back at gym 3-4 times a week which for me is half of what I do. I’m only lifting 10 kilos in arms and doing squats and lunges (safety bar) and bike/step ups/ wall sits I’ve been told I can’t use my arms until they drop so I’m so glad they’re on the move I put a video p showing that they are squishing a bit, they were not moving so this makes me happy. Updated on 17 Oct 2020: My nipples are sooooooo sensitive. They hurt as they touch anything Here's a scar update- still no drop yet but they are slowly dropping. I just can't wait to eat a really bra As for the scar, really appreciate that my PS did cut my tattoo. Updated on 31 Oct 2020: Thank god. I wanna first say that not training properly for 6 weeks has messed with my body and my mind. I want to be completely honest in my reviews and say that you need to be ready if you’re someone who is either an athlete or a very active person. This was the hardest thing mentally I have every had to do. I have one more week then I’m back to training just no hanging from the bar for another two weeks and no push ups or chest for another two weeks I also won’t be doing snatches for another 2 weeks. I will start with just the bar and work my way up to things Here is a picture however, I’m extremely happy with ow they are coming along but like everyone else I wish I went bigger Updated on 19 Nov 2020: Honestly once your 6 weeks is done it flys bank god!! The first 6 weeks were crap, okay now the CrossFit/ athletic side. I got cleared for everything but to take it easy No TTB yet, no muscle ups yet, not pushups Everything else as long as I’m being sensible right now (no PBS) fine. Snatches are weak but everything g else feels good. Did handstand push-ups no problems Boobs look and feel great! So happy.

Dr. Moradi is hands down one of the best surgeons! I highly recommend him to anyone. From start to finish the whole process was amazing. Extremely comforting and calming. He is a dream and gave me everything i wanted in my surgery! He gave me my dream boobs. He is wise and knows so much. Aswell as the whole team at Dr. Moradis office is so lovely and helpful. Updated on 2 Sep 2020: Small B cup, very wide set. Going from not having anything to all to a full DD now is amazing. I couldn't be happier with my recovery and results so far. Will continue to update as they drop and fluff

I had my BA with dr Moradi on 6/7/2020 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I told him what I wanted and he definitely delivered! I honestly cannot thank him enough, definitely recommending him to anyone looking for a great doctor!

I had my surgery with Dr Moradi in February 2020 and I'm extremely pleased with the results! He's very knowledgable, quick and precise. Our initial consults had me clear on what to expect, the kind of results I'd be looking at and I felt confident in having a surgeon whose emphasis was on proportional results. I opted in for the keller funnel ( scarring is looking good) and I've had no complications/ a very good recovery.

I’ve had breast implants since 2012. In 2016 I had a breast implant replacement along with a full breast lift with dr Moradi (I had one ruptured implant prior). I cannot speak more highly of Dr Moradi. From the moment I met him (I had been to many other consultations with other drs) I felt comfortable and it felt like he genuinely cared about his patients. This was something I had not yet come across with any other surgeon I had met. I absolutely love what Dr Moradi did and the way my breasts looked. However after years, the birth of my son and breast feeding, my breasts inevitably got much bigger and changed. I had been feeling concerned for a little while about everything I was reading and hearing in relation to breast implant lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) and along with that I was dealing with many ongoing symptoms (of which many align with Breast Implant Illness symptoms), such as fatigue, weight gain, nausea, hair loss, breast pain, mood swings and the list goes on. I did lots of research and decided that the best decision for me going forward would be to have my breast implants removed. After my great experience in the past with Dr Pouria Moradi (and his ongoing communication with me over 4 years after my initial implant replacement/lift) he is the only surgeon I would even consider to remove my implants. I was nervous about what they would look like, especially after breast feeding and by the pure fact that I’d had breast implants for so long (8 years) however I knew it was the right decision. I had my breast implant removal (without a lift) 9 days ago (2.7.2020) and so far I can say that it is one of the best things I’ve done and I am so glad I went ahead with it. Although it is only early days post op - I’ve already seen changes in myself/my body that I didn’t expect. My breasts actually look amazing (which I didn’t think I would say in a million years after an explant) and I feel as though I have more energy than I’ve had in years. I feel less moody/emotional than I have in a long time (more time will tell though) and strangely enough - I look healthier in the face. Prior to removal I was always very pale and sick looking in the face with dark circles under my eyes. Since my explant I have so much more colour in my face, with a constant rosiness to my cheeks that I can not remember having since I was very young. The darkness under my eyes has also reduced. I’ve followed breast implant illness fb pages and Instagram pages for a while and I remember seeing lots of before and after face picture posts so this must be a common occurrence after breast implant removal. All in all I’m very happy with my results thus far and I look forward to my continual healing after breast implant removal. Dr Moradi is an amazing surgeon and such a kind, caring and genuine person who really cares about his patients. Even after my initial surgery (when he knew he wasn’t getting any business from me anymore) he still attended every email and every call (over a 4 year period!) with the same level of urgency and genuine care. His staff is also just as helpful, responsive and caring. He is a true example of what a great surgeon and excellent bedside manner actually looks like. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Dr Moradi, as I had significant asymmetry post-pregnancy/breastfeeding (size and nipple placement). I had my breast augmentation with Dr Moradi at East Sydney Private Hospital in August of 2018. From the get-go I was so impressed with Park Clinic's professionalism, and excellent communication. I planned my surgery from overseas, and flew to Sydney the week of my surgery. I was very apprehensive about having surgery 'overseas' but Park Clinic were so amazing and put my mind at ease in the lead up to the big day.I had a background of feeling quite traumatised from some (non-elective) surgeries, and I also work in a public hospital, having elective surgery was a very serious/big decision for me and I came to my first appointment a bundle of nerves! I was quickly reassured by Dr Moradi's confidence and impeccable attention to detail, and he was an excellent and efficient listener, he really understood exactly what I wanted and want I wanted my breasts to look like. I was really impressed with my surgery and experience at the East Sydney Hospital. The day after the surgery I was up and walking, I even walked from my hotel (with my husband) to my follow-up appointment. The weeks following surgery I had daily muscle spasm/discomfort but no serious pain and the recovery went smoothly. I was really careful to follow post-surgery instructions (e.g heavy lifting) and found sleeping with a tri-pillow behind my back helped a lot. I did have some nipple pain/nerve pain in the breast with the larger implant, but this has subsided with time (months) and I was really happy with Dr Moradi's nurses' follow up communication and advice given.I went from a small 32A/B to a 32DD. Round Motiva Implants 340cc and 360cc, under the muscle with med + profile, (full/enhanced 'natural' look).Almost a year on, I have amazing, symmetrical, perfect looking breasts! My whole figure looks better, all my clothes look better, I feel happy and more confident and as the months go by they feel softer and look and move more naturally, nipple pain has completely gone. My scars (in the breast-crease) are still evident but fading, smooth and supple. Dr Moradi recommended a silicone scar gel, which I applied religiously for 6 months, twice a day, I would strongly recommend everyone do the same! I noticed such difference with this gel, it prevents the scar thickening and widening. I now used rose hip oil and will continue until the scar colour fades.I'm so happy with my experience and my results, A+++ to Dr Moradi and his team. Thank you!

Dr. Moradi is amazing, I received the implants that I desired and right after the procedure had hardly any pain! I was walking about the city early the next morning. It was like I didn't have surgery, as recovery was so easy. He also agreed with my decisions and informed me on the best choices. His nurses and staff were also amazing and so sweet. His staff member helped me after my procedure in the hospital. The hospital staff members were also very sweet and gave me food and drinks right after my procedure, I was treated very very well by Dr. Moradi, his staff, and the staff at the private hospital I was in. Also, my implants look natural and I am only 6 days out. I went with motiva 275cc ergo.
