My experience getting a face and neck lift with Dr. Anh was great from the get go. When I met with her I had already consulted with two other surgeons, (I like to do my homework). Dr. Anh was markedly more collaborative in her approach, literally getting on my side of the table with a mirror and working out with me exactly what I wanted to achieve and what was feasible. I felt understood and completely comfortable and it was clear from the photos of previous patients that Dr. Anh produces excellent results. I opted for the local anesethetic option and I have zero regrets. If you have been to the dentist and gotten a local anaesthetic while getting a cavity filled, you can definitely handle a face lift. I am now 5 weeks post op and the results are, (if I may say so myself), fantastic. I must add here that, while Dr. Anh is brilliant, it is the caring and helpfulness of her whole team that make the experience so smooth and stress free. The nurses do everything they can to ensure a good recovery, checking me every week and doing the intense pulsed light therapy to promote healing. In short, five stars.

Initial consultation: There was no pressuring at all. It was a discussion of what I would like to achieve, and Dr Anh's professional advice as to what is achievable. Surgery: I believe that Dr Anh and Dr Choa took great care to ensure that the result was as we had discussed. At 5 weeks post-op I can say that this surgery was done with skill and they made good decisions. It just looks and feels like I was born with this nose - I feel amazing! Cost: For the time spent in theatre and the skill required, I feel the surgeon's fee to be appropriate. The anaesthetic fee was more than I was expecting but I was informed of this at my initial consultation. The hospital fee (which I was invoiced 24 hours before admission/to be paid) was alarmingly high, I would recommend to contact hospital for a written quote prior to booking the surgery as the fees do change. Overall: The aftercare has been great and I just feel happy that I went ahead with it. My only suggestion to the practice is to advise or check with patients about the hospital fee, similar to how they provided info for anaesthetic fees at the first consult. In saying that, this has been entirely worth it and I am glad that I chose Dr Anh - very happy with the result!

I am 6 weeks post tummy tuck, arm lift and breast reduction. Dr Anh has done such an amazing job, I couldn’t be happier with how everything is looking. Such a huge difference! The after care has also been amazing. My nurse, Nicola, couldn’t have been more reassuring and helpful, taking awesome care of me these last 6 weeks. Especially during the first 3 weeks, where I was contacting her at all times of the day worried about everything little thing! And Mandy at reception is a total sweetheart, so friendly and personable. I’ve had a facial at the Crown medispa aswell with Grace (also super friendly and sweet!) and it was amazing too. I’d 100% recommend Dr Anh and her team.

My experience with Dr Anh and her staff was impeccable. As much as I had always felt I needed a Brest reduction, there were many fears involved In having the procedure done. Not only was scarring something to consider, but this was also my first ever surgery and something I feared. After having the procedure done, I know that every fear was worth the incredible results and I have never felt so confident in my own skin! (And my scars are barely visible!!!!). They say Dr Anh is very particular and a perfectionist in her work and my results have lead me to believe how true this is. Also a massive thank you to nurse Nicola for taking such great care of me post op. You are all so great at what you do! Cant recommend enough :)

Getting my breast augmentation was the best thing I ever did for myself! My confidence levels have increased more than I thought possible. I am extremely happy with my entire experience and end results. I highly recommend Dr Anh and her team, they were exceptional. They made me feel completely comfortable at every stage from pre-op appointment to surgery and post-op appointments. They were always only a phone call away, ready to answer any questions I had.

After falling off the sea saw when I was around 5 yers old, I was left with a scar right on my right hand side number 11. Over the years my dent has become deeper while the left hand side of my 11’s is barely noticeable. Since I’m turning 50 in May and after talking to a friend who works for Dr Anh, I decided to try it and so glad I did. My scar line hasn’t completely gone away but the Botox has definitely softened it. I was very happy with the results. My forehead isn’t frozen which Is what I wanted to avoid. I go there when needed , usually 3-4 months and will keep going back. Thank you Dr Anh and her team!!!!

due to pregnancy and weight loss I wanted a tummy tuck for 25 years - I was introduced to dr anh by my friend who had one a few years ago. I was anxious about the procedure and recovery and had a tough six weeks. this Christmas was the first Christmas in over 26 years I have worn a bikini. I still have a lot of fluid build up that is still uncomfortable and doesn't look that great but have been assured with time it should reduce.

I would have liked to have more time with Dr Ahn before the surgery - e.i. a second appointment. The first appointment is very overwhelming and by the time you think of questions you are signing paper work and making the payment. However, she has amazing nursing staff who are very patient and re-assuring. Without the nursing team, I would not have chosen Dr. Ahn. She also has fantastic waiting rooms which defiantly make you feel "worth it". Overall very good experience, I just would have liked a second appointment with Dr Ahn to talk about my goals a little more and ask my questions.

Had my first ever surgery Saturday 5th January 2019 at 8am (SJOGML) My experience with Dr Anh and her team of professionals has been brilliant. Coming from the UK and relying on an NHS system to do everything for you all you do is turn up when you get your letter I was very confused when I initially when to speak with her about my body December 2017. She was calm as a cucumber as always which makes things less complicated both Dr Anh and her team walked through the steps of what I needed to do and it was with great ease can’t say the health providers and other areas out of her control were easy to deal with but every time I was messed around Dr Anh and her team took the time to listen to me and tell me in simple terms what I needed to do. This helps me massively not knowing such a different medical system in Australia. One thing I have noticed on all consults, open evenings and events when you speak with Dr Anh it’s easy she is very direct and says it as she thinks and most important her calm nature forces you to also be just that calm. Even on Op day she walks in draws some lines and off she went to get ready left me with no time to worry and ask ! Both Dr Dnh & Dr Rob worked on me and I’m so thankful for their amazing work and passion in what they do. All the nurses in the the hospital love her too “she is so small and such an amazing surgeon” said one, “she is such a perfectionist” said another “she takes the longest that other Dr’s in the same surgery” said another nurse all complementing her pure dedication to her work they was so motivating to her. Both Anh and Rob came in to see me with coffee from the hospital coffee shop for three days because they thought the ward coffee was not to scratch absolutely brilliant the nurses were not surprised when I told them they said she is a really nice woman which I completely agree with. Day 7 post op going well dressings off next week next hurdle will it hurt?

After losing 40+ kgs and having my 2nd baby I was ready to have the life changing surgery. Dr Anh and her team did everything they could to accomodate me in the short time I had given I had to return to work after maternity leave. I took the plunge and within weeks was on the operating table waiting for Dr Anh to work her magic, and she did just that! I am 8 weeks post surgery with amazing scars, no pain, full complete movement, with only some slight swelling which is normal. The after care was just as fantastic, always checking in on me and making me feel like I am their only patient. I feel like a brand new person. My abdomen shrunk substantially but my smile is now bigger then ever!
